Caribbean University is a private university system in Puerto Rico composed of four campuses.

The Bayamon Soccer Complex is a complex of 2 soccer fields and one 1,000-capacity stadium located in Bayamon, Puerto Rico that is host to several teams of the San Juan–Caguas–Guaynabo metropolitan area. Youth, middle school, high school, and adult recreational soccer is held at the complex. Field 1 is home to Bayamón FC, a member of the Liga Puerto Rico.

The Universidad Central del Caribe is a private university in Bayamón, Puerto Rico that focuses on graduate studies and professional certifications in the health sciences. It was founded in 1976 in the municipality of Cayey, but since 1990 all its facilities have been integrated into one campus at the grounds of the Dr. Ramón Ruiz Arnau University Hospital in Bayamón.

Invención de la Santa Cruz (Spanish for Invention of the Holy Cross) is a historic Catholic parish church located in Bayamón Pueblo, the historic and administrative downtown area of Bayamón, Puerto Rico. The church is located on the Plaza de Hostos, the main town square of Bayamón, at 12 Degetau Street, in front of the former city hall and current Francisco Oller Museum building.The establishment of the current church dates to 1750 when construction of the structure began with plans to move the main Catholic parish of the area from its former location next to Hacienda Santa Cruz to the current location, then known as Alto del Embarcadero, a small hill located close to the Bayamón River. Construction of the church was gradual and lasted for the remaining of the century with important updates being made in 1772 (the current church structure) and 1782. The consecration of the church in 1772 coincides with the official founding of the municipality of Bayamón on May 22, 1772.The church was nominated to the National Register of Historic Places on August 8, 1984, and consequently listed on September 18, 1984.

Bayamón barrio-pueblo is a barrio and the administrative center (seat) of Bayamón, a municipality of Puerto Rico. Its population in 2010 was 4,746.As was customary in Spain, in Puerto Rico, the municipality has a barrio called pueblo which contains a central plaza, the municipal buildings (city hall), and a Catholic church. Fiestas patronales (patron saint festivals) are held in the central plaza every year.

Bayamón City Hall is a building in Bayamón, Puerto Rico. As the name suggests, it serves as city hall to that city. It is named after Don Ángel Rivera Rodríguez, who was mayor of Bayamón from 1934 to 1944.Bayamón City Hall was inaugurated in 1980 by Mayor Ramón Luis Rivera at the cost of $7.2 million. Rivera stepped down as mayor in 2000, giving way for his son Ramón Luis Rivera, Jr., to become mayor. Since its inauguration, its been occupied by mayors representing the Partido Nuevo Progresista (PNP), a political party that advocates statehood for Puerto Rico. Located next to El Parque del tren, the city hall is considered a tourist attraction, as it was built over an existing avenue to use its air rights. Visitors park next to the building, walk to the avenue, and board an elevator to reach the offices. According to the building's architects, the reason for building it over the highway is because the city of Bayamón did not own property large enough within the city for a city hall building.The second floor has a glass-window bridge, from where the visitors can cross from one side to the other, while looking at cars pass by. The upper levels are all for office activities, including citizen complaints, city planning, etc. The building includes a theatre presenting live drama. This enables the building to be used and attract people in the evenings as well as during the day. The Bayamón City Hall is painted gray. For a long time, it was the only building in Latin America that was built over an avenue. In 2022, FEMA allocated close to $5 million for work on Bayamón City Hall.

Juan Ramón Loubriel Stadium (Spanish: Estadio Juan Ramón Loubriel) is a soccer-specific stadium located in Bayamón, Puerto Rico. It is best known as the former home of the Puerto Rico Islanders of the North American Soccer League and current home of the Bayamón FC of the Liga Puerto Rico. The stadium can seat up to 12,500 people. It has easy access the metro station known as "Deportivo Station."

Coliseo Rubén Rodríguez (English: Ruben Rodríguez Coliseum) is an indoor sporting arena in Puerto Rico. The coliseum was dedicated to Rubén Rodríguez (former player of the Vaqueros de Bayamón). It is located in Bayamón, Puerto Rico. It can accommodate up to 12,000 spectators and can be reached by the Tren Urbano system from the Deportivo station.

WCMA (1600 AM, "Zona 96") is a radio station broadcasting a Spanish variety format. Licensed to Bayamón, Puerto Rico, it serves all of Puerto Rico. The station is currently owned by Aurio A. Matos Barreto. WCMA shares with translator station W241DE (96.1 FM), also licensed to Bayamón. The station was originally known as WLUZ, founded by Puerto Rican producer Tommy Muñiz after the original owner's wife, Luz María García de la Noceda.

Deportivo is a rapid transit station in San Juan agglomeration, Puerto Rico. It is located between Bayamón and Jardines on the sole line of the Tren Urbano system, in Bayamón, just outside of its downtown (Bayamón Pueblo). The trial service ran in 2004, however, the regular service only started on 6 June 2005.The station is named after the Bayamón Sports Complex (Spanish: Complejo Deportivo de Bayamón) which is located nearby.

The Dr. Agustín Stahl Stamm House (Spanish: Casa Dr. Agustín Stahl Stamm) is a historic residence in Bayamón, Puerto Rico. Built in the 1840s, this Neoclassical house was the residence of internationally recognized Puerto Rican scientist Agustín Stahl (1842–1917) from 1865 until his death. The house was not only his home, but also his medical office, laboratory, and storehouse for his collections in natural history and anthropology. The house has been acquired and partially restored by the municipal government of Bayamón, which has long-term plans to establish a museum in the building.Trained as a physician in Germany and maintaining only a modest income as a local doctor, Stahl nevertheless received honors in anthropology, natural sciences, and medicine by 1877. In the late 1870s, he entered the agricultural sciences in response to a sugarcane plague in Puerto Rico. In the 1880s, he published massive and well regarded reference texts on the zoology and botany of the island, and later important works in ethnology and demography. In the latter part of his life, he became a leader in public health efforts in Puerto Rico and published works in Puerto Rican history.Stahl is also remembered for his advocacy of Puerto Rican independence. His liberal political views led to suspicion from Spanish colonial authorities and his arrest and brief exile to the Dominican Republic during the Spanish–American War.The house was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places in 2011.

Farmacia Serra is a building close to the plaza of Bayamón, Puerto Rico which was built in 1910. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.It was the first in a chain of Serra drugstores eventually opened by Luis Serra. He and his family lived upstairs.It was the site of tertulias, meetings "of the town's politicians and intellectuals to discuss the latest events and decide what action could be taken."It has "exhuberant [sic] ornamentation" in its "modernismo" or Romantic Eclectic architecture.
