Bukit Chandu

Reflections at Bukit Chandu is a World War II interpretive centre developed and managed by the National Archives of Singapore, located on Bukit Chandu (Malay for "Opium Hill") off Pasir Panjang Road in Singapore. The centre was officially opened by Singapore's Deputy Prime Minister Tony Tan on 15 February 2002. This date also marks the 60th anniversary of the fall of Singapore in 1942.

Masjid Ahmad (Jawi:مسجد أحمد; Malay for, Ahmad Mosque is a mosque in Singapore located in the Pasir Panjang area, at the junction of South Buona Vista Road and Lorong Sarhad. It was originally a kampung mosque built in 1934, but has been later redeveloped.

Pasir Panjang MRT station is an underground Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station on the Circle line. As the name suggests, it is located in Pasir Panjang at the southern part of Queenstown planning area, Singapore. This station is situated underneath Pasir Panjang Road and Labrador Viaduct (West Coast Highway), next to the Pasir Panjang Food Centre, Currency House and Pasir Panjang container terminal. It is also near the Reflections at Bukit Chandu, a museum near the site of the Battle of Pasir Panjang.

Poh Ern Shih (Chinese: 報恩寺; pinyin: bào'ēnsì; lit. 'Temple of Thanksgiving') is located on a small hilltop at Chwee Chian Road, off Pasir Panjang Road, on Singapore's southern coast. The Buddhist temple was built as a memorial to those who lost their lives during the Battle of Pasir Panjang in 1942, villagers as well as Allied and Japanese soldiers. The temple's first abbot, Sumangalo, an American Theravadin monk, was the first Westerner to be appointed abbot of a Buddhist temple in Singapore. Following a major development project which began in 2003, Poh Ern Shih became the first religious building in the country to incorporate both eco-friendly and elderly-friendly features. Together with its partner, the Buddhist Fellowship, the temple conducts programmes such as Dharma talks, Sutta discussions and meditation courses in Chinese and English for the Buddhist community.

Kent Ridge Park is a 47-hectare public park located in Kent Ridge, Singapore, between the National University of Singapore and the Singapore Science Park. Due to its undisturbed habitat and abundant plant life, it is a popular venue for bird-watchers and eco-tourists. During the Second World War, a hill in the park was the site of one of the last and fiercest battles fought by the Malay Regiment against the invading Japanese army, the Battle of Bukit Chandu (also known as the Battle of Pasir Panjang), 12–14 February 1942.The park was officially opened in 1954, and was gazetted by the National Heritage Board as one of 11 World War II sites in Singapore in 1995. It is one of over 300 parks managed by Singapore's National Parks Board, NParks.

Alexandra Halt railway station, or simply Alexandra Halt, was a railway station on the Singapore-Johore Railway which served the surrounding neighbourhoods, and as a halt for trains travelling along the railway, from 3 May 1932 to sometime before 1943.

Since 2001, Singapore Raffles Music College (Abbreviation: SRMC; Chinese: 新加坡莱佛士音乐学院; pinyin: Xīnjiāpō Láifoshi Yīnyuè Xuéyuan) has been one of Singapore’s leading schools for higher learning in music and dance, registered with the Committee for Private Education (CPE). The College was recently awarded the EduTrust 4-Year award in 2021, certifying that SRMC has reached high standards in key areas of management and provision of educational services. It enrolled its first students in 2006. The college's campus is located in at 456 Alexandra Road. It offers a range of Certificate to Masters courses in Music Performance, Music Production, Music Studies and Dance. Since 2010, SRMC has partnered the University of West London to offer various Music and Dance degree programmes.

Alexandra is a subzone region located in the town of Bukit Merah, Singapore. The region comprises two non contiguous neighbourhoods: Alexendra Hill and Alexendra North. It is located along the road which the place had its name derived from, at the eastern border of the Queenstown district. Alexandra North, which refers to the precinct near Redhill MRT station, consists mainly of condominiums together with a park. Alexandra Hill, which is often referred to as Brickworks Estate or Rumah Tinggi, mainly consists of HDB flats and is also home to an IKEA showroom. There is also a shopping centre in the district which recently opened its doors in 2016, Alexandra Central, beside the IKEA building. There is also the historical Alexandra Hospital, located near the region.

Gillman Barracks is a contemporary arts cluster in Singapore that is home to international art galleries, restaurants and the NTU Centre for Contemporary Art Singapore, which are all housed in conserved colonial barracks. Gillman Barracks lies near to Alexandra Road, and the 6.4-hectare (16-acre) site covers Lock Road and Malan Road amid greenery. Gillman Barracks is jointly developed by the Singapore Economic Development Board, JTC Corporation and the National Arts Council.

Haw Par Villa MRT station is an underground Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station on the Circle line (CCL) in Queenstown, Singapore. Located underneath West Coast Highway and Pasir Panjang Road, the station serves the nearby Haw Par Villa, alongside the Pasir Panjang Wholesale Centre. Initially planned to be a shell station tentatively named West Coast, in 2008, the station was announced to be opened along with Stages 4 and 5 of the CCL stations. The station opened in 2011. A west coast extension of the Jurong Region line (JRL) from Pandan Reservoir to this station is being planned. The station features an Art-in-Transit artwork Eroclamation by Tan Wee Lit.

Haw Par Villa (Chinese: 虎豹別墅; pinyin: Hǔ Bào Biéshù) is a theme park located along Pasir Panjang Road in Singapore. The park contains over 1,000 statues and 150 giant dioramas depicting scenes from Chinese mythology, folklore, legends, history, and illustrations of various aspects of Confucianism. During the 1970s and 1980s, the park was a major local attraction; it is estimated that the park then welcomed at least 1 million annual visitors, and is considered as part of Singapore's cultural heritage. As of 2018, under the park operator, Journeys, efforts to revitalise the park are ongoing with the holding of themed events and the planning and construction of ancillary museums.

The Taipei Representative Office in Singapore (TRO; Chinese: 駐新加坡台北代表處; pinyin: Zhù Xīnjiāpō Táiběi Dàibiǎo Chù) is the representative office of the Republic of China in Singapore. Its counterpart body in Taiwan is the Singapore Trade Office in Taipei. The office is located within mTower at 460 Alexandra Road, Singapore.
