Clyburn railway station

Clyde is a locality of Sydney, in the state of New South Wales, Australia. Clyde is located 21 kilometres west of the Sydney central business district in the local government area of the City of Parramatta. Clyde is part of the Greater Western Sydney region.

Auburn Railway Signal Box is a heritage-listed railway signal box on the Main Suburban railway line, Auburn, New South Wales, Australia. It was designed by New South Wales Government Railways (NSWGR) and built in 1954 by the NSW Department of Railways. It is also known as Railway Signal Box. The property is owned by RailCorp. It was added to the New South Wales State Heritage Register on 2 April 1999. The rear of the building faces Rawson Street, Auburn, opposite 171 Rawson Street.

Sydney Adventist College is an independent Seventh-Day Adventist co-educational early learning and primary day school, located in Auburn, an inner-western suburb of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. Established in 1919 at Burwood, Sydney Adventist College was open to students from all religious and cultural backgrounds. Since December 2012 it has only catered to Prep to Year 6 students at the Macquarie Street Auburn Campus. The School is operated by the Greater Sydney Conference (GSC). It is a part of the Seventh-day Adventist education system, the world's second largest Christian school system.The school is affiliated with the health food company Sanitarium, The Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA), the Sydney Adventist Hospital and the Seventh Day Adventist Churches in Sydney. It is also related to Avondale University College, a tertiary college located in Cooranbong.

To the west of the station lies Auburn Railway Signal Box, UGL Unipart's Maintrain maintenance facility, the Auburn Maintenance Centre and a Pacific National depot.

The Auburn City Council (formally City of Auburn) was a local government area in the Greater Western Sydney region of New South Wales, Australia. Prior to its 2016 merger, the council area was located about 15 kilometres (9.3 mi) west of the Sydney central business district and had a culturally diverse population. Notable features in the area included the Gallipoli Mosque, located in the suburb of Auburn. The suburb of Sydney Olympic Park, the site of the main venues of the 2000 Summer Olympics, was located in the council area. On 10 February 2016 the Auburn City Council was suspended by the Minister for Local Government, and an administrator appointed. A public enquiry was held into allegations of "councillors misusing their positions." Prior to the suspension, the Mayor of Auburn City Council was Councillor Le Lam. On 12 May 2016, as part of a NSW State Government program of local government reform, Auburn City Council was abolished. Parts of Auburn City Council, Parramatta City Council, and Holroyd City Council merged to form the Cumberland Council as a new local government area. The remainder of the Auburn City Council area was merged into the City of Parramatta Council.

Oriole Park was the home of the Auburn Baseball Club in New South Wales, Australia. It hosted the Claxton Shield in 1970, 1975, 1980, and 1981. The field was extended and had lighting added prior to hosting the 1980 competition. Oriole Park also held the 1988 U-18 Baseball World Cup.Oriole Park was last used in 2014. In 2017 the Cumberland Council announced that Oriole Park would be torn down as restoring it would be too expensive.
