Wildwood, Saskatoon

Westview is a suburban community in the Confederation Suburban Development Area (SDA) of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Originally named "Tuxedo Park" by real estate developers in 1912, the area remained undeveloped until the 1960s. The east half of Westview is located on land annexed by the city in 1911, while the western half did not become part of Saskatoon until 1960. The majority of development occurred in the 1970s and 1980s (although the neighbourhood, with the more-or-less current street layout, had appeared on city street maps as early as 1961). The neighbourhood was finally completed in the late 1990s. Located in what was at the time the northwest corner of the city, the neighbourhood was on the city's western edge, giving its residents a true "West view". Unlike its Eastview counterpart, all street names don't begin with the word "West". The population of Westview was 3,441 in 2006. The community was originally identified as Westview Heights, but the second word was dropped from the official community name in the 1980s. The Westview neighbourhood is bounded to the north by 37th Street, Circle Drive on the east and Junor Avenue on the west and 33rd Street to the south.

Hampton Village is a residential neighbourhood within the Confederation Suburban Development Area of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Hampton Village is the first suburb designed on Saskatoon's west side to be modelled after the village concept. The residential area is constructed around the village centre consisting of shops, services and amenities for residential living, with walking trails radiating outward from the central core. This suburb has some detached homes and condominiums sold, and in 2008, there are still several areas still under construction. The land on which Hampton Village sits was annexed over a period of many years. The western half (west of Junor Avenue) was annexed in July 1979, while the eastern half wasn't annexed until May 2000. Some remnant lots along the southern portion of the community rest on lands annexed by the city between 1911 and 1977.

Lakeview is a primarily residential neighbourhood located in the southeast part of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. The majority of its residents live in low-density, single detached dwellings, with a sizeable minority of semi-detached or apartment-style multiple unit dwellings. As of 2011, the area is home to 7,732 residents. The neighbourhood is considered a high income area, with an average family income of $120,042, an average dwelling value of $277,070 and a home ownership rate of 71.0%. It was the first community in Saskatoon to feature a man-made lake amenity.

Dundonald is a neighbourhood located in the northwest corner of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. The neighbourhood was built in the 1980s, and served as the last development of the northwest corner of the city, prior to the development of Hampton Village. Dundonald is surrounded by a large landscaped park, with a storm pond. In comparison, the neighbourhood of Dundonald with a 2001 census population of 5,285 is larger than the Saskatchewan city of Melville which had a population of 4,149 in 2006, and 4,453 in 2001 and Dundonald is also larger than the provincial city of Humboldt which was 4,998 in 2006, and 5,161 in 2001. In Saskatchewan rural towns must maintain a population above 5,000 to apply for city status.

Lakeridge is a residential neighbourhood located in the southeast part of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. Almost all of its residents live in low-density, single detached houses. As of 2009, the area is home to 4,051 residents. The neighbourhood is considered an upper-income area, with an average family income of $127,698, an average dwelling value of $357,024 and a home ownership rate of 98.8%.

The Centre is a major shopping mall located south-east of the junction of Circle Drive and 8th Street in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan in the Wildwood neighbourhood. Sometimes commonly referred to as The Centre At Circle And 8th or The 8th Street Mall It is currently anchored by Sport Chek, Saskatoon Co-op, Rainbow Cinemas, the Centre Cinemas, Shoppers Drug Mart, Best Buy, Indigo Books and Music and Dollarama. Until 2003-2005, Canadian Tire and Walmart were also part of this mall. They both moved to the big box development of Preston Crossing; a Zellers department store that had operated in the west end of the mall since it was built in the early 1970s subsequently relocated from its original location to occupy the vacated Walmart location at the east end. The Zellers has since closed and has been converted into Target, which also subsequently closed. The Centre boasts more than 90 shops and services, several art display spaces in Centre East, and a 2-level temperature-controlled underground parkade.

College Park is a primarily residential neighbourhood located in the east-central part of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. The majority of its residents live in single-family detached dwellings, with a sizable minority of high-density, multiple-unit dwellings. As of 2011, the area is home to 5,470 residents. The neighbourhood is considered a middle-income area, with an average family income of $65,133, an average dwelling value of $232,228 and a home ownership rate of 58.9%.

College Park East is a primarily residential neighbourhood located in the east-central part of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. The majority of its residents live in single-family detached dwellings, with a sizeable minority of high-density, multiple-unit dwellings. As of 2006, the area is home to 4,809 residents. The neighbourhood is considered a middle-income area, with an average family income of $67,946, an average dwelling value of $314,000 and a home ownership rate of 67.2%.

Saskatoon Greystone was a provincial electoral district for the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, Canada. It was last contested in the 2011 provincial election before being dissolved into Saskatoon Churchill-Wildwood and Saskatoon University. The district encompassed the Greystone Heights, Grosvenor Park, Brevoort Park and Wildwood neighbourhoods of Saskatoon.

Saskatoon Christian School (SCS) is an independent faith-based elementary and secondary school located south of Lakeview and east of Stonebridge, in Corman Park, Saskatchewan, Canada. The institution provides Christian instruction from Kindergarten to Grade 12, in full compliance with the Saskatchewan Ministry of Education's Goals of Education and Curriculum Policy.The school was established in 1983, and is operated by the Saskatoon Society for Christian Education.

Evan Hardy Collegiate Institute is located on the East side of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada, serving students from grades 9 through 12. It is also known as Evan Hardy, Hardy, or simply EHCI. Evan Hardy Collegiate was named for noted University of Saskatchewan professor Evan Alan Hardy. The school was opened in 1966. Evan Hardy centres the first Saskatoon Media School, an entire semester of media-based classes for students all around Saskatoon and area. It was one of only three Saskatoon high schools to offer the SAGE program (the others are Bedford Road and Walter Murray) for gifted students until 2021. Its feeder schools are Brunskill School, Colette Bourgonje School, College Park School, Greystone Heights School, Lakeridge School, Lakeview School, Roland Michener School, and Wildwood School.

It is a classified as a "suburban centre" subdivision, composed of mostly medium to high-density multiple-unit dwellings, commercial areas and civic facilities. As of 2011, the area is home to 1,850 residents. The neighbourhood is considered a middle-income area, with an average family income of $65,927, an average dwelling value of $227,522 and a home ownership rate of 76.8%.
