The Al Yaqoub Tower is a 328 m (1,076 ft) tall skyscraper on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The tower topped out in 2010 and was completed in 2013. It has 69 floors. The building is owned privately by Daro Saifuddin Yaquob, and functions as a 224-room hotel.The building design was inspired by Elizabeth Tower (more commonly known as Big Ben) in London. However, no clock face is present on Al Yaqoub Tower. It also bears a resemblance to The Tower, a building located directly north of it.

Khalid Al Attar Tower 2, aka Millennium Hotel, is a 66-floor tower on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The tower has a total structural height of 294 m (853 ft). Construction of the Khalid Al Attar Tower 2 was completed in 2011.

The building was completed in 2011. Maze Tower is mixed used, which owned by Al Rostamani Group, the Tower has 25 office floors, garden floor, 24 residential floors and roof with swimming pool. Al Rostamani International Exchange (Previously known as Thomas Cook Al Rostamani Ex Co) Head Office is also located in this tower.

E 11 (Arabic: شارع ﺇ ١١) is a highway in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The longest road in the Emirates, it stretches from the Al Batha border crossing at the Saudi Arabia–UAE border in al-Silah in the al-Dhafra region of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and ends at the Oman–UAE border crossing of al-Darah in al-Jeer, Emirate of Ras al-Khaimah, running roughly parallel to UAE's coastline along the Persian Gulf. The road forms the main artery in some emirates' main cities, where it assumes various alternate names —Sheikh Maktoum Bin Rashid Road and Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Road in Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, and Sheikh Muhammad bin Salem Road in Ras al-Khaimah.

Jumeirah Emirates Hotel Tower, also known as Emirates Tower Two, is a 56-floor hotel in the city of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The hotel includes 40 luxury suites and is operated by Jumeirah Group. Connected with the Emirates Office Tower by a retail boulevard, the two towers form the Emirates Towers complex. At a structural height of 309 m (1,014 ft), Emirates Towers Hotel is the smaller of the two sister towers. It ranks as the 48th-tallest building in the world. It is the world's third-tallest all-hotel building. Construction, by BESIX subsidiary Six Construct, was completed on 15 April 2000. It is the place of death of the Indian actress Sridevi.

The Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) is a special economic zone in Dubai covering 110 ha (272 acres), established in 2004 as a financial hub for companies operating throughout the Middle East, Africa and South Asia (MEASA) markets. DIFC is regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority, an independent regulator exclusive to the zone, and by its own court system, DIFC Courts, separate from the Emirate of Dubai's legal system and that of the federal government of the UAE. DIFC follows the common law framework and operates in English. The freezone houses financial institutions, and wealth funds in addition to retail and hotel space dedicated to the free zones. DIFC is one of Dubai's independent free-zones; it offers companies 100% ownership without the need for a local partner. The Emirates Towers (Arabic: أبراج الإمارات) is a building complex in Dubai that contains the Emirates Office Tower and Jumeirah Emirates Towers Hotel, which are connected by a 9,000 m2 (96,875 sq ft) two-story retail complex known as "The Boulevard". The building is owned by Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum. The two towers, which rise to 354.6 m (1,163 ft) tall to the tip and 241.4 m (792 ft) high of occupied space, respectively, stand as the 51st tallest buildings in the world and 11th tallest in Dubai. The Emirates Towers complex is located on the Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and is a symbol of the city of Dubai. The Emirates Office Tower was constructed by the construction wing of Al Ghurair Investment group and the Emirates Hotel Tower was built by Ssangyong and BESIX subsidiary Six Construct. The hotel has 400 rooms. A curiosity of the design is that the towers have a similar number of floors; the taller office tower actually contains 56 floors above ground, while the hotel tower contains 54 floors. This is because the individual floor heights of the office tower are greater than that of the hotel. The building also contains 17 elevators inside. The Emirates Towers complex is set in over 570,000 m2 (141 acres) of gardens, with lakes, waterfalls and public seating areas. There is parking space for up to 1,500 cars. The Museum of the Future (Arabic: متحف المستقبل) is an exhibition space for innovative and futuristic ideologies, services, and products. Located in the Financial District of Dubai, UAE, the Museum of the Future has three main elements: green hill, building, and void. Founded by the Dubai Future Foundation. It was set to open in 2021, but as of December of that year had yet to fully do so. The Government of the United Arab Emirates later opened the museum on 22 February 2022. The choice of the date was officially made because the 22nd of February 2022 is a palindrome date.The goal of this museum is to promote technological development and innovation, especially in the fields of robotics and artificial intelligence (AI).

The Al Attar Business Tower is a 38-floor tower in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The tower has a total structural height of 158 m (518 ft). It was built by South African construction contractor Murray & Roberts. The owner of this business tower is Al Attar Properties which did not deliver any of their promised project even after 10 years. They have been subject of extensive lawsuits by the investors.

Emirates Financial Towers is a 27 story twin-tower commercial development located in the Dubai International Financial Centre, Dubai’s central financial district. The development, which was completed and handed over in June 2011, consists of office and retail units and the towers are connected on the 16th floor by a glass skybridge, designed as a food and beverage space.Emirates Financial Towers holds the Guinness World Record for the largest automated parking system in the world.The development was a joint venture between ENSHAA PSC and MAG Group.

The Lighthouse Tower is a supertall, commercial skyscraper to be built in Dubai, United Arab Emirates designed by multi-national architectural firm Atkins. It will be constructed in the DIFC, is set rise to 402 m (1,319 feet) and have 64 floors. The tower is a Green Building with a huge emphasis put on reducing its carbon footprint and conserving energy. The tower rises as two separate towers, bridged from level 10, all the way up to approximately 300 meters above ground. The structure is to hold a number of skygardens. Construction was suspended in 2009.
