Castle Shannon station

Arlington is a station on the Port Authority of Allegheny County's light rail network, located in Castle Shannon, Pennsylvania. The street level stop is designed to serve a nearby commercial strip, providing access for local residents to businesses along Mt. Lebanon Boulevard. Nearby Cooke Drive is also lined with apartments, allowing local light rail access for residents of these dwellings.

It is a transfer point between the Red Line (serving Castle Shannon, Mt. Lebanon, Dormont, and Beechview) and the Blue and Silver Lines (serving Overbrook, Carrick, Bon Air, Bethel Park and Library). The station's name was derived from Willow Avenue, the street that runs parallel with and across the light rail. No parking is available at the site and because park and ride commuters can more conveniently reach the nearby Memorial Hall station, Willow almost exclusively serves nearby apartments and individuals switching trains.

The street level stop was incorporated into the system to serve an apartment complex of the same name. On the opposite side of the street, a variety of residences were within walking distance. Martin Villa was one of eleven stops closed on June 25, 2012, as part of a system-wide consolidation effort.

St. John the Baptist Byzantine Catholic Cemetery is an Eastern Catholic cemetery in Bethel Park, Pennsylvania, United States, a suburb approximately 5 mi (8.0 km) south of downtown Pittsburgh. It is situated on a hillside in the southwest corner of the intersection of Connor Road and Pennsylvania State Route 88. As an ethnic parish cemetery, it primarily serves members of St. John the Baptist Ruthenian Greek Catholic Church on Pittsburgh's South Side, as well as others of Rusyn and Ukrainian descent from the Byzantine Catholic Metropolitan Church of Pittsburgh. The cemetery was established in 1923 when the church bought a 20-acre (8.1 ha) farm in a rural part of Allegheny County. Since then, suburban growth has spread to meet the graveyard. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania took part of the cemetery grounds to expand Connor Road, and the Port Authority of Allegheny County annexed more of its land for a trolley station.

The station serves primarily as a park and ride center, with 340 spaces available for commuters. A variety of residents also walk directly to the station. The stop's name comes from the nearby VFW post. The Port Authority does not own the parking facility but leases it from the nearby Castle Shannon Volunteer Fire Department, who charged $1.50 a day when the facility opened. Now the cost is $3.00 a day or $50.00 a month.

The facility is designed both as a transfer station for southbound travelers (the Red and Blue Lines continue toward Upper St. Clair and South Hills Village, while the Silver Line continues toward South Park and Library), and as a commuter park and ride facility. 230 spaces are located on site, designed for allowing travel to Downtown Pittsburgh by residents of northern Bethel Park and commuters who choose to use the stop by traveling from more eastern suburbs via Library or Broughton Roads.
