Nieuwe Krim

Dalerpeel is a village in the Netherlands and it is part of the Coevorden municipality in Drenthe. Dalerpeel was first mentioned in 1936, and means "the swamp of Dalen". It was originally a peat colony and the workers came from North Brabant. The village shares resources with neighbouring Nieuwe Krim.

Steenwijksmoer is a village in the Netherlands and it is part of the Coevorden municipality in Drenthe.It was first mentioned in 1845 as Steenwijks-Moer, and means "the moorland of de Vos family who came from Steenwijk". In 1840, it was home to 252 people.

Nieuwlande (Dutch Low Saxon: Neilaande) is a Dutch village located in the north-eastern province of Drenthe situated in the municipality of Hoogeveen. The population, as of 2023 is 1419. Nieuwlande is one of only two villages in the world that collectively received the Righteous Among the Nations award for its Holocaust Rescue story where nearly all of the towns residents hid and saved the lives of hundreds of Jews as well as resistance fighters and German deserters during World War II.Nieuwlande is on peatland in the south of Drenthe. It arose where five municipalities meet: Oosterhesselen (by far the largest part), Dalen, Coevorden, Hardenberg, and Hoogeveen. For this reason, a book about Nieuwlande's history had the catching title "Nieuwlande, village with five burgomasters". This situation obstructed to a great extent the extension possibilities and an efficient governing board: for many municipalities it was but an unimportant peripheral area. Therefore, at the municipal division of Drenthe on 1 January 1998 it was decided for the village to be in one municipality, by moving over to the municipality border of Hoogeveen about 1.5 kilometres to the east. The small part of the municipality of Hardenberg (province Overijssel) was, however, not affected by this; and also beyond the new municipality border some inhabitants of Nieuwlande still lived in the new fusion municipality Coevorden. The border now, however, no longer goes straight through the village. Nieuwlande has a new Dutch Reformed church, a Reformed church from 1913, and a church of the meeting of the believers. It also has sports fields; a public and Protestant primary school; a hypermarket with a mail agency; children's playgrounds under its jurisdiction, other companies, and public places. Rural areas are characterised by agriculture (peat diggings) and some nature reserves - scrub and heathland or peat.

Vossebelt is a hamlet in the Netherlands and it is part of the Coevorden municipality in Drenthe. Vossebelt is not a statistical entity, and the postal authorities have placed it under Dalen. It was first mentioned between 1830 and 1855 as De Vossebelt, and means "the fox height". In 1840, it was home to 65 people. Nowadays, it has about 30 houses.

The Battle of Ane (Dutch Low Saxon:Slag bi'j Aone, Dutch:Slag bij Ane), was fought in 1227 between Otto II of Lippe, Bishop of Utrecht, and Rudolf II van Coevorden with his army of Drenths. The account of the battle comes from Quedam narracio de Groninghe de Trentis de Covordia et diversis aliis sub episcopis traiectensibus ("A narrative of Groningen and Drenthe and various other things under the Bishops of Utrecht"), a manuscript from the early 13th century.

Ane (Dutch Low Saxon: Aone) is a village in the Dutch province of Overijssel. It is located in the municipality Hardenberg, about 5 km northeast of the centre of Hardenberg. In 1227, the Battle of Ane was fought during which the bishop of Utrecht was defeated by the citizens of Drenthe. In 1840, it was home to 358 people. In 1864, the gristmill Anermolen was built. It was restored in 1981.

Gramsbergen (Dutch Low Saxon: Grambarge) is a small Dutch city on the Vechte, located in the municipality of Hardenberg and the province of Overijssel. The town is located on corridors of different transportation modes: The N34 (Zwolle - Emmen), the Zwolle - Emmen railway and the Almelo - de Haandrik canal.

Gramsbergen is a railway station located in Gramsbergen, Netherlands. The station was opened on 1 July 1905 and is located on the Zwolle–Emmen railway. The train services are operated by Arriva.

Geesbrug is a village in the Netherlands and is part of the Coevorden municipality in Drenthe. Geesburg was first mentioned in 1913, and means the bridge near Gees.

Veenhuizen is a hamlet in the Netherlands and it is part of the Coevorden municipality in Drenthe. North of Veenhuizen is Oosterhesselen and east is Dalen. Veenhuizen is not a statistical entity, and the postal authorities have placed it under Dalen. It was first mentioned in 1792 as De Veenhuizen, and means "houses in the bog". In 1840, it was home to 46 people. Nowadays, it has about 10 houses.

Zwinderen is a village in the Netherlands and it is part of the Coevorden municipality in Drenthe, about 8.7 km from the city Coevorden. Zwinderen is an esdorp without a church which developed in the early Middle Ages. It was first mentioned in 1217 as "in Suinre". The etymology is unclear. In 1840, it was home to 134 people.

Hoogehaar is a hamlet in the Netherlands and is part of the Coevorden municipality in Drenthe. Hoogehaar is not a statistical entity, and the postal authorities have placed it under Dalen. It was first mentioned in the 1850s as De Hooge Haar, and means "sandy ridge". The hamlet consists of about 10 houses.
