Little Cedar Lake is a lake in Southeastern Wisconsin; United States. It is located at the geographic center of Washington County, in the Town of West Bend, and Town of Polk. The lake covers an area of 246 acres (1 km2), has a shoreline of 4.5 miles (7 km), and reaches a maximum depth of 56 feet (17 m). Its source is Cedar Creek which flows into the northwest side of the lake, and its outflow is Cedar Creek, which continues to flow south at the bottom a small dam at the extreme southern tip of the lake. Spring, summer and autumn activities on the lake include boating, fishing, and water skiing. In winter the lake freezes over completely with ice up to 36 inches thick, Winter activities on the lake include ice fishing and snowmobiling. Many species of fish are found in Little Cedar Lake, including northern pike, walleye, rock bass, smallmouth bass, bluegills, carp, and bullheads. The Lake is located approximately 30 mi (48 km) NNW of Milwaukee, and 5 mi (8.0 km) SW of the City of West Bend.

It has 10.2 miles of shoreline and measures over 900 acres.It is managed by the Big Cedar Lake Protection and Rehabilitation District (BCLPRD), a tax-funded governmental agency with seven commissioners. They provide maintenance, refuse and lake safety services.Fish commonly found in this lake include Northern Pike, Large Mouth Bass, Panfish, and Cisco.The Lake District takes part in Operation Dry Water, an annual initiative aimed at reducing the number of alcohol and drug-related accidents and fatalities and fostering a stronger and more visible deterrent to alcohol and drug use on the water.

Diefenbach Corners is an unincorporated community in the town of Polk, Washington County, Wisconsin, United States.

Polk is a town in Washington County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 3,938 at the 2000 census. The unincorporated communities of Ackerville, Cedar Creek, Cedar Lake, Diefenbach Corners, Mayfield, and Rugby Junction are located in the town. The town derives its name from James K. Polk, 11th U.S. president, who was in office when the town incorporated in 1846.

The University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee at Washington County is a campus of the College of General Studies, University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and is located in West Bend, Wisconsin, United States. In 2018, the college became a regional campus of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Mayfield is an unincorporated community in the Town of Polk in Washington County, Wisconsin, United States. It is west of Jackson and east of Slinger. It lies to the northwest of the intersection of Wisconsin Highway 60 and U.S. Route 45.

The Slinger Speedway (also known as Slinger Super Speedway) is a quarter-mile paved oval automobile race track with 33-degree banked corners located in Slinger, Wisconsin. The track is billed as the "World's Fastest Quarter Mile Oval." The current track record was set by Jeff Bloom in a 410 extreme winged sprint car on August 21, 2010 at a time of 9.908 seconds. This is the first lap record under 10 seconds on a quarter mile oval track of any type, breaking Anderson Speedway's 10.28 second lap record. Bloom's lap eclipsed the track record set by USAC midget car driver Tracy Hines on May 17, 2008 at an elapsed time of 10.845 seconds. The lap was the fastest ever midget car lap on an asphalt quarter mile track. He eclipsed the long-standing mark of 11.095 seconds set by Tony Strupp's late model on June 12, 1994.

The Washington County Courthouse and Jail in West Bend, Wisconsin is the historic former courthouse of Washington County, Wisconsin. It now holds the Tower Heritage Center, a museum and research center operated by the Washington County Historical Society. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982. It is a 3.5-story building with an 8-story central tower designed by Edward V. Koch in Richardsonian Romanesque style and built 1889–90, with 1886 jail. It served as courthouse until 1962.
