The Turkey Hill Grange Hall is a historic Grange hall located at 1375 E. Illinois Route 15 in Belleville, Illinois. Built in 1937, the hall was the third used by the Turkey Hill Grange #1370, which was founded in 1874. As part of the National Grange, the Turkey Hill chapter served both as a political advocacy group for farmers' interests and a social group for isolated rural residents. While the 1937 hall follows the national organization's suggestions for Grange hall design, the chapter also hired local architecture firm Rubach & Weisenstein to create the building's Neoclassical design, an uncommon practice for a Grange hall. The hall is still in use by the Grange, which is the oldest Grange chapter in St. Clair County; the hall itself is one of the few historic Grange halls in Illinois still standing and in good condition.The hall was added to the National Register of Historic Places on December 27, 2016.

WSDZ (1260 AM) is a radio station licensed to Belleville, Illinois, and serving the Greater St. Louis radio market. It is owned and operated by Relevant Radio, Inc. WSDZ carries a Catholic talk and teaching radio format supplied by the Relevant Radio network. WSDZ, along with 1120 KMOX, are responsible for activation of the St. Louis area Emergency Alert System.By day, WSDZ is powered at 20,000 watts. But at night, to avoid interfering with other stations on AM 1260, it reduces power to 5,000 watts. It uses a directional antenna at all times. The studios are located on Weber Hill Road in St. Louis. The transmitter is off Schuleter Germaine Road in Belleville. Programming is also heard on 99-watt FM translator 95.1 MHz K236CS in St. Louis.

Boasting 6500 square feet, the William and Florence Schmidt Art Center, located on the Belleville campus of Southwestern Illinois College, facilitates visual literacy through exhibitions of art and cultural artifacts while inspiring, informing, and connecting the college and community. With changing exhibits throughout the year, it showcases the art created by professional artists from around the country and local high school and college artists who are just beginning their journey in the art world. In addition, the Schmidt Art Center hosts cultural events in conjunction with professional artists, poets, and musicians. Owning over nine hundred works of art, the Schmidt Art Center boasts the most extensive collection held by any two-year college in Illinois, including paintings, photographs, sculptures, and artifacts. The collection was mostly acquired through private donations and funds from the Illinois Art in Architecture program.Owned by Southwestern Illinois College, The Schmidt operates under its Foundation and may be rented for private events.

Belleville station is a St. Louis MetroLink station. The station bisects Scheel Street in the northern section of Belleville, Illinois approximately one-mile (1.6 km) from the center of town. It has a MetroBus transfer and a large parking lot on the southwest side of the tracks that features 287 park and ride spaces and 34 long-term spaces. This station also includes a small retail building with four storefronts near the bus boarding plaza. In 2022, the concrete area between the bus bays and MetroLink entrance was updated into an interactive space that boasts a vibrant-colored “Art Grows in Belleville” theme and includes new custom bike racks, shade structures, a Belleville city logo sign, benches, planters and elevated window artwork. The third "Transit Stop Transformation" project to be completed, it was unveiled on June 26, 2022, by Citizens for Modern Transit, the St. Clair County Transit District, AARP in St. Louis, and Metro Transit.

Hotel Belleville is a historic hotel building at 16 S. Illinois Street in Belleville, Illinois. The hotel was built in 1930–31 to replace the city's previous hotel, the Belleville House; like its predecessor, the hotel marketed itself as the most luxurious and modern hotel in Belleville. Architects Manske & Bartling designed the building in the Art Deco style; their design included first-floor window bays with terra cotta blocks, brick pilasters above the entrance, ornamental brickwork on the upper floors, and a parapet. The hotel's amenities included a restaurant and cocktail lounge, banquet and event space, office space for community organizations, and storefronts for local businesses. In the decades after it opened, the building served both as a center of Belleville's social life and a home for regional conventions. The hotel operated until 1961, when it was converted to an assisted living facility for the elderly.The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places on June 20, 2018.
