Villars-le-Grand is a former municipality in the district of Broye-Vully in the canton of Vaud in Switzerland. The municipalities of Bellerive, Chabrey, Constantine, Montmagny, Mur, Vallamand and Villars-le-Grand merged on 1 July 2011 into the new municipality of Vully-les-Lacs.

Saint-Aubin (French: [sɛ̃t‿obɛ̃]; Arpitan: Sent-Arbin [ʃɛ̃t oˈbɛ̃] ) is a municipality in the district of Broye in the canton of Fribourg in Switzerland. On 1 January 1991 the former municipality of Les Friques merged into Saint-Aubin.

Portalban (old German name Portelbank) is a former municipality in the Broye district of the canton of Fribourg, Switzerland. In 2005 it merged with Delley to form the municipality of Delley-Portalban. On the south shore of Lake Neuchâtel, its territory comprised the village of Portalban-Dessous, whose eastern part belonged to Delley, and the hamlet of Portalban-Dessus. Five Neolithic and Bronze Age lake-dwelling sites lie off the village.

The Swiss National Stud Farm (French: Haras national suisse (HNS), German: Schweizer Nationalgestüt (SNG)) is an institution dedicated to the conservation and improvement of Swiss horse breeds, established in 1899. It serves as a center of expertise for equine breeding and management in rural environments. Since January 2000, the stud farm has operated under a mandate from the Swiss Federal Council with a designated budget. It is part of Agroscope, which operates under the Federal Office for Agriculture (FOAG), within the Federal Department of Economic Affairs, Education and Research (EAER). The Swiss National Stud Farm is located in Avenches, Canton of Vaud.
