The Felix LaBauve House is a historic house built in c. 1865 and located at 2769 Magnolia Drive (formerly 235 Magnolia Drive) in Hernando, Mississippi, U.S. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places since March 29, 1978 for its architecture and social significance; and it is a listed Mississippi Landmark since October 11, 1985. It is alternatively spelled as Felix Labauve House.

The shopping center is owned and managed by CBL & Associates, who developed the property and opened it in October 2005. It was reported that upon opening, the Southaven Towne Center was expected to contribute 1000 jobs to the local economy. Bridgetown is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) in Desoto County, Mississippi, United States. As of the 2010 census, it had a population of 1,742. Bridgetown is approximately 6 miles (10 km) east of Nesbit and 3.5 miles (5.6 km) south-southwest of Pleasant Hill.

Southaven is traversed north to south by the I-55/I-69 freeway. The city's name derives from the fact that Southaven is located south of Whitehaven, a neighborhood in Memphis.
