Back Bay Fens

The World War II Memorial by John Francis Paramino is installed in Boston, Massachusetts, United States. It was completed during 1947–1949, copyrighted in 1948, and erected in 1949. The bronze and granite war memorial features an allegorical statue of winged female figure of Victory. Behind her is a wall with 27 bronze plaques listing the names of people who died in World War II. The work was surveyed as part of the Smithsonian Institution's "Save Outdoor Sculpture!" program in 1993.

The Stony Brook Gatehouse is a former gatehouse in The Fens in Boston, located next to The Fenway east of Forsyth Way. It formerly controlled flow from the Stony Brook into the Muddy River. The structure was designed around 1881 by Henry Hobson Richardson, who also designed several bridges in the park. The building features a slate roof with distinctive wooden beams and walls of smooth stones of varying cuts. The red mortar used between the stone is similar to that of many of Richardson's other works. A near-identical companion building, designed by Richardson's successors Shepley, Rutan and Coolidge, was constructed in 1905 when the Stony Brook culvert was enlarged.In 2010, the building was refurbished for use as the Emerald Necklace Visitor and Volunteer Center.

A statue of John Endecott by artist C. Paul Jennewein and architect Ralph Weld Gray is installed along The Fenway, in Boston's Forsyth Park, in the U.S. state of Massachusetts. Activists have objected to the statue because of Endecott's treatment of Indigenous Americans.

Forsyth Park is a 1.68-acre (0.68 ha) park along the Fenway in Boston's Fenway–Kenmore neighborhood, in the United States. Part of the Emerald Necklace, the park features a statue of John Endecott.

The Edward M. Kennedy Academy for Health Careers (formerly Health Careers Academy) is one of several Horace Mann Charter Schools in the Boston Public Schools system. On April 25, 2010, the school was renamed to honor the late senator, Edward M. Kennedy. Located in Boston, Massachusetts, United States on the campus of Northeastern University, EMK is a college prep high school with a focus on careers in the health professions. Among its partners is the Center for Community Health Education Research and Service (CCHERS), which noted a need in the community for a more diverse population of health care providers.

The Students House is a historic dormitory on 96 Fenway in Boston, Massachusetts. The house was built in 1913 to a design by the Boston firm of Kilham and Hopkins. It was built by an organization of local well-to-do Back Bay residents to provide affordable housing to female students attending area schools. Most of the students housed in its early years attended the New England Conservatory of Music, with its population dominated by other schools after the conservatory opened its own dormitory. It was sold in 1972 to Northeastern University, which uses it to house freshman students, and is referred to as Kerr Hall.The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1997.

Indian Hunter is a sculpture by Paul Manship. It depicts a Native American man using a bow and arrow at an animal.

The Museum of Fine Arts (often abbreviated as MFA Boston or MFA) is an art museum in Boston, Massachusetts. It is the 20th-largest art museum in the world, measured by public gallery area. It contains 8,161 paintings and more than 450,000 works of art, making it one of the most comprehensive collections in the Americas. With more than 1.2 million visitors a year, it is the 52nd–most visited art museum in the world as of 2019. Founded in 1870 in Copley Square, the museum moved to its current Fenway location in 1909. It is affiliated with the School of the Museum of Fine Arts at Tufts.

Lime Green Icicle Tower is a 2011 glass and steel sculpture by American artist Dale Chihuly. Housed in the Museum of Fine Arts (MFA) in Boston, Massachusetts, it has been on display in the Ruth and Carl J. Shapiro Family Courtyard since the 2011 exhibit "Chihuly: Through the Looking Glass". The sculpture proved so popular during the exhibit that the museum launched a fundraising campaign to purchase the piece.

Appeal to the Great Spirit is a 1908 equestrian statue by Cyrus Dallin, located in front of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. It portrays a Native American on horseback facing skyward, his arms spread wide in a spiritual request to the Great Spirit. It was the last of Dallin's four prominent sculptures of Indigenous people known as The Epic of the Indian, which also include A Signal of Peace (1890), The Medicine Man (1899), and Protest of the Sioux (1904). A statuette of Appeal to the Great Spirit is in the permanent collection of the White House and was exhibited in President Bill Clinton's Oval Office. British Prime Minister Rt. Hon. David Lloyd George also had a statuette, which he received in association with a meeting with Sioux Chief Two Eagle during an October 1923 tour of the US and Canada

The Khoury College of Computer Sciences is the computer science school of Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts. It was the first college in the United States dedicated to the field of computer science when it was founded in 1982. It addition to computer science, it specializes in data science and cybersecurity. The college was also among the first to offer an information assurance degree program. Khoury College offers Bachelor of Science (B.S.), Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), Master of Science (M.S.) and doctoral degrees in computer science, as well as undergraduate and graduate degrees in interdisciplinary, computer-related fields. Some 1,000 master's and 133 doctoral candidates are enrolled in the college.

Westland Gate (also known as the Johnson Gates) is a pair of fountains that borders the Back Bay Fens at the end of Westland Avenue in Boston.
