WUCF-TV (channel 24) is a PBS member television station in Orlando, Florida, United States. Owned by the University of Central Florida (UCF), it is the region's sole PBS member station, reaching an estimated population of 4.6 million people in its viewing area. WUCF-TV is sister to WUCF-FM (89.9 MHz), Central Florida's secondary NPR station. The two outlets share studios on Research Parkway on the UCF campus. Through a channel sharing agreement with religious station WTGL (channel 45), the two stations transmit using WUCF-TV's spectrum from an antenna in unincorporated Bithlo, Florida. Channel 24 had previously been WMFE-TV, the main ETV and PBS outlet for Central Florida from 1965 to 2011, when then-owner Community Communications dropped PBS programming in preparation for a sale. In response, UCF and Brevard Community College (BCC) partnered to approve the creation of WUCF-TV, a new PBS station to serve the Central Florida market. The station operated on the primary digital channel of BCC's PBS station, WBCC. Days after the agreement was reached to replace WMFE, Daytona Beach PBS station WDSC-TV announced that it would cease its membership due to financial hardship, leaving WUCF as the only PBS member station in Central Florida. In 2012, PBS programming returned to WMFE, as the station's ownership announced that it would sell all of the station's assets, except the studio facilities, to UCF for $3.3 million. In September 2012, WMFE was relaunched as WUCF following approval from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).On cable, the station is available in standard definition on channel 2 on Charter Spectrum, channel 4 on Comcast Xfinity, and channel 24 on CenturyLink Prism, and in high definition on Spectrum channel 1024, Xfinity channel 424, and CenturyLink Prism channel 1024.

WTGL (channel 45), branded on-air as Good Life 45, is a religious independent television station licensed to Leesburg, Florida, United States, serving the Orlando area. The station is locally owned by Good Life Broadcasting, and maintains studios in Lake Mary, Florida. Through a channel sharing agreement with PBS member station WUCF-TV (channel 24), the two stations transmit using WUCF-TV's spectrum from an antenna near Bithlo. WTGL airs programming from Total Living Network, World Harvest Television and The Worship Network. Prior to mid-2010, it was affiliated with Faith TV until that network became My Family TV. That network has since moved to low-power station WSCF-LD (channel 31).

WMFE-FM is Central Florida's National Public Radio (NPR) member station, with a format of news and information. Most programming is simulcast on 89.5 WMFV in Cedar Creek, Florida. The radio studios are on East Colonial Drive in Orlando. WMFE-FM has an effective radiated power (ERP) of 100,000 watts, the maximum for non-grandfathered FM stations. The transmitter is on TV Tower Road in Bithlo, Florida, amid the towers for other Orlando-area FM and TV stations.

WOFL (channel 35) is a television station in Orlando, Florida, United States, serving as the market's Fox network outlet. It is owned and operated by the network's Fox Television Stations division alongside MyNetworkTV station WRBW (channel 65). Both stations share studios on Skyline Drive in Lake Mary, while WOFL's transmitter is located in unincorporated Bithlo, Florida. WOGX (channel 51) in Ocala operates as a semi-satellite of WOFL, serving the Gainesville television market. As such, it clears all network programming as provided through its parent and simulcasts most of WOFL's newscasts, but airs a separate offering of syndicated programming; there are also separate local commercial inserts and legal station identifications. Although WOGX maintains an advertising sales office on Northwest 53rd Avenue in Gainesville, master control and most internal operations are based at WOFL's studios.

It is owned by Hearst Television alongside Daytona Beach–licensed NBC affiliate WESH (channel 2). WACX (channel 55) is a religious independent television station licensed to Leesburg, Florida, United States, serving the Orlando area. Locally owned by Associated Christian Television System, Inc., the station maintains studios on Central Parkway in Altamonte Springs, and its transmitter is located near Bithlo, Florida. WACX operates on a commercial license, even though it, like most religious stations, is supported through donations from viewers. The station's studios are located adjacent to the Holy Land Experience, a Christian theme park also owned by TBN; its transmitter is located in unincorporated Bithlo, Florida.

WRUM (100.3 FM) is a commercial radio station in Orlando, Florida, known as "Rumba 100.3". It airs a Spanish-language radio format featuring Latin pop, reggaeton and tropical music, and is owned by iHeartMedia. The studios and offices are on Maitland Center Parkway in Maitland.WRUM has an effective radiated power (ERP) of 100,000 watts. The transmitter is in Bithlo, off Fort Christmas Road (Route 420).WRUM broadcasts using the HD radio hybrid format. The HD2 subchannel carries a bilingual CHR format, known as "Mega 97.1". The subchannel feeds an FM translator at 97.1 MHz. The HD3 subchannel carries a Spanish news/talk format, simulcasting WRSO.

It is the Orlando affiliate for the syndicated rock series Skratch 'N Sniff. WJRR studios and offices are located on Maitland Center Parkway in the Orlando suburb of Maitland. The station transmitter is off Fort Christmas Road in Christmas, Florida.In addition to a standard analog transmission, WJRR broadcasts three HD Radio subchannels: The first carries the main station programming.
