Aldaia (Valencian pronunciation: [alˈdaja]) is a municipality in the comarca of Horta Oest in the Valencian Community, Spain.

Torrent (Spanish: Torrente) is a city located within the metropolitan area of the city of Valencia, Spain. It is the largest municipality of the Horta Oest comarca, with 83,962 inhabitants (2020). It is situated some 7 km from Valencia city proper, to which it is connected via the metro. The two metro stations in Torrent are called Torrent and Torrent Avinguda on lines 1, 2 and 7. It is bordered by Aldaia, Alaquàs and Xirivella in the north, Picanya and Catarroja in the east, Alcàsser and Picassent in the south and Montserrat, Godelleta, Turís and Xiva in the West. All of the cities are part of the province of Valencia.

The Manises UFO incident took place on 11 November 1979, forcing a commercial flight of the Spanish company Transportes Aéreos Españoles, with 109 passengers, to make an emergency landing at the Manises' airport in Valencia, Spain, when they were flying over Ibiza. After the emergency landing, a Spanish Air Force fighter aircraft took off from Los Llanos Base in order to intercept the mysterious object.It is the most famous UFO sighting in Spain.

Aeroport is a metro station of Metrovalencia network situated west of Valencia, Spain. The station is located at Valencia Manises Airport, near Avinguda d'els Arcs and the adjacent bus terminal, making it a major access point towards the Valencia city center and Valencia port. In the first 10 years since the station's opening, line 5 of Metorvalencia between Aeroport and Marítim-Serrería stations was used by 186.6 million passengers.The metro stop was opened in April 2007 as part of a ten station extension which cost over 200 million euro. Originally, it formed part of metro zone B; however, in September 2012, it was moved to metro zone D, in order to maximise revenue.

Valencia Airport (Spanish: Aeropuerto de Valencia, Valencian: Aeroport de València) (IATA: VLC, ICAO: LEVC), also known as Manises Airport, is the tenth-busiest Spanish airport in terms of passengers and second in the region after Alicante. It is situated 8 km (5.0 mi) west of the city of Valencia, in Manises. The airport has flight connections to about 20 European countries and 8.53 million passengers passed through the airport in 2019.

Manises Air Base (Spanish: Base Aérea de Manises) is a defunct Spanish Air Force base. It was located in Manises by Valencia Airport, the civilian airport for the city and metropolitan area of Valencia, Spain.

Xirivella (Valencian pronunciation: [tʃiɾiˈveʎa]) is a municipality in the Valencian Community, Spain. It borders the city of Valencia, Alaquàs, Picanya and Mislata. The municipality is divided by the V-30 motorway and the river Turia, with the La Luz district on the eastern part of the river. Since June 2012, a bridge across the motorway has connected both parts. Local issues include noise pollution, caused by the nearby Valencia Airport

Paterna is a city and a municipality in the province of Valencia in the Valencian Community, Spain. It is located northeast of the comarca of L'Horta de Valencia, 5 kilometres (3 miles) northwest of the inland suburbs of Valencia, and on the left bank of the river Turia. Its population in 2014 was 67,156 inhabitants, being the eleventh city by population in the Valencian Community.
