The Camden County School District is the public school district in Camden County, Georgia, United States, based in Kingsland, Georgia. It serves the communities of Hopewell, Kings Bay, Kings Bay Base, Kingsland, Spring Bluff, St. Marys, Tarboro, Waverly, White Oak, and Woodbine, Georgia.

The Kingsland Commercial Historic District is a 2 acres (0.81 ha) historic district in Kingsland, Georgia which was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1994. It included six contributing buildings.The buildings are one- and two-story, brick and stuccoed commercial buildings built during 1912 to 1943. They include: the former State Bank building (1912) on South Railroad Avenue, a two-story brick building the Camden Hotel (1929) building on South Lee Street, a two-story brick building, built by contractor M.M. Jarvis the newspaper building (1925), South Lee Street, with Art Deco-influenced elements.

King of Peace Episcopal Church is an Episcopal church located at 6230 Laurel Island Parkway, Kingsland, Georgia. It is a parish of the Diocese of Georgia created in 2000. The church first met in a house on its present site and built a church building in 2004, giving away the house to be a home once more. The church has a 43,000-marble tile labyrinth in the floor of its sanctuary.The church created King of Peace Episcopal Day School in 2004 as a full-day, full-year preschool for children age 18 months to five years which operates in the same building. In 2009, the school was named a Center of Distinction by the State of Georgia's licensing division, making it a model day care facility for other schools. That same year, the school purchased 11.7 acres (47,000 m2) in St. Marys to be developed as a private school with the preschool to remain at King of Peace Church. The church is actively involved in the community through Scouting, Habitat for Humanity and more. In 2010, King of Peace became a parish of the Diocese of Georgia, moving from its previous status as a mission congregation.

Camden County High School is the only public high school for Camden County, Georgia, United States, serving grades 9-12. It is located beside the Camden Recreational Center.

Brunswick High School is a public high school located in Brunswick in Glynn County, Georgia, United States. It is part of the Glynn County School District and opened in 1967. In January 2014, Brunswick High School opened a new facility on 3885 Altama Avenue, becoming one of the largest new schools in the state. The school serves sections of Brunswick, Everett, and Sterling. It also serves sections of Country Club Estates and Dock Junction.

WMUV ( 100.7 MHz) is a commercial FM Christian radio station licensed to Brunswick, Georgia, but it serves Jacksonville, Florida. The station is licensed to Chesapeake-Portsmouth Broadcasting Corporation and is owned by Nancy Epperson. It brands as 100.7 The Promise and broadcasts Christian adult contemporary music. Studios are on Bonneval Road in the Southside district of Jacksonville, and its transmitter tower is in Kingsland, Georgia.

WPXC-TV (channel 21) is a television station licensed to Brunswick, Georgia, United States, broadcasting the Ion Television network to the Jacksonville, Florida area. It is the only major commercial station in the Jacksonville market that is licensed in Georgia. The station is owned and operated by the Ion Media subsidiary of the E. W. Scripps Company, and has studios on Blythe Island Highway/State Route 303 in southwestern Brunswick; its transmitter is located in unincorporated southwestern Camden County, Georgia (northwest of Kingsland).

Seals is an unincorporated location in Camden County in the state of Georgia, United States. Its position is at 30°52′22″N 81°42′15″W at an elevation of 21 feet.It is located at the point where the Old Jefferson Highway meets the railway line, just east of Floyd Hammock. It is shown on maps of the county between 1895 and 1955 as being about halfway between Woodbine and Kingsland, and can be seen on modern topographic maps. Seals is the present northern terminus of the First Coast Railroad, leased from CSX Transportation in April 2005.Seals Swamp lies to the east of Seals at 30°52′6″N 81°41′0″W.

The McIntosh Sugarworks, near St. Marys, Georgia, was built in the late 1820s by John Houstoun McIntosh. They are a significant example of tabby concrete architecture and represent an industrial component of southeastern plantation agriculture. The Tabby Ruins, as they are also known, are at 3600 Charlie Smith Sr. Highway at Georgia Spur 40, six miles north of St. Marys. The entrance is approximately across the street from the entrance to the Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay, on Charlie Smith Highway, at 30.79310°N 81.57712°W / 30.79310; -81.57712. The historic sugar mill site outside of St. Marys, Georgia in Camden County, Georgia was added to the National Register of Historic Places on April 2, 1992.

Kings Bay Base is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) in Camden County, Georgia, United States; it is home to the Kings Bay Naval Submarine Base. The population was 1,777 at the 2010 census, and 2,329 in 2020.

St. Marys is a city in Camden County, Georgia, United States, located on the southern border of Camden County on the St. Marys River in the state's Low Country. The Florida border is just to the south across the river, Cumberland Island National Seashore is to the northeast, and Kingsland, Georgia, is to the west. Jacksonville, Florida, is 38 miles south, and Savannah, Georgia, is 110 miles north. The city is home to the National Seashore's visitor center and boat access; the St. Marys Submarine Museum, and Crooked River State Park. It is bordered by Kings Bay Naval Submarine Base, home port for several Ohio-class submarines. The city hosts the annual St. Marys Rock Shrimp Festival. The area was first explored in the mid-16th century by Spanish expeditions as part of the settlement of Spanish Florida. Through the decades it also came under the colonial influence of Great Britain and finally the United States. By the 2020 census, the city had a population of 18,256.
