St Joseph's College, Hunters Hill

Marika is a heritage-listed residence located at 46 Ryde Road, Hunters Hill in the Municipality of Hunter's Hill local government area of New South Wales, Australia. It was built during 1904. It is also known as Rye. It was added to the New South Wales State Heritage Register on 2 April 1999.

The Priory is a heritage-listed former farm, mental health facility, convent and homestead and now building, vacant building and proposed community arts uses at Manning Road, Gladesville in the Municipality of Hunter's Hill local government area of New South Wales, Australia. The main part of The Priory was designed by William Weaver and Henry Hardie Kemp, and built from 1847 to 1874 by Thomas Stubbs, The Marist Fathers in Australia, and Thomas Salter. It is also known as Gladesville Hospital, Gladesville Asylum and The Priory and curtilage. It was added to the New South Wales State Heritage Register on 3 December 2004.

2RRR is a community radio station based in Ryde in Sydney. Its sandstone slopes carry characteristic open-forest of Eucalyptus piperita, Eucalyptus gummifera and Angophora costata, with a great variety of understorey shrubs and small trees. Towards the top of the slope is an area of Kunzea ambigua shrubland, while Blackbutt, Eucalyptus pilularia grow on the more sheltered aspects, and a small creek tumbles down a steep waterfall to form a pool beside Grey Mangroves along the river's edge...the Turpentine-Ironbark forest's only remnant in Hunters Hill today is a small stand of Syncarpia glomulifera, with some understorey shrubs, near the entrance to Boronia Park...

The Fig Tree Bridge is a road bridge that carries Burns Bay Road across the Lane Cove River, and connects the suburbs of Hunters Hill in the south and Linley Point in the north, located approximately seven kilometres (four miles) northwest of the central business district of Sydney in New South Wales, Australia. The concrete girder bridge carries motor vehicles, and a grade-separated footpath and cycleway.

Huntleys Cove is located 9 kilometres north-west of the Sydney central business district, in the local government area of the Municipality of Hunter's Hill. Huntleys Cove sits on the peninsula between Tarban Creek and the Parramatta River.

The Tarban Creek Bridge is a prestressed concrete arch bridge that carries the Burns Bay Road across the Tarban Creek, located west of the Sydney central business district in New South Wales, Australia. The bridge is situated between the Gladesville Bridge and the Fig Tree Bridge, being immediately to the north of Gladesville Bridge. The bridge connects the suburbs of Hunters Hill and Huntleys Point. In addition to the four-lane carriage, the bridge carries a grade-separated shared pedestrian footpath and cycleway.

Riverside Girls High School is a secondary, public, day school for girls, located in Huntleys Point, New South Wales, a suburb of Sydney, Australia. It was founded in 1934, celebrating its 80th Anniversary in 2014. Riverside is divided into two groupings. The Junior section consists of the 7th to the 10th grades. Hunters Hill High School (HHHS) is a public, secondary, co-educational day school, located in Hunters Hill, a suburb on the lower North Shore of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. It is situated on the Lane Cove River, near the Figtree Bridge. HHHS was established in 1958. Today the school is a comprehensive high school catering for approximately 585 students from Years 7 to 12, with most residing in the inner western suburbs and lower North Shore.Hunters Hill High School is a school of the New South Wales Department of Education and Training (DET), and prepares students for the School Certificate (Year 10), and the Higher School Certificate (Year 12).

The Gladesville Mental Hospital, formerly known as the Tarban Creek Lunatic Asylum, was a psychiatric hospital established in 1838 in the Sydney suburb of Gladesville. The hospital officially closed in 1993, with the last inpatient services ceasing in 1997.
