Field High School

Brimfield is a census-designated place (CDP) in Portage County, Ohio, United States. As of the 2020 census, the CDP had a population of 3,365. It is located in the central part of Brimfield Township (of which it is a part), a rural area between the Ohio cities of Akron and Kent with light industry, strip-malls, subdivisions, and farms. Brimfield is part of the Akron Metropolitan Statistical Area.

Saint Joseph is an unincorporated place in Portage County, Ohio, United States. It is located along Waterloo Road on the western edge of Randolph Township near its border with Suffield. The area is named after the Roman Catholic Parish of St. Joseph, established in 1831. In addition to the church building, which dates to 1904, the parish also includes a clergy house, elementary school for grades preschool through eighth, daycare center, cemetery, grotto, and food bank. A post office was located in the community from 1893 to 1904.

The Cooperrider-Kent Bog State Nature Preserve is state nature preserve located mainly in Kent, Ohio. The preserve surrounds the Kent Bog, a remnant of the Wisconsin Glaciation. It is a true bog with acidic waters, and unique environmental conditions have enabled it to survive. The bog contains the largest stand of tamarack trees in the state of Ohio.

The Aaron Ferrey House, also known as the Winan Snyder House, was a historic structure located at 5058 Sunnybrook Road in the southern part of Kent, Ohio, United States. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on August 13, 1974. The house was an example of Carpenter Gothic architecture and a rare complete use of a design by early 19th century landscape designer and Gothic Revival advocate Andrew Jackson Downing. The design was a nearly-exact replica of Design III in Downing's 1850 book, The Architecture of Country Houses, with an upper porch included instead of an extra room. It was named for Aaron Ferrey, a New England brick manufacturer who brought his business to the Franklin Mils area (later renamed Kent) in 1842, before settling in the area himself in 1846. After living and running his sizable operation in Kent for 20 years, Ferrey constructed the house in 1866, also maintaining a brickyard on the property until 1880. It was demolished in 2017 for unknown reasons, after standing for over 150 years.

Olga Mural Field at Schoonover Stadium is a baseball venue located on the campus of Kent State University in Kent, Ohio, United States. It is home to the Kent State Golden Flashes baseball team, a member of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) in Division I and the Mid-American Conference East Division. The field opened in 1966 and was previously known as Gene Michael Field from 1990 to 2003. The field was renamed in late 2003 and renovated in 2005 with additional upgrades made from 2006 through 2008 and again in 2013 to 2014. It has a seating capacity of 1,148 people with a Shaw Sports Turf synthetic playing surface.

Mishler is a former settlement in Portage County, in the U.S. state of Ohio. It was located in the southern part of Suffield Township along Mishler Road, east of present-day Ohio State Route 43.
