Barnet Vale

Greenhill was a house and estate on the site of the former Pricklers estate to the south of Chipping Barnet, on the borders of Hertfordshire and Middlesex, in what is now north London.

New Barnet Friends Meeting House is a Quaker meeting house in Leicester Road, New Barnet, north London. It was designed by Leonard Brown, who also designed Quaker meeting houses in Peterborough and Colchester and worked on Letchworth Garden City.Quakers are known in Hertfordshire, of which New Barnet was once a part, from around 1655. A Quaker meeting has taken place in New Barnet since at least 1873 when its proceedings were reported in the Christian Age, the Baptist, and The Herald of Peace. The New Barnet meeting house opened in the 1930s.

Greenhill Gardens is a 1.6 hectare public park in New Barnet in the London Borough of Barnet. Its main feature is an ornamental lake with a wooded island, which attracts many birds, and it also has a grassed area with scattered mature trees. It is a site of local importance for nature conservation.It was created from part of the former Greenhill estate, the rest of which was developed for housing in the twentieth century. In July 1926 East Barnet Council purchased the land which is now a public park for £20,000. In 1965 East Barnet became part of the London Borough of Barnet, which now owns and manages the park.There is access from Pricklers Hill and Greenhill Park.

St John's United Reformed Church is a church in New Barnet, London. The church was formed by a union of St Augustine's Presbyterian Church and New Barnet Congregational Church in 1963.The church has a distinctive modern design that was influenced by the membership of Jon Finlayson ARIBA. It won an award from the Civic Trust in 1970. The redevelopment of the site was funded partly from the sale of the old New Barnet Congregational Church site in nearby Station Road around 1967.

Barnet Fire Station is located in Station Road, New Barnet, London. It was opened in 1993. A previous station in nearby Leicester Road closed in 1992 and was demolished in 2005.

New Barnet Congregational Church is a church that once stood on the corner of Station Road and Plantagenet Road in New Barnet, London. The church was designed by John Sulman and opened in April 1880.In 1963, it merged with the nearby St Augustine's Presbyterian Church in Mowbray Road. It closed on Easter Sunday of 1967, after which the site was sold and used for a housing development. The funds that were raised from the sale of the site contributed to the redevelopment of the St Augustine's Presbyterian Church site, which later became the St John's United Reformed Church.

Highlands Gardens is a small park in New Barnet at the western end of Leicester Road, on the corner with Abbotts Road. The park was opened in 1931 in the grounds of Highlands House which was demolished in about 1972 and replaced by flats.

St Mark's Church, Barnet Vale is the Church of England parish church for Barnet Vale. It is located in the Diocese of St Albans. It is a Grade II listed building.

Station Road is a road in New Barnet, northern Greater London, that runs from Station Approach and East Barnet Road in the east to the Great North Road and Barnet Hill in the west. It is joined on its northern side by Warwick Road and Plantagenet Road. On the south side it is joined by Gloucester Road, Mowbray Road, and Lyonsdown Road.

A Baptist Church once stood on the north side of Station Road, New Barnet. The church was designed by W. Allen Dixon and construction was underway by 21 May 1872, when a memorial stone was laid. The building was in a Renaissance style with elements of the Romanesque. It was built of gault and yellow stock brick with stone dressings. The front featured a three bay Palladian temple front. The church was a grade II listed building with English Heritage. It was demolished to make way for flats around 1982.

The Odeon Cinema, Great North Road, in the London Borough of Barnet is a grade II listed building. In 2015, the cinema was one of four purchased from Odeon by Everyman Cinemas.The cinema opened in 1935 and closed on 12 July 2015. It reopened as an Everyman Cinema later in 2015. There is a bus stop named after it (Barnet Everyman, previously Barnet Odeon) served by London Bus Routes 34, 107, 184, 234, 263, 307, 326, 383, 389, and N20

Mary Immaculate and St Peter, New Barnet, is a Roman Catholic church in Somerset Road, New Barnet, north London. The church is within the Diocese of Westminster. The church was built in 1938.
