California Lutheran High School (CLHS) California Lutheran is a private, college-preparatory, Christian high school in Wildomar, California, United States. Students come from the Temecula metro area, Lake Elsinore, and Riverside County. International students enroll from China, South Korea, Ethiopia, Nigeria, Japan, Brazil, and Hong Kong, among others. California Lutheran is an Area Lutheran High School operated by the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod (WELS). The school is accredited by the Accrediting Commission for Schools of the Western Association of Schools and Colleges.

Elsinore Valley is a graben rift valley in western Riverside County, California, a part of the Elsinore Trough. The Elsinore Valley is a graben between the Santa Ana Block to the southwest and the Perris Block on the northeast. It is a complex graben, divided lengthwise into several smaller sections by transverse faults. The Elsinore Valley graben is bounded northeast side by the Glen Ivy longitudinal fault on the north shore of Lake Elsinore at the foot of the Clevelin Hills and similarly on the southeast by the Willard Fault that runs along the foot of the Santa Ana Mountains and parallel to the Elsinore Fault along the southwest shore of Lake Elsinore to Rome Hill and the Willard Fault continues on as the west side of the Temecula Valley graben and Wolf Valley graben. At the south end of Lake Elsinore the Wildomar Fault enters the lake just east of Rome Hill, running southeast on the northwest side of the Temecula Valley. The Elsinore Valley is marked in the south by the rise between the Elsinore and Temecula Valley. In the north the valley bounds are marked by the Santa Ana Mountain ridges moved eastward along the Los Pinos and Lucerne transverse faults, dividing the Elsinore Valley from the Temescal Valley graben.

Sedco Hills is a former census-designated place (CDP) in Riverside County, California, United States. The population was 3,078 at the 2000 census. Sedco Hills became part of the City of Wildomar upon its incorporation on July 1, 2008.

Rancho Santa Rosa was a 47,815-acre (193.50 km2) Mexican land grant in present day Riverside County, California given in 1846 by Governor Pio Pico to Juan Moreno. At the time of the US patent, Rancho Santa Rosa was a part of San Diego County. Riverside County was created by the California Legislature in 1893 by taking land from both San Bernardino and San Diego Counties. The site is now registered as a California Historical Landmark.

Rome Hill, also called St. Davids Hill, is a small summit at the southeast corner of Lake Elsinore. It lies at an elevation of 1,444 feet/440 meters.

Sedco Hills is the informal/local name for a southern section of the Temescal Mountains, located in southwestern Riverside County, California. They were named after the town of Sedco Hills, located on their west side and now part of the city of Wildomar. The placename Sedco was introduced by the South Elsinore Development Company, that subdivided and sold the land on the southeast side of the lake.

The Santa Rosa Plateau is an upland plateau and southeastern extension of the Santa Ana Mountains in Riverside County, southern California. It is bounded by the rapidly urbanizing Inland Empire cities of Murrieta and Temecula to the northeast and southeast, respectively. The Santa Rosa Plateau Ecological Reserve preserves approximately 8,400 acres (34 km2) of the plateau, and includes the Moreno and Machado Adobes, Riverside County’s oldest standing structures, and other buildings from the 19th century Mexican land grant Rancho Santa Rosa.

The San Jacinto River is a 42-mile-long (68 km) river in Riverside County, California. The river's headwaters are in Santa Rosa and San Jacinto Mountains National Monument. The lower portion of the 765-square-mile (1,980 km2) watershed is urban and agricultural land. As a partially endorheic watershed that is contiguous with other Great Basin watersheds, the western side of the San Jacinto Basin is a portion of the Great Basin Divide.

Lake Elsinore Diamond, also referred to as Storm Stadium, is a baseball park in Lake Elsinore, California. It is primarily used for baseball and is the home field of the Lake Elsinore Storm minor league baseball team in the California League. The field at Diamond Stadium is named Pete Lehr Field.

Murrieta Valley High School (MVHS), colloquially known as MV or Murrieta opened in 1990 as the first four-year comprehensive high school in Murrieta, California. The school is nestled at the base of the Santa Rosa Plateau, at the western end of the city. It is operated by the Murrieta Valley Unified School District. MVHS is a California Distinguished School, and is fully accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges.

Elsinore Peak is a named 3,575-foot (1,090 m) summit, at the southern end of the mountain ridge running southeast from the vicinity east of El Cariso in the Elsinore Mountains, in Riverside County, California in the United States.
