Kokhav Ya'ir–Tzur Yig'al (Hebrew: כּוֹכַב יָאִיר-צוּר יִגְאָל, also Kochav Yair–Tzur Yigal) is a town (local council) in the Central District of Israel. Kokhav Ya'ir and the neighboring town of Tzur Yig'al (Hebrew: צוּר יִגְאָל) merged in November 2003. In 2021 it had a population of 8,949.

Eyal (Hebrew: אֱיָל; lit. power) is a kibbutz in the Central District of Israel. Located close to the Green line, it falls under the jurisdiction of the Drom HaSharon Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 549.

Tzur Yitzhak (Hebrew: צוּר יִצְחָק, lit. Rock of Yitzhak) is a community settlement in central Israel. Located near Tzur Natan and Kokhav Ya'ir, it falls under the jurisdiction of Drom HaSharon Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 6,855.

Tira (Arabic: الطـّيرة, al-Tira, Hebrew: טִירָה, Ṭīra, lit. "Fort";) is an Arab city in the Central District of Israel. Part of The Triangle, a concentration of Arab towns and villages adjacent to the Green Line, Tira is close to Kfar Saba. It is well known for its weekly farmers' market and for its Arab cuisine. Located within Israel's fertile bread basket, by 1976 Tira was estimated to have had up to two-thirds of its land expropriated by the state. Today youth employment prospects are low, which has contributed to the city's high crime rate. Land loss and a lack of access to education for Palestinians may also have contributed. In 2021, the city had a population of 27,392.

The Triangle (Hebrew: המשולש, HaMeshulash; Arabic: المثلث, al-Muthallath), formerly referred to as the Little Triangle, is a concentration of Israeli Arab towns and villages adjacent to the Green Line, located in the eastern Sharon plain among the Samarian foothills; this area is located within the easternmost boundaries of both the Central District and Haifa District. The eleven towns are home to approximately 250,000 Arab citizens of Israel, representing between 10-15% of Israel's Palestinian Arab population.The Triangle is further divided into the "Northern Triangle" or Wadi Ara (around Kafr Qara, Ar'ara, Baqa al-Gharbiyye, Zemer and Umm al-Fahm) and the "Southern Triangle" (around Qalansawe, Tayibe, Kafr Qasim, Tira, Kafr Bara and Jaljulia). Umm al-Fahm and Tayibe are the social, cultural and economic centers for Arab residents of the region. The Triangle is a stronghold of the Islamic Movement in Israel and Raed Salah, the current leader of the movement's northern faction, is a former mayor of Umm al-Fahm.

Simeon (Hebrew: שִׁמְעוֹן‎, Modern: Šīmʾōn, Tiberian: Šīmʾōn) was the second of the six sons of Jacob and Leah, and the founder of the Israelite Tribe of Simeon, according to the Book of Genesis. However, some Biblical scholars view this as postdiction, an eponymous metaphor providing an etiology of the connectedness of the tribe to others in the Israelite confederation. With Leah as a matriarch, Biblical scholars regard the tribe as having been believed by the text's authors to have been part of the original Israelite confederation. However, the tribe is absent from the parts of the Bible which textual scholars regard as the oldest (for example, the ancient Song of Deborah). Some scholars think that Simeon was not originally regarded as a distinct tribe.

Azri'el (Hebrew: עַזְרִיאֵל) is a religious moshav in central Israel. Located near Tel Mond, it falls under the jurisdiction of Lev HaSharon Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 872.

Qalqilya Zoo is a small 2-hectare (4.9-acre) zoo in the Palestinian city of Qalqilya on the western edge of the West Bank. Established in 1986, it is the only zoo in the State of Palestine. The zoo houses 170 animals, a small Natural History museum, a children's entertainment park, and on-site restaurants.

Tzur Natan (Hebrew: צוּר נָתָן, lit. Rock of Nathan) is a Moshav shitufi in central Israel. Located in western Samaria on a hilltop, 170 m above sea level, on a ridge in the foothills of the Samaritan Hills and to the south of Tayibe, it falls under the jurisdiction of Drom HaSharon Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 299.

Deir ʿAsfīn (Arabic: دير عسفين, "Convent of Deviation") was a former monastery in Ottoman Palestine located just north of Tira in present-day Israel. It appeared on Sheet XI of the 19th-century Survey of Western Palestine and its peak formed the highest point of the Falik Hills in the maritime plains south of Mount Carmel, with an elevation of 92 meters (302 ft) above sea level. It has also been identified as the location of the Theraspis (Greek: Θερασπις) that appears on the Madaba Map of 6th-century Byzantine Palestine.

Qalqilya or Qalqiliya (Arabic: قلقيلية, romanized: Qalqīlyaḧ) is a Palestinian city in the West Bank which serves as the administrative center of the Qalqilya Governorate of the State of Palestine. In the 2007 census, the city had a population of 41,739. Qalqilya is surrounded by the Israeli West Bank wall, with a narrow gap in the east controlled by the Israeli military and a tunnel to the Palestinian town of Hableh. Qalqilya is under the administration of the Palestinian National Authority (as part of Area A), while remaining under Israeli military occupation. Oranges are a major part of the city's economy.

Ramat HaKovesh (Hebrew: רָמַת הַכּוֹבֵשׁ, lit. 'Conqueror's heights') is a kibbutz in central Israel. Located approximately 7 kilometers north of Kfar Saba, it falls under the jurisdiction of the Drom HaSharon Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 1,183.
