Laguna BelAir Science School (LBASS, or BelAir) was a science and math oriented private school located in Santa Rosa City, Laguna, Philippines. The school's curriculum is patterned after that of the Philippine Science High School System. The school was founded on February 13, 1997, with an emphasis on science and mathematics. In March of 2021 due to the effects of the pandemic, they announced that they will be closing down the school year after 2021-2022. It has been 25 years of service for the school.

The PFF National Training Center or the National Football Center is a football ground at the San Lazaro Leisure and Business Park in Carmona, Cavite.

The San Lazaro Leisure Park, officially known as the San Lazaro Leisure and Business Park, is a mixed-used venue which features a racetrack in Carmona, Cavite, Philippines. It is the home of the Manila Jockey Club. The leisure park occupies a land 77 hectares (770,000 m2) and houses around 1,000 thoroughbreds as of 2015. Pagcor operates a Casino within the area. It also houses a small venue inside the turf building, for cockfighting. The venue hosts a casino and is planned to be the site of the National Teams Training Centre to be used by both the national men's and women's football team. Within the grounds of the leisure park venues to accommodate baseball, football, and wakeboarding are being built. A concert venue is also planned.

Carmona Race Track is a permanent karting and motorbike circuit outside Metro Manila in Carmona, Cavite, Philippines.Built in 1990, a major renovation was completed in 2019 to increase the track's length from 1.020 kilometres (0.634 mi) to 1.380 kilometres (0.857 mi) to comply with the Commission Internationale de Karting's (CIK) new minimum track length requirement. It was extended past Turn 9, which now turns left into a new sequence of right handers, then left again before shooting through a chicane that leads back to the start/finish straight. This now brings the total number of corners to 15.

San Jose Hospital & Trauma Center is located in the Philippine province of Cavite on Governor's Drive, which is the main highway between Cavite City and Tagaytay. The hospital, five stories high, is listed as a level 2 hospital by the Philippine Department of Health. It is one of two hospitals in the city of General Mariano Alvarez; the other hospital, GMA Medicare Hospital, has only ten beds as compared to San Jose's twenty-five beds.
