The CIBER Field at the University of Denver Soccer Stadium, or simply Denver Soccer Stadium, is a soccer-specific stadium located in Denver, Colorado. It is home to the Denver Pioneers soccer teams of the University of Denver, Colorado Rapids 2 of the MLS Next Pro and from June 2016 also the home of PRO Rugby team, Denver Stampede. The facility opened in 2009, and seats 2,000 people. The stadium has hosted Pioneers women's soccer NCAA tournament games, and Pioneers men's soccer NCAA tournament games.

DU Stadium (sometimes referred to as Hilltop Stadium) was a stadium located on the campus of the University of Denver in Denver, Colorado. Built in 1926, the crescent-shaped main grandstand design on the west sideline was based on other similar-sized stadiums from the same time period, Brown Stadium and Cornell's Schoellkopf Field, both in the Ivy League. It hosted the DU Pioneers college football until the program was discontinued in 1961, due to mounting deficits. The stadium had a seating capacity of 30,000 at its peak, and the natural grass field had a conventional north–south orientation at an elevation of 5,350 feet (1,630 m) above sea level. Nearly half a century in age, it was torn down in the early 1970s.

The Daniel L. Ritchie Center is the home of athletics for the University of Denver in Denver, Colorado, United States. There are 17 athletic programs for the Denver Pioneers which run out of the Ritchie Center. The 440,000 square feet (41,000 m2) building cost $84 million to construct. Each of the 17 athletic programs have offices located on the fourth floor, along with the Gottesfeld room, which hosts a great deal of dinners and meetings. In addition, the third floor has offices for athletic advisors and other faculty members.

University of Denver Arena was a 5,200-seat multi-purpose arena in the western United States, in Denver, Colorado. It was home to the University of Denver Pioneers ice hockey team, and also hosted several Frozen Fours. It was razed in 1997 to make room for the $75 million Magness Arena, part of the Ritchie Center for Sports and Wellness, which opened in 1999. The structure was originally a U.S. Navy drill hall in northern Idaho, built in the early 1940s at Farragut Naval Training Station at Lake Pend Oreille. It was donated after World War II and reassembled on the DU campus in 1948–49 to house the new ice hockey program and served for nearly half a century. The arena was refurbished in 1972–73 when the roof needed repairs, and 14 seven-ton steel trusses were added to shore up the roof. Additional patchwork renovations were added in the 1990s, prior to razing the building in 1997. The best known features of the arena were the steep bleacher balcony at the south end, and the 1970s rainbow painted on the north end wall. Famous hockey games held there include the NCAA ice hockey finals in 1961, 1964, and 1976.

Magness Arena is a multi-purpose collegiate sports arena in Denver, Colorado. It was built from 1997 to 1999 as part of the Daniel L. Ritchie Center, the sports complex at the University of Denver. It is home to the Denver Pioneers ice hockey and basketball teams. It replaces the former DU Arena which was razed in 1997 to make way for the Ritchie Center. Magness Arena opened September 1999, one month before the Pepsi Center. The arena was voted, "Best New Sports Venue" by Westword in 2000.

Colorado Women's College (CWC) was one of eight undergraduate colleges at the University of Denver and the Rocky Mountain Region's only all-women's college. It was formerly the Colorado Women's College before merging with the University of Denver in 1982.

It is named after the Morgridge Family Foundation, led by Carrie Morgridge, that donated $10 million to the College.The Morgridge College of Education is located on the University of Denver's main campus in Denver's University Hill neighborhood. The school currently educates more than 1000 students with 60 full-time faculty, including 63% who are tenured or on a tenure track. It is also home to two clinics open to the public for educational assessment and counseling services, two model schools on the University of Denver campus, and three research institutes; Marsico Institute for Early Learning and Literacy, the Center for Rural School Health & Education (CRSHE), and the Positive Early Learning Center (PELE).Graduate programs in MCE are accredited by many governing bodies, including the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education and American Psychological Association.

The Sturm College of Law ("Denver Law") is the professional graduate law school of the University of Denver. It is one of two law schools in the state of Colorado. Founded in 1892, the Sturm College of Law was one of the first in America's Mountain West. The college is located on the University of Denver's campus, about seven miles south of downtown Denver. According to Denver Law's 2017 ABA-required disclosures, 67.9% of the Class of 2017 obtained full-time, long-term, JD-required employment nine months after graduation, excluding solo practitioners.

South High School is a historical public high school in the Washington Park neighborhood on the south side of Denver, Colorado, United States. It is part of Denver Public Schools, and is one of four original high schools in Denver. The other three are East, North, and West.

The University of Denver (DU) is a private research university in Denver, Colorado. Founded in 1864, it is the oldest independent private university in the Rocky Mountain Region of the United States. It is classified among "R1: Doctoral Universities – very high research activity". DU enrolls approximately 5,700 undergraduate students and 7,200 graduate students. The 125-acre (0.51 km2) main campus is a designated arboretum and is located primarily in the University Neighborhood, about five miles (8 km) south of downtown Denver. The 720-acre Kennedy Mountain Campus is located approximately 110 miles northwest of Denver, in Larimer County.

South Denver was an incorporated city in Colorado incorporated in 1886 and annexed by Denver in 1894. Covering almost 12 square miles that included the former site of Montana City, the South Denver community was established by James Fleming in 1881 as an alcohol-free community. Potato farmer Rufus "Potato" Clark led a group which donated land to allow the University of Denver to relocate to the area and escape the "moral and environmental pollution" of Denver. Incorporated as a town to enable the community to enforce vice laws, its anti-alcohol regulations surviving the city's dissolution. John Evans, the former Colorado governor, contributed to the community's development by fostering the establishment of the two Methodist-organized subdivisions of University Park Colony and Evanston. Under duress from the 1893 Silver Panic, South Denver became one of many communities absorbed by Denver during the 1890s. Portions of the townsite now comprises the Denver neighborhoods of University and University Park.
