Råstad is a village area in Sandefjord Municipality in Vestfold county, Norway. The village is located just south of Sandefjord Airport, Torp, about 8 kilometres (5.0 mi) south of the village of Stokke, and about 5 kilometres (3.1 mi) northeast of the city of Sandefjord. It is home to Råstad Station which dates to 1885. The railway station has been known as Torp Station since 2008, and is the main railway station for Sandefjord Airport Torp.Råstad is located between the village of Unneberg to the south and Sandefjord Airport, Torp to the north. Råstad is considered to be one of the outer neighborhoods in the eastern part of the city of Sandefjord which has an area of 24 square kilometres (9.3 sq mi) and a population (in 2022) of 45,816. The statistical area of Råstad, which also can include the peripheral parts of the village as well as the surrounding countryside, had a population of 205 in 2007.

Mefjorden or Mefjord is a small fjord in Sandefjord Municipality in Vestfold county, Norway. The 9-kilometre (5.6 mi) long fjord lies in-between two long, narrow peninsulas: Vesterøya and Østerøya. It is a narrow fjord with many minor islands and islets.

Helgerød is a village in Sandefjord Municipality in Vestfold county, Norway. The village is located about 1 kilometre (0.62 mi) to the north of the villages of Solløkka and Lahelle, about 2 kilometres (1.2 mi) to the northeast of the village of Freberg, and about 5 kilometres (3.1 mi) to the east of the city of Sandefjord. Helgerød is considered to be one of the outer neighborhoods in the eastern part of the city of Sandefjord which has an area of 24 square kilometres (9.3 sq mi) and a population (in 2022) of 45,816. The statistical area Helgerød, which also can include the peripheral parts of the village as well as the surrounding countryside, has a population of 206.Helgerød was originally the name of a farm. The name derives from either Helgaruð (from the male name Helgi) or Helguruð (from the female name Helga). A sports hall known as Helgerødhallen was established by Helgerød elementary school in 1986. A nearby park was constructed in 2007 and includes a BMX bike trail, ball pond, and skatepark. Two handball fields were built here in 2008.

Lahelle is a village in Sandefjord Municipality in Vestfold county, Norway. The village is located at the innermost part of the 5-kilometre (3.1 mi) long Lahellefjorden. It is also located at the northern end of the Østerøya peninsula. The village is about 4 kilometres (2.5 mi) to the east of the centre of the city of Sandefjord, about 1 kilometre (0.62 mi) southwest of the village of Solløkka, about 2 kilometres (1.2 mi) south of the village of Helgerød, and about 2 kilometres (1.2 mi) east of the village of Gokstad. Lahelle is considered to be one of the outer neighborhoods in the eastern part of the city of Sandefjord which has an area of 24 square kilometres (9.3 sq mi) and a population (in 2022) of 45,816. The statistical area Lahelle, which also can include the peripheral parts of the village as well as the surrounding countryside, has a population of 208.The oldest remaining house at Lahelle is dated to 1853. The area is now made up of a mixture of homes and vacation homes. There are several piers here along with sandy beaches.

Torp Station (Norwegian: Torp stasjon), also known as Sandefjord Airport Station (Sandefjord Lufthavn stasjon), is on the Vestfold Line in Sandefjord, Norway. It is served with regional trains operated by Vy. Located close to Sandefjord Airport, Torp, the station is served by a free four-minute shuttle bus service from the station to the airport. The trains operate northwards via towns in Vestfold to Drammen and Oslo and onwards via Oslo Airport, Gardermoen to towns in Hedmark and Oppland. Southwards, the trains serve Sandefjord, Larvik and Grenland. The station opened as Raastad, later Råstad, in 1881. It had a single building, designed by Balthazar Lange. It was upgraded with a passing loop in 1910, but this was removed in 1971, and the station was closed in 1978. In 2008, the station reopened to serve the airport. The station is owned by the Norwegian National Rail Administration.

Unneberg is a village in Sandefjord Municipality in Vestfold county, Norway. The village is located between the village of Gokstad to the south and the village of Råstad to the north. The villages of Helgerød, Lahelle, and Solløkka are located to the southeast. Unneberg is considered to be one of the outer neighborhoods in the eastern part of the city of Sandefjord which has an area of 24 square kilometres (9.3 sq mi) and a population (in 2022) of 45,816. The statistical area Unneberg, which also can include the peripheral parts of the village as well as the surrounding countryside, has a population of 552.From being primarily an agricultural area throughout the 1950s and early 1960s, Unneberg changed drastically in the late 1960s and early 1970s. It is now home to small neighborhoods, grocery stores, and playgrounds. The street names in Unneberg are named for plant species, including Common hyacinth (Svibelveien), Anemone (Anemoneveien), Crocus (Krokusveien), Common Snowdrop (Sneklokkeveien), Tulip (Tuplianveien), Lily (Liljeveien), and others.

