Prankers Pond (also Lily Pond or Pranker Pond) is one of the largest lakes in Saugus, Massachusetts, United States. It is the center of a recreational area that also includes hiking and picnicking areas. The pond lies east of U.S. Route 1 and southwest of Birch Pond. Named for Edward Pranker, the owner of the Pranker Mills at the pond, it lies at 42.4745403°N 71.0125512°W / 42.4745403; -71.0125512, at an elevation of 26 feet (8 m).

Breakheart Reservation is a public recreation area covering 652 acres (264 ha) in the towns of Saugus and Wakefield, Massachusetts. The reservation features a hardwood forest, two freshwater lakes, a winding stretch of the Saugus River, and scenic views of Boston and rural New England from rocky hilltops. The park is managed by the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation.

Northeast Metropolitan Regional Vocational High School also known as Northeast Metro Tech or The Voke is a regional vocational school located in Wakefield, Massachusetts, United States. It was founded in 1968 and draws students from the cities and towns of Chelsea, Revere, Winthrop, Malden, Melrose, North Reading, Reading, Stoneham, Wakefield, Winchester, Woburn and Saugus. The number of students each city or town sends is dependent on its population and the amount of money it contributes to the budget of the school. The City of Malden is the largest contributor of students, Chelsea is the second largest contributor, and Woburn is the third. Also, students from Everett, Lynn, Lynnfield and Medford, which border the Northeast Metropolitan Regional Vocational School District, may attend the school if they apply and are approved. The football team won back-to-back Division 4A State Championships in 2009 and 2010.

Pranker Mills, also known as the Iroquois Mills, is a former American textile mill located in Saugus, Massachusetts that was in operation from 1822 to 1915.

Kowloon was called one of the best Chinese restaurants in New England by Boston television station WHDH in 2004.Visiting the restaurant is a tradition for many New England families on birthdays and anniversaries. It is also considered a top destination for fans of tiki culture and has been a stop on organized tours. The restaurant has been owned through three generations of the same family.

Saugus Iron Works National Historic Site is a National Historic Site about 10 miles (16 kilometers) northeast of Downtown Boston in Saugus, Massachusetts. It is the site of the first integrated ironworks in North America, founded by John Winthrop the Younger and in operation between 1646 and approximately 1670. It includes the reconstructed blast furnace, forge, rolling mill, shear, slitter and a quarter-ton trip hammer. The facility is powered by seven large waterwheels, some of which are rigged to work in tandem with huge wooden gears connecting them. It has a wharf to load the iron onto ocean-going vessels, as well as a large, restored 17th-century house.

The Boardman House, also known as the Scotch-Boardman House or the Bennett-Boardman House, is a historic house located at 17 Howard Street, Saugus, Massachusetts. Built in 1692, it was designated a National Historic Landmark in 1961 because of the remarkable amount of original building material still present in the house. It has been owned by Historic New England since 1914, and is open to the public on select weekends between June and October.

The House at 28 Wiley Street in Wakefield, Massachusetts is an unusual Federal or Georgian style house. It is built of brick, a rare construction material in pre-Revolutionary Wakefield. It appears to have been built as an addition to another house, which has since been destroyed. Built into a hill, it presents 1.5 stories in front, and 2.5 stories in back. It has a tradition five bay main facade with a central door, which was embellished with a Federal style surround sometime after its initial construction. The house was probably built for a member of the Wiley family.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.
