Salubria is a historic plantation house located at Stevensburg, Culpeper County, Virginia. It was built in 1757, and is a two-story, hipped roof dwelling with two large corbel-capped chimneys on the interior ends. Salubria was the birthplace of Admiral Cary Travers Grayson, personal physician to President Woodrow Wilson. In October 2000, Salubria was donated by the Grayson family to the Germanna Foundation for historic preservation.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1970.

Eckington School, also known as Poplar Ridge School, is a historic school building for African-American children located near Culpeper, Culpeper County, Virginia. It was built in 1895, and is a one-story, vernacular frame structure. It measures 20 feet by 26 feet, and is clad in weatherboard. It was used as a school until 1941, after which it was used as a church hall for the adjoining Free Union Baptist Church. At that time, a 10 foot by 20 foot addition was built.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2001.

Its original name was Brandy. The name Brandy Station comes from a local tavern sign that advertised brandy.Brandy Station was the site of the 1863 Battle of Brandy Station, the largest predominantly cavalry engagement of the American Civil War as well as the largest to take place ever on American soil.Auburn, Farley, and the Graffiti House are listed on the National Register of Historic Places.Culpeper Regional Airport is located on Beverly Ford Road in Brandy Station.

Croftburn Farm is a historic farm complex located near Culpeper, Culpeper County, Virginia. The complex includes the contributing Sprinkel-Bushong House (c. 1890–1900); the Cottage (c. 1938); the horse barn (c. 1880); the shop and attached privy (c. 1900); the small barn (c. 1870); the feed room (c. 1870–1880); the large barn (c. 1890); the garage (1920-1930); and the milk shed (c. 1900–1915).It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2001.

The Graffiti House, located at 19484 Brandy Road in the eastern end of the town of Brandy Station, Virginia, is believed by the Brandy Station Foundation to have been built in 1858. It is one of few dwellings in the village built before the American Civil War to survive intact to this day. The house is notable because of the Civil War era graffiti on many of the walls. The graffiti found includes names, drawings, names of units, and inscriptions left by soldiers.

The Battle of Morton's Ford was a battle of the American Civil War, fought February 6–7, 1864. To distract attention from a planned cavalry-infantry raid up the Virginia Peninsula on Richmond, the Union Army of the Potomac forced several crossings of the Rapidan River on February 6, 1864. Units of the II Corps under Maj. Gen. John C. Caldwell crossed at Morton's Ford, the I Corps at Raccoon Ford, and Union cavalry at Robertson's Ford. Confederate Lt. Gen. Richard S. Ewell's Corps of the Army of Northern Virginia resisted the crossings, with sporadic fighting and the most severe fighting at Morton's Ford. By February 7, 1864, the attacks had stalled, and the Union army withdrew during the night, with the results of the battle inconclusive.

The Battle of Brandy Station, also called the Battle of Fleetwood Hill, was the largest predominantly cavalry engagement of the American Civil War, as well as the largest ever to take place on American soil. It was fought on June 9, 1863, around Brandy Station, Virginia, at the beginning of the Gettysburg Campaign by the Union cavalry under Maj. Gen. Alfred Pleasonton against Maj. Gen. J. E. B. Stuart's Confederate cavalry. Union commander Pleasonton launched a surprise dawn attack on Stuart's cavalry at Brandy Station. After an all-day fight in which fortunes changed repeatedly, the Federals retired without discovering Gen. Robert E. Lee's infantry camped near Culpeper. This battle marked the end of the Confederate cavalry's dominance in the East. From this point in the war, the Federal cavalry gained strength and confidence.

Auburn, also known as Auburn Farm, is a historic home and farm located near Brandy Station, Culpeper County, Virginia. It was built about 1855–1856, and is a three-story, three bay by three bay frame dwelling, built in the Greek Revival style. It features a two-story portico with a heavy entablature including triglyph and metope frieze. Also on the property are the contributing kitchen (c. 1855–1856); 20th-century garage, chicken house, meat house, and machine shed; two barns; a large corncrib; and two tenant houses.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2008.

Greenville is a historic plantation home located near Raccoon's Ford, Culpeper County, Virginia. Building of the property commenced in 1847 and was completed in 1854. It is a three-story, central-hall plan Classical Revival style brick dwelling. It measures 54 feet by 38 feet, 8 inches, and has a low pitched, W-shaped, ridge-and-valley roof. The front facade features a three-story portico with Tuscan order, stuccoed brick columns. Also on the property is a contributing outbuilding.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.
