Horeston Grange is a suburban area of Nuneaton, Warwickshire in England. Formerly a monastic farming estate belonging to Nuneaton Priory, centred upon a moated manor house, it is now the site of a large housing estate, built mainly in the late 1980s and early 1990s (with an addition in the early 2000s). It is situated in eastern Nuneaton, approximately 1.5 miles from the town centre, not far from the border of Warwickshire with Leicestershire.

North Warwickshire and South Leicestershire College - North Warwickshire and Hinckley Campus, previously North Warwickshire and Hinckley College, is a Further Education College with main campuses in Nuneaton, Hinckley, Harrowbrook and Wigston. The college offers apprenticeships, full-time, and part-time further and higher education courses.

Liberty Way is a multi-use sports stadium in Nuneaton, Warwickshire, England, which is leased by Nuneaton Borough F.C. but is also used by Nuneaton R.F.C., which rents the stadium from the football club. Liberty Way has been used by the rugby club since the 1990s; however, it was a mere pitch with a perimeter fence and nothing like the facilities of the current complex. The current stadium is made up of four stands.

Higham Lane School is a secondary academy school in Weddington, Nuneaton, England. Appointed in 2023, the school's headteacher is Michael Gannon, taking over from Phil Kelly who had been headteacher of the school for 16 years and retired at the end of August 2022. Michael Gannon is the current head of the school with Hanif Ladha as the Assistant Head and Head of the Sixth form. The school teaches students aged between eleven and eighteen, (Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4) in preparation for their GCSEs. The original school building dates back to 1939, with the introduction of new laboratories, a sports hall and a new Business and Enterprise Centre arriving since. In 2003, after a successful bid, the school was granted Business and Enterprise College status, under the specialist schools programme. In January 2012, the school officially gained Academy status. In November 2021, the school and sixth form were awarded the World Class Schools WCSQM quality mark.

Etone College (formerly Etone Community School and Technology College) is a secondary academy school in Nuneaton, Warwickshire, England. It was founded in 1910 as the Nuneaton High School for Girls, and is now a mixed school.

The Nuneaton rail crash occurred on 6 June 1975, on the West Coast Main Line just south of Nuneaton railway station in Warwickshire, England, United Kingdom. The crash happened when the 23:30 sleeper from London Euston to Glasgow derailed after entering a temporary speed restriction at too high a speed. Six people (four passengers and two staff) died and 38 were injured. In the subsequent inquiry, the accident was deemed to have been caused by driver error, partially due to the failure of lineside equipment warning of the speed restriction.

Hijaz College is a British Muslim school located in Nuneaton, Warwickshire, England. Hijaz College combines traditional Islamic education with the British National Curriculum. The philosophy of Hijaz was formulated by its patron and founder Abdul Wahab Siddiqi (1942–94) in 1994. As of 2016 its principal was his eldest son Shaykh Faiz-ul-Aqtab Siddiqi. The Jamia Islamia in Coventry, founded in 1979, produced dozens of graduates who became fully qualified Ulema (scholars of Islam) and doctors, lawyers, engineers etc. As of 2008, Hijaz College is run by the Chief Executive Shaikh Tauqir Ishaq, a chartered civil engineer by profession and Islamic scholar. The LLB law degree is also taught combined with religious sciences. Graduates of Hijaz College are awarded a Bachelor of Arts in Islamic Law and Theology and are qualified in Islamic jurisprudence, Qur'anic and Hadith sciences and Arabic etymology. In 1994 the vision of Hijaz College started to take a different shape in the form of Hijaz College Islamic University. The college takes its name from the region in modern-day Saudi Arabia which comprises Mecca, Medina and Taif. Hijaz College has grown in many aspects, one of them being its expansion project covering a total extended area of 97,000 sq ft (9,000 m2), costing over £5 million and intended to increase the student accommodation capacity from 125 to 500 (as of 2008) Its plans include extended teaching facilities and resources including a library which will display over 700,000 books. Hijaz College is independent from any governmental organisation. In December 2007, the UK's first official sharia court was set up at Hijaz college. By September 2008, it had settled more than 100 civil disputes between Muslims. Once parties have agreed to bring their case before the sharia tribunal, they are bound to its decision by English law.

Higham on the Hill is a village and civil parish in the Hinckley and Bosworth district of Leicestershire, England. The population at the 2011 census was 840.The village's name means 'homestead/village which is high'.

Nuneaton railway station serves the market town of Nuneaton in Warwickshire, England. The station is managed by West Midlands Trains. It is served by three railway lines: the Trent Valley section of the West Coast Main Line (WCML), the Birmingham-Leicester-Peterborough line and the Coventry to Nuneaton branch line. It was known, during the period 1924–1969, as Nuneaton Trent Valley, to distinguish it from the now closed Nuneaton Abbey Street station; many local people still refer to it as Trent Valley. The station lies on the north-eastern edge of Nuneaton town centre, just outside the ring road.

King Edward VI College is a sixth form college located in Nuneaton, England, in Warwickshire. Currently, it teaches subjects in preparation for A-level examinations, for students generally aged sixteen to eighteen. The college presently accommodates approximately 1400 students from Warwickshire, West Midlands and neighbouring counties.

Attleborough is an area of Nuneaton, Warwickshire. It is about a mile south-east of the town centre. It is historically an ancient village that dates to before 1150. Owned by Robert de Beaumont, 1st Earl of Leicester and given by him to the Nuns of Chaise-Dieu. Confirmed by his son in 1168. It was sold by Chaise-Dieu in about 1293 to Nuneaton. The Holy Trinity Church of England was built in 1842, as a Chapel of Ease of Nuneaton St. Nicholas. Nonconformist Baptist church dates from 1821, Strict Baptist 1880 and Methodist Church in Hall End. A wider variety of amenities can be found in Nuneaton town centre, 10 to 15 minutes' walk away.

Weddington is an area of Nuneaton and former civil parish, in the Nuneaton and Bedworth district, in the county of Warwickshire, England. It bounded on the northeast by Watling Street, and on the west by the River Anker. The Ward population taken at the 2011 census was 7,256. In 1921 the parish had a population of 87.It is surrounded on the west and south by the Anker, and comprises the church, Rectory, Church Farm, the Grove, and the grounds of the former Weddington Castle. A branch road leading south from Watling Street passes through the village.
