Frankenlust Township is a civil township of Bay County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The 2020 Census placed the population at 3,672. This is a 3.1% increase from the 3,562 recorded at the 2010 Census, the second largest increase in Bay County during that time period. The 2000 Census recorded 2,530. It is included in the Bay City Metropolitan Statistical Area. It is home to Delta College.

Saginaw Valley State University (SVSU) is a public university in University Center, Michigan in Saginaw County. It was founded in 1963 as Saginaw Valley College. It is located on 748 acres (303 ha) in Saginaw County's Kochville Township, approximately 5.5 miles (8.9 km) north of downtown Saginaw. Saginaw Valley State is the newest of Michigan's 15 public colleges and universities. Ryder Center for Health and Physical Education is an athletics and recreational complex located on the campus of Saginaw Valley State University in University Center, Michigan, United States. It was built in 1985 and is home to SVSU Cardinals sports teams. The Ryder Center includes: The Fieldhouse is a premiere facility offering an 85-yard football field with field turf surface, 300-meter indoor track with timing booth for all indoor track meets and four full batting cages for baseball & softball training. The fieldhouse is connected to all other amenities of the Ryder Center and is the second facility of its kind at the NCAA Division II level. Harvey Randall Wickes Memorial Stadium, known simply as Wickes Stadium, is a 6,800-seat football stadium located in Kochville, Michigan and is a part of the Ryder Center sports complex on the Saginaw Valley State University campus. It is home to the Saginaw Valley State Cardinals football team. The Cardinals compete at the NCAA Division II level as a member of the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference. Wickes Stadium can also be used for other events, including high school football, graduation ceremonies, and soccer. It is named for Harvey R. Wickes, one of the founders of SVSU.

Kochville Township is a general law township of Saginaw County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 5,078 at the 2010 census. It is the home of Saginaw Valley State University.
