The Pioneer Sod House in Wheat Ridge, Colorado is a sod house built in 1886 or perhaps well before. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1973.Sod houses were rare in the Denver area, as lumber was available, and this is likely the only one surviving. It was more or less continuously occupied as a residence from 1886 to the summer of 1972.While the 1973 National Register nomination asserted it was built in 1886, the house is believed by the Wheat Ridge Historical Society to have been built in 1864 or before 1859.

Wheat Ridge/Ward station (sometimes stylized as Wheat Ridge•Ward) is a Regional Transportation District (RTD) commuter rail station and terminus of the G Line. It opened on April 26, 2019, along with the rest of the G Line, after years of delays.The station is located in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, United States, on the south side of West 50th Place between Ward Road and Tabor Street. It includes bus bays and a 290-stall park and ride on the north side of West 50th Place. Public art at the station includes "Anchored by Place", a steel-and-bronze sculpture by Michael Clapper.The station is the only stop within the city of Wheat Ridge, and is being prepared by the city for transit-oriented development. In 2016, voters in Wheat Ridge approved a $12 million sales tax to improve roadways and other infrastructure around the area to lure development. A 7.5-acre (3.0 ha) lot northeast of the station is slated to be developed into 230 apartments and 80 townhomes.

Arvada Ridge station is a Regional Transportation District (RTD) commuter rail station on the G Line between Denver Union Station and Wheat Ridge, Colorado. The station is located in western Arvada, Colorado, on the west side of Kipling Parkway and near Red Rocks Community College's Arvada campus. It includes bus bays, a 200-stall park and ride, and a pedestrian underpass connecting the platform to Ridge Road and the park and ride. Public art at the station includes "Chromatic Harvest", a kaleidoscopic mural wall with geometric imagery of agriculture. The station opened on April 26, 2019.The Arvada Ridge area has been the site of the city's "education-focused" transit-oriented development, which has included new apartment buildings and retailers to the south of the park and ride. RTD plans to begin new bus service between the Arvada Ridge and Olde Town Arvada stations when the G Line opens on April 26, 2019.

Crown Hill Park is a 242-acre (0.98 km2) recreation area operated by Jefferson County Open Space in unincorporated Jefferson County, Colorado. The park is located between the cities of Wheat Ridge and Lakewood. Within the borders of the park is a National Urban Wildlife Refuge. Activities at the park include picnicking, hiking, biking, horseback riding, wildlife viewing, walking, roller blading, jogging, and fishing.

The Tower of Memories is a mausoleum located at Crown Hill Cemetery in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, US. The seven story building is 158 feet (48.16 m) tall; its entrance is at 29th Avenue and Wadsworth Boulevard. The building was designed with Gothic detailing by Charles A. Smith in 1926. After his firm failed in 1928, the architects William and Arthur Fisher were commissioned to continue the construction. World War II caused further delays to the building's construction. In 1948, the architect John Monroe was hired to complete the building.

Oak is an at-grade light rail station on the W Line of the RTD Rail system. It is located near the intersection of West Colfax Avenue and Oak Street, after which the station is named, in Lakewood, Colorado. The station is located within the Lakewood Industrial Park. The station opened on April 26, 2013, on the West Corridor, built as part of the Regional Transportation District (RTD) FasTracks public transportation expansion plan and voter-approved sales tax increase for the Denver metropolitan area.The area around station has seen transit-oriented development. A large complex of Terumo offices, the headquarters for the company's Blood and Cell Technologies division, opened inside the Lakewood Industrial Park in 2015. The Oak Street Station Apartments, a 392,802-square-foot (36,492.5 m2) retail and housing development, opened in 2020.The station has a multi-gate bus transfer plaza served by RTD Bus routes and a 200 space park and ride lot.
