Blount Generating Station, also known as Blount Street Generating Station is a natural gas-fired, electrical power station located in the city of Madison, Wisconsin, in Dane County.

The Klueter and Company Wholesale Grocery Warehouse is a historic building at 901 East Washington Avenue in Madison, Wisconsin. The Klueter family, who had operated a grocery business in Madison since 1870 and entered the wholesale market in 1907, built the warehouse in 1915–16. At the time, Madison's east side was designated as the city's factory district to separate industry from residential areas on the west side. Architect Alvan Small designed the warehouse in the Prairie School style, as well-designed buildings both helped appease anti-industry residents and could be promoted as clean and modern facilities. The brick building features belt courses and banding in order to emphasize the horizontal, as was traditional in Prairie School architecture; it also has a tower at each corner with brick detailing at the top. The Klueter family sold the warehouse to the Simon Bros. grocery business, who owned it until the 1960s; the Mautz Paint Company used the warehouse for the rest of the twentieth century. After sitting vacant for over a decade, the building was redeveloped into a hotel in the late 2010s.The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places on October 19, 2018.

Breese Stevens Municipal Athletic Field is a multi-purpose stadium in Madison, Wisconsin. Located eight blocks northeast of the Wisconsin State Capitol on the Madison Isthmus, it is the oldest extant masonry grandstand in Wisconsin.The field is named in honor of Breese J. Stevens (1834–1903), a mayor of Madison and a University of Wisconsin–Madison regent, on the wishes of his widow, who sold the land to the city. The complex was designated as a Madison Landmark in 1995 and was accepted for inclusion on the National Register of Historic Places and the Wisconsin State Register of Historic Places in 2014. The venue currently seats nearly 5,000, which can be expanded to 9,333 for concerts. It is home to Edgewood College teams; Madison East High School teams, the Madison 56ers amateur soccer team; the semi-professional Ultimate frisbee team, the Madison Radicals, and the USL League One soccer team Forward Madison FC. It has hosted Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association's girls' soccer tournaments and an exhibition match of Australian football. The field has also hosted ice skating, boxing, wrestling, lacrosse, track and field, midget car racing, rodeos, circuses, drum and bugle corps competitions, concerts, and fraternal and religious gatherings.

The McCormick–International Harvester Company Branch House is located in Madison, Wisconsin. It was built in 1898 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2010.

Madison's City Market was built in 1909 as a city-owned enclosed farmers' market a half mile northeast of the capitol. It was designed in Prairie Style by Robert Wright. In 1978 it was added to the National Register of Historic Places.

The Madison Candy Company building is located in Madison, Wisconsin, United States. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1997.

The Wisconsin Wagon Company Factory is a historic factory building located at 602 Railroad Street in Madison, Wisconsin. The Wisconsin Wagon Company built the factory building in 1903 to construct horse-drawn wagons and carriages. The company transitioned the building to an auto factory in 1917 and continued to use it until 1957. The building is a well-preserved example of a textile mill industrial loft, a popular factory style in many industries around the turn of the century. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2002.

The Madison Isthmus is an isthmus in Madison, Wisconsin, between Lake Mendota and Lake Monona. It is located between Madison's northeast side to the east and the University of Wisconsin campus to the west.

The Badger State Shoe Company is a classically-styled 6-story shoe factory built in 1910 in Madison, Wisconsin, a half mile north-east of the Capitol. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on April 11, 1989.

The East Dayton Street Historic District is a historic district located in Madison, Wisconsin, United States, that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP). The district includes three neighboring buildings at 647 E. Dayton Street, 649-53 E. Dayton Street, and 114 N. Blount Street. The buildings are the last remnant of Madison's first Black neighborhood, which developed around East Dayton Street in the early twentieth century.

Madison station is a former railroad station in Madison, Wisconsin. The station served passenger and freight trains of the Chicago and North Western Railway (C&NW). Passenger service ended in 1965 and the passenger station and freight depot was bought by Madison Gas and Electric (MGE) and has been renovated to serve as offices. The station and freight depot are listed as contributing properties on the National Register of Historic Places East Wilson Street Historic District. The Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad (commonly known as the Milwaukee Road) had tracks paralleling the C&NW and also had a nearby passenger station that outlasted the C&NW station by several years.
