Bit House Saloon was a bar and restaurant in Portland, Oregon, United States. Established in 2015, the business operated in the Nathaniel West Buildings in the city's Buckman neighborhood. A high-energy squad of four, "Team Riff-Raff" managed the bar from 2016 to 2021, hosting pop-ups and inviting other chefs to collaborate. Bit House garnered a positive reception and was included in several lists of Portland's best bars. The business was named "Portland's 2015 Bar of the Year" by The Oregonian, and was named among Playboy's fifty "Best New Bars 2016". Bit House Saloon rebranded as Bit House Collective in 2021, staying open and serving meals and drinks during the COVID-19 pandemic. The managing partnership shifted to a new bartender and chef, as well as Pono Brewing, featuring "Filipino drinking food". In June 2021, that management was replaced by Jewan Manuel's pop-up Plant Based Papi, serving vegan entries. By early 2022, the vegan Cuban pop-up restaurant Miami Nice used the space. Bit House Collective also hosted drag brunches, before closing in 2022.

Lollipop Shoppe was a music venue, bar, and restaurant in Portland, Oregon, United States. Named after the American garage rock band The Lollipop Shoppe, the venue opened in October 2022 in the space that had previously housed Dig a Pony in southeast Portland's Buckman neighborhood. It hosted concerts, dance parties, and other events, and served Cajun and Creole cuisine, including po'boys, popcorn shrimp, loaded fries, coleslaw, gumbo, and red beans and rice. In 2025, Lollipop Shoppe launched an unsuccessful fundraising campaign to continue operating. Despite garnering a positive reception for its approachable and diverse programming, the venue closed permanently in November 2025.

Dig a Pony (DAP) was a bar and restaurant in Portland, Oregon. Named after the Beatles' song of the same name, the business opened in mid 2011. Dig a Pony closed in June 2022, following an ownership change.

The Weatherly Building in Portland, Oregon, is a 12-story commercial office building. It was built in 1927–28 by ice cream businessman George Warren Weatherly.According to a photograph dated December 21, 1927, held by the Library of Congress as part of the Historic American Buildings Survey collection (labeled "Stevens Commercial Photographers"), the building was designed by architects Sutton & Whitney and Lee Thomas, and was built by Robertson Hay & Wallace general contractors. It is listed as a secondary contributing property in the East Portland Grand Avenue Historic District.

It is a mixed-format progressive, independent radio station which broadcasts progressive talk radio, cultural programs, and music of a wide variety of genres played by its disc jockeys. Its broadcast license is owned by Cascade Educational Broadcast Service. KXRY streams online at xray.fm. As of August 28, 2014, KXRY began simulcasting on translator K296FT 107.1 FM. From June 15, 2016 through the end of 2020, KXRY would also simulcast on KQAC's HD3 subchannel. Beginning in July 2022, the station expanded to the Oregon Coast with a translator on 91.7 FM in Nehalem, OR.

Inversion: Plus Minus (sometimes stylized as Inversion +/-) is a pair of outdoor sculptures designed by artists and architects Annie Han and Daniel Mihalyo, located in southeast Portland, Oregon. The sculptures, constructed from weathered steel angle iron, are sited near the Morrison Bridge and Hawthorne Bridge along Southeast Grand Avenue and represent "ghosts" of former buildings. The installation on Belmont Street emphasizes "negative space" while the sculpture on Hawthorne Street appears as a more solid matrix of metal. According to the artists, the works are reminiscent of industrial buildings that existed on the project sites historically. Inversion was funded by the two percent for art ordinance as part of the expansion of the Eastside Portland Streetcar line and is managed by the Regional Arts & Culture Council.

My Father's Place is a restaurant and dive bar in the Buckman neighborhood of Portland, Oregon. Housed in the New Logus Block, a building complex completed in 1872, included on the National Register of Historic Places, the diner has a game room and lounge and attracts a diverse clientele. The restaurant opened in 1978, and was later owned by Merrie Ann Dillon, who sold the business to her daughter Linda Moles in 2002. Remaining under the ownership of the Moles family, My Father's Place serves breakfast all day and offers happy hour options. The game room and lounge have pool tables, lottery machines, pinball, and a jukebox. Musicians Elliott Smith and Willy Vlautin frequented the bar, which hosts game nights and other events. Known as a local favorite, it operates every day including holidays, Thanksgiving and Christmas. The reportedly haunted My Father's Place has received a generally positive reception.