The Grans Brewery (Grans Bryggeri AS) is a brewery founded in 1899 in Sandefjord, Norway. The name was Sandefjord Bryggeri og Mineralvandfabrik A/S until 1965. After two generations of Guttorm Gran (senior and junior) in the management, Trygve Christophersen was employed as CEO in 2001.In 2019, the brewery sold 55 million liters of drinks, which was a four percent increase from 2018. 80 percent of their production consists of soda and mineral water, while beer and other alcoholic beverages make up 20 percent of the production. As of 2020, Grans is the fifth-largest brewery in Norway.It distributes most of its products domestically through the REMA 1000 chain stores.The brewery was not a member of Norwegian Brewers & Soft Drank Association ("Den norske bryggeriforening") from 1965 to 1996. It withdrew in 1966 in order to compete outside its designated sales area. The organization organized a nationwide boycott of Grans products following their decision to withdraw.

Hafallen is considered to be one of the outer neighborhoods in the eastern part of the city of Sandefjord which has an area of 24 square kilometres (9.3 sq mi) and a population (in 2022) of 45,816. The statistical area Hafallen, which also can include the peripheral parts of the village as well as the surrounding countryside, has a population of 136.

Vesterøy Church (Norwegian: Vesterøy kirke) is a parish church of the Church of Norway in Sandefjord Municipality in Vestfold county, Norway. It is located on the Vesterøya peninsula in the southern part of the city of Sandefjord. It is the church for the Vesterøy parish which is part of the Sandefjord prosti (deanery) in the Diocese of Tunsberg. The red brick church was built in a rectangular design in 1967 using plans drawn up by the architect Elisabeth Breen Fidjestøl. The church seats about 250 people.

Solløkka is a village in Sandefjord Municipality in Vestfold county, Norway. The village is located at the north end of the Lahellefjorden, just across the fjord from the village of Lahelle. The village sits about 1 kilometre (0.62 mi) to the southeast of the village of Helgerød and about 5 kilometres (3.1 mi) east of the city of Sandefjord. Solløkka is considered to be one of the outer neighborhoods in the eastern part of the city of Sandefjord which has an area of 24 square kilometres (9.3 sq mi) and a population (in 2022) of 45,816. The statistical area Solløkka, which also can include the peripheral parts of the village as well as the surrounding countryside, has a population of 331.Solløkka has a boat harbor and a 70-metre (230 ft) long sandy beach area plus it also has a number of cabins and vacation homes and a campground (“Solløkka camping og leirsted”).

Southern Actor is a former whale catcher, currently a museum ship based in Sandefjord, Norway and owned by Sandefjord Museum. It is the only whale catcher from the Modern Whaling Epoch still to be in its original working order. Over 100,000 hours have been spent on restoring the vessel.Southern Actor was built in 1950 at Smiths Dock, Middlesbrough, England, for the whaling company Christian Salvesen Ltd in Leith, Scotland. Many of Salvesen's employees were Norwegian mostly from Vestfold. The ship was in Norway for maintenance in the summer. In 1995, Southern Actor was fully restored, as authentically as possible in relation to the way the boat was originally constructed. That same year she was declared worthy of preservation by Riksantikvaren, the Norwegian Directorate of Cultural Heritage. Southern Actor is in working order and can be chartered for excursions.

Sandefjord Spa (Norwegian: Sandefjord Kurbad, often shortened to Kurbadet), was a spa in Sandefjord, Norway, established by Heinrich Arnold Thaulow in 1837. The main building from 1899 is one of the largest wooden buildings in Norway and in the Nordic countries overall. Kurbadet was one of Europe's most visited baths in the late 1800s. Royalty and Prime Ministers from throughout Europe visited the spa in the late 1800s. It was the first spa in Sandefjord and functioned as a medical institution focusing on the treatment of symptoms for rheumatic diseases. A majority of spa visitors were from Norway, but international guests from Germany, Britain and the United States also visited Kurbadet.The spa was open from 1837 until 1939, when it became a municipal property. The buildings are now housing a café, bar, gallery, and a host of local associations. The bath's original building from 1899 is made in style of a dragon and is located in the city centre. Tours of Kurbadet can be scheduled.Badeparken, or "the Bathing Park", is located nearby and was established by the spa in 1902.
