Gurnigel Pass

The Selibüel is a mountain of the Bernese Alpine foothills, located in the municipality of Rüschegg in the canton of Bern. It is the culminating point of the wooded range that lies north of the Gurnigel Pass, between the valleys of the Sense (west) and the Aare (east). The summit area, as well as the other summits of the range, such as the Pfyffe, is easily accessible by car or by bus via the Gurnigel road.

The Gantrisch is a mountain in the north-western Bernese Alps, located between the Simmental and the Aar valley in the canton of Bern. The mountain lies near Gurnigel Pass, from where it is usually climbed. A trail leads to the summit.

The Ochsen (or Ochse) is a 2,188.4 metres high mountain in the Bernese Alps, overlooking Schwefelbergbad in the canton of Bern. It is the highest mountain of the Gantrisch chain. The Louigrat is the easiest path (T3, slightly exposed at the top: very steep rocky passages), taking approximately 3 hours. Another path goes via the north ridge via Chli Ochsen (T4, steep, rocky and slippery). There is a memorial just below the small summit area.

The Hohmädli (2,021 m) is a mountain of the Bernese Alps, located north of Oberwil in the canton of Bern. It lies east of the Widdersgrind, on the range between the valleys of Morgete and Simmental.

Gantrisch Regional Nature Park is one of 17 parks of national importance in Switzerland. Of its 19 park communities, 18 are in the canton of Bern and one in the canton of Fribourg. The Gantrisch Nature Park covers an area of 414 km² at an altitude between 510 m (Bern-Belp Airport) and 2239 m (Schafberg) and includes the Schwarzsee tourist region.

The Schwidenegg (2,007 m) is a mountain of the Bernese Alps, located north of Weissenburg in the canton of Bern. It lies between the valleys of Morgete and Buuschetal.

Rüti bei Riggisberg is a former municipality in the district of Seftigen in the canton of Bern in Switzerland. On January 1, 2009, the Rüti bei Riggisberg became part of the municipality of Riggisberg.

Rüschegg is a municipality in the Bern-Mittelland administrative district in the canton of Bern in Switzerland. It is also a Swiss Reformed Church parish.

The Widdersgrind (2,104 m) is a mountain in the Bernese Alps north of Oberwil in the canton of Bern. Its summit is the tripoint between the valleys of Hengstschlund, Morgete, and Simmental.

The Hohmad (also spelled Homad) is a mountain of the Bernese Alps, located south of Blumenstein in the canton of Bern. It lies on the range north of the Simmental, approximately halfway between the Gantrisch and the Stockhorn.

The Schibe is a mountain of the Bernese Alps, located near Oberwil im Simmental in the canton of Bern.

Oberwil im Simmental railway station (German: Bahnhof Oberwil im Simmental) is a railway station in the municipality of Oberwil im Simmental, in the Swiss canton of Bern. It is an intermediate stop on the Spiez–Zweisimmen line and is served by local trains only.
