One Park Avenue was a proposed supertall skyscraper that would have been 550 m (1,804 ft) tall and would have had 125 floors, to be built in Jumeirah Garden City, Dubai. The project was cancelled due to the 2009 financial crisis.

The building, constructed of steel and glass, has a total structural height of 166 m (545 ft), and currently stands as the 40th-tallest structure in the Dubai. Construction of the tower began in 2005 and was completed in early 2007. The hotel is operated by Four Points by Sheraton, and stands as one of the tallest all-hotel structures in the city. However, the building does not surpass the Burj Al Arab or the Rose Tower to become the tallest hotel in Dubai.

The building was completed in 2011. Maze Tower is mixed used, which owned by Al Rostamani Group, the Tower has 25 office floors, garden floor, 24 residential floors and roof with swimming pool. Al Rostamani International Exchange (Previously known as Thomas Cook Al Rostamani Ex Co) Head Office is also located in this tower.

E 11 (Arabic: شارع ﺇ ١١) is a highway in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The Al Attar Business Tower is a 38-floor tower in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The tower has a total structural height of 158 m (518 ft). It was built by South African construction contractor Murray & Roberts. The owner of this business tower is Al Attar Properties which did not deliver any of their promised project even after 10 years. They have been subject of extensive lawsuits by the investors.

The 49-storey building is occupied by Al Salam Hotel Suites, a deluxe serviced apartment tower now managed by SRG Hospitality, a subsidiary of SRG Holding Limited, the developer and owning company of. Al Salam Tower is the 47th-tallest building in Dubai, and one of the tallest residential buildings in the world. When completed in 2005, Al Salam Tower was the fifth-tallest building in the city. Al Salam Tower used to be known as Chelsea Tower as it was previously leased and operated by Chelsea Hotel Group. During its construction took over name of 'Al Salam Tower II' after its older next door building Union Tower, which underwent construction as 'Al Salam Tower' Project but it changed its name after purchase.

The Al Yaqoub Tower is a 328 m (1,076 ft) tall skyscraper on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The tower topped out in 2010 and was completed in 2013. It has 69 floors. The building is owned privately by Daro Saifuddin Yaquob, and functions as a 224-room hotel.The building design was inspired by Elizabeth Tower (more commonly known as Big Ben) in London. However, no clock face is present on Al Yaqoub Tower. It also bears a resemblance to The Tower, a building located directly north of it.

It also bears a strong resemblance to the Nine Penn Center, located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and the nearby Al Yaqoub Tower. It also resembles Elizabeth Tower (Big Ben) in London.

Al Bada'a (Arabic: البدع) is a locality in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). Al Bada is located in western Dubai and is bordered by the localities of Jumeirah, Al Hudaiba and Al Satwa. Al Bada is largely residential and is bounded by D 92 (Al Wasl Road) and D 90 (Al Satwa Road). The Iranian Hospital is located in Al Bada.
