Macomb County, Michigan

Macomb Township is a civil township of Macomb County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 91,663 at the 2020 Census, which makes it the most-populous civil township in the state. It is the third most-populous township overall after the charter townships of Clinton and Canton.

Dakota High School is a public, magnet high school located in the Metropolitan Detroit region, situated in the suburb of Macomb Township, Michigan. Dakota serves grades 9-12 and is one of three high schools in the Chippewa Valley Schools.

Lutheran High School North, known locally as Lutheran North, is a private, coed high school located in Macomb, Michigan, about 25 miles outside of Detroit. The school is one of three members of the Lutheran High School Association, and is accredited by both the National Lutheran School Accreditation and the Michigan Association of Non-public Schools.

L'Anse Creuse High School - North, colloquially known as simply "L'Anse Creuse North", is a public, magnet high school in Macomb Township, Michigan, and serves grades 9-12. It is one of two high schools in the L'Anse Creuse Public Schools district, with the other being L'Anse Creuse High School. L'Anse Creuse High School - North was created in 1975, with along L'Anse Creuse Junior High - North.

The Mall at Partridge Creek is an open-air shopping mall in Clinton Township, a suburb of Detroit, Michigan, United States. Under construction since 2005, the mall opened to the public on October 18, 2007, along with Parisian, which was the mall's only anchor at the time.The Mall at Partridge Creek features free WiFi, pop jet fountains, a TV court and a 40' fireplace, and welcomes dogs and provides four dog comfort stations on site. The Mall at Partridge Creek was developed by the Taubman Corporation of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. It is also the first mall to open in Macomb County since Lakeside Mall in 1976. The mall, owned by Starwood Capital Group, reported 2006 average sales per square foot of $539, well above the threshold for 'class A' mall properties. The state's first L.L.Bean opened in the center court between Pandora and Lush in 2016. There is a Nino Salvaggio grocery store in the outlet. The mall is anchored by L.L.Bean, H&M, Forever 21 and MJR Theatres, with two vacant anchor stores that once housed Nordstrom and Parisian, which was later rebranded to Carson's. On April 18, 2008, Nordstrom opened to the public, making it the second department store to open at this mall.On January 31, 2013, Parisian was renamed Carson's.In August 2018, Carson's at the mall closed due to the chain’s liquidation. Their space now acts as a seasonal Halloween store, called Spirit Halloween, and a seasonal DIY gift wrap store, called Put A Bow On It Gift Wrap Center.In June 2019, Nordstrom announced its closure at the mall, leaving the mall with no department store anchors. The store closed on September 13, 2019.In February 11, 2020 Bobcat Bonnie's opened its fifth location in the former Max and Erma's towards the back of the mall.

Chippewa Valley Schools is a school district with its headquarters located in Clinton Township, Macomb County, Michigan. The district encompasses over 27 square miles, partially serving students of the Clinton Township and Macomb Township along with other nearby districts. It served 16,226 students during the 2016-2017 school year, making it the 6th-largest school district by enrollment in the state. The school district was formed in 1959 through the consolidation of six existing school districts.

Austin Catholic High School (ACHS) is a private, Roman Catholic, co-educational, college-preparatory high school in Chesterfield, Michigan, United States. It was established in 2011 and is part of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Detroit.

WKEG (1030 AM) is a non-commercial Catholic radio station in Sterling Heights, Michigan, serving Metro Detroit. It is a daytimer which must go off the air at night. WKEG is a Class D station operating on the clear-channel frequency of 1030 AM; WBZ in Boston is the dominant Class A station on this frequency. By day, WKEG is powered at 5,000 watts, using a non-directional antenna. While the AM station may only broadcast between sunrise and sunset, WKEG has four FM translator stations which can be heard around the clock: 94.3 W232CA and 104.7 W284BQ in Detroit, 94.1 W231CV in Holly and 103.1 W276DB in Rochester Hills.

Macomb Intermediate School District (MISD) is a coordinating school district based in Clinton Township, Michigan. The district serves local school districts in Macomb County, primarily through the providing of special education support, services and screening of students. The MISD operates several schools of its own to educate the more seriously impaired children.

The Clinton Grove Cemetery is a burial ground located at 21189 Cass Avenue near Mount Clemens, Michigan, United States. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places and designated a Michigan State Historic Site in 1996.

Ray Community Airport (FAA LID: 57D) is a privately owned, public use airport located in Ray Township, Macomb County. Michigan. The airport sits on 93 acres of land at an elevation of 632 feet.The airport is a regular home for events hosted by the experimental aircraft association. The local has been operating at Ray Community Airport for nearly 70 years as of 2023. Of special note are the numerous EAA Young Eagles events at the airport.
