St. Erentraud's Abbey, Kellenried, otherwise Kellenried Abbey, is a Benedictine nunnery in Kellenried. The abbey belongs to the town of Berg in Baden-Württemberg, Germany. The nunnery was founded by the Beuronese Congregation in 1924. The first nuns came from St. Hemma's Abbey in Gurk, Carinthia, and from St. Gabriel's Abbey in Schloss Bertholdstein. The abbey was named after St. Erentraud of Salzburg, first abbess of Nonnberg Abbey in Salzburg. The abbey church was built by Adolf J. Lorenz in 1923–24 in the Baroque Revival style. In 1926 the monastery was raised to the status of an abbey. In 1940 the nuns were expelled from the premises by the National Socialists, but returned in 1945. The abbey owns a Baroque nativity scene, the oldest figure of which is from the 17th century, that is displayed annually from Christmas until 2 February. Apart from the traditional duties of hospitality, the nuns engage in various crafts and also run a shop in Kellenried where they sell nativity figures and hand-made candles.

Aulendorf (pronounced [ˈaʊləndɔʁf] ) is a town in the district of Ravensburg, in Baden-Württemberg, Germany. It is situated 20 kilometres (12 miles) southwest of Biberach an der Riß, and 19 kilometres (12 miles) north of Ravensburg. Aulendorf exists of the town itself along with the incorporated villages Tannhausen, Bloenried and Zollenreute. Aulendorf is well known in Upper Swabia for its catholic all-day high school "Studienkolleg St. Johann" founded by the Styler Missionaries. It was once the capital of the historic German statelet of Königsegg.

Königsegg-Aulendorf was a county of southeastern Baden-Württemberg, Germany. It was created in 1622 as a baronial partition of the Barony of Königsegg, and it was raised to a county in 1629.By 1806, the territories of Königsegg-Aulendorf were four separate exclaves, centred on Königsegg in the west, Aulendorf in the east, and two smaller territories (north and south) of the Teutonic Knights' territory at Altshausen. Königsegg-Aulendorf was mediatised to the Kingdom of Württemberg in 1806.

Königsegg was a state in the southeastern part of what is now Baden-Württemberg, Germany. It emerged in 1192 as a lordship and was raised to a barony in 1470. It was partitioned in 1622 between itself, Königsegg-Aulendorf and Königsegg-Rothenfels. In 1629, Königsegg was raised to an imperial estate and became a member of the College of the Counts of Swabia at the Reichstag. With the extinction of its male line in 1663, it was inherited by Königsegg-Aulendorf. In 1804, Königsegg sold Rothenfels to Austria. In 1806, the Rheinbundakte mediatised Königsegg to the Kingdom of Württemberg. Today, the Counts of Königsegg still reside at Königseggwald Castle in Swabia and at Halbturn Castle in Austria.

Aulendorf station is a junction station on the Ulm–Friedrichshafen railway in the German state of Baden-Württemberg running between Ulm and Friedrichshafen. It was opened in 1847.
