Dacula High School is a high school in Dacula, Georgia, United States, serving students in grades 9–12. It is operated by Gwinnett County Public Schools. It is a part of the Dacula cluster and is fed from Dacula Middle School. The school's colors are old gold, white, and navy blue, and its mascot is the Falcon.

Freeman's Mill, also known as Alcovy Road Grist Mill, and Swann's Mill is a historic restored gristmill located located on the east side of the Alcovy River in Dacula, Georgia.

The Elisha Winn House is located at 908 Dacula Road near Dacula, Georgia, United States, 1.9 miles (3.1 km) north of Dacula city limits. The house, currently in Gwinnett County, was built in 1812, six years before the county was established. In 1809, Elisha Winn, Roger Pugh, and Elijah Pugh purchased 7,300 acres (30 km2) on the Apalachee River from a Jackson County tax collector. On December 15, 1818, the Elisha Winn house and the property became part of Gwinnett County. The house is the oldest surviving building in Gwinnett and probably the oldest building in metropolitan Atlanta.

The Little Mulberry Indian Mounds are a series of carefully stacked rock piles located in Little Mulberry Park, Dacula, Georgia. In 1990, architect Michael Garrow counted 200 of these stone mounds while surveying the land ahead of a proposed golf course residential development. The stone piles are typically circular or semicircular in shape. Most of those that have been examined archaeologically have revealed no cultural artifacts beyond the stone structure, while a few have been found to have historical 19th-century artifacts underneath them. A subset of the area, part of its early identification, was listed on the National Register of Historic Places as the Parks-Strickland Archeological Complex. There continues to be scholarly dispute over the function and significance of the structures, although Native American tribes historically associated with the region claim them to have funerary significance.

Archer High School is a public high school near Lawrenceville, Georgia, United States. It is operated by Gwinnett County Public Schools. It is named after Gwinnett County teacher and coach Benjamin Vernon Archer.The school officially opened on Monday, August 10, 2009, with enrollment topping 1,200 students. It was opened as a relief for surplus students from Grayson High School, Central Gwinnett High School, and Dacula High School. The Archer cluster consists of Harbins Elementary, Cooper Elementary, Lovin Elementary, McConnell Middle, and Archer High School. As of the 2015–2016 school year the school has an enrollment of 2,568 students.

It is owned and operated by the Gwinnett County, in northeastern metro Atlanta.It has a 6,000-foot (1,800 m) runway, and is 1,061 feet (323 m) above mean sea level (AMSL). Student training is conducted at the airport by several different flight schools, including ATP Flight School. Two fixed-base operators (FBOs), Landmark (north ramp) and Aircraft Specialists (south ramp), serve the field with facilities, passenger lounges, and fuel. Georgia Jet operates the largest air charter fleet in the Atlanta area from Briscoe Field, transporting passengers nationally and internationally, more than 10 million passenger miles per year. ImagineAir, an air taxi company, is based at the airport. Medway Air Ambulance and Critical Care Medflight operate medical transport services. Its Airport Minimum Standards for Operation were rewritten in 2006.

The William Terrell Homeplace in Gwinnett County, Georgia near Lawrenceville is a historic site which was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.It was a two-story Plantation Plain-style plantation house, which in 1982 was the sole house on a 29 acres (12 ha) property. The house was built around 1827. It included Federal-style details including in its mantelpiece.Around 1862 the house, then on an 870 acres (350 ha) tract, was inherited by William's wife's son, a lawyer named Kenan T. Terrell (1826–1884). Kenan was a Justice of the Inferior Court of Gwinnett County before the American Civil War. During the war he served as a captain in the Confederate army. After the war, he continued on the plantation with cotton, corn, and sugar cane crops. He was appointed to the county board of education in 1876, and was otherwise active in county affairs.Another contributing structure on the property was included in the listing.Some information for the listing was provided by C. Larry Mabrey, the owner in 1981 who was a step-great-great grandson of William Terrell and who was renovating the house. The house had always been occupied by Terrell descendents.The house unfortunately was largely destroyed in a fire on April 12, 1987.It appears that the remains were demolished; its former location appears to be within what is now the Timber Gate neighborhood or housing development, which does not include any such historic house.
