Littleham Cove

Otter Cove is a small secluded cove on the south coast of Devon, England, between the coastal towns of Exmouth and Budleigh Salterton. It is part of the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site. Due to a landslip the cove is no longer accessible from the headland. The top of the headland, Straight Point, is used as a firing range by the Marines.

Sandy Bay is a secluded bay with a sand beach, about 1.6 kilometres (0.99 mi) long, in Exmouth, Devon, England. It is a sandy beach with rock pools at one end, backed by high cliffs. It is part of a long strip of sand which is connected to the beach at Exmouth at low tide. Nearby are the Orcombe rocks, which is a famous spot for fossils. Sandy Bay is about 16 kilometres (9.9 mi) south of the city of Exeter, 4 kilometres (2.5 mi) southeast of Exmouth and about 11 kilometres (6.8 mi) southwest of Sidmouth. The large seaside caravan resort at Sandy Bay is owned by Haven Holidays, and is called Devon Cliffs. West of Sandy Bay are the Orcombe rocks, well known for its fossils. To the east is Straight Point, this headland is used by the Royal Marines as a firing range. Further to the east is Otter Cove, Littleton Cove and the town of Budleigh Salterton.

Littleham is an area of Exmouth and former civil parish, now in the parish of Exmouth, in the East Devon district, in the county of Devon, England. It was historically a village, much older than Exmouth itself. In 1961 the parish had a population of 7954. On 1 April 1974 the parish was abolished.The ecclesiastical parish is now known as Littleham-cum-Exmouth. The original parish church dates back to the 13th century and is dedicated to St Margaret and St Andrew. Frances Nelson, wife of Lord Nelson, is buried in the churchyard. The newer parish church of the Holy Trinity was built in 1824. Between 1903 and 1967 Littleham had its own railway station, on the Exmouth & Salterton Railway of the London and South Western Railway. To the South of Littleham is Sandy Bay, with a large seaside caravan resort owned by Haven Holidays, called Devon Cliffs.

Budleigh Salterton Cliffs is a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) protecting a stretch of coastline within East Devon National Landscape and within the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site in Devon, England. It is located on the southern edge of the town of Budleigh Salterton. This area is protected because of the geological exposure of strata from the Triassic period.

Budleigh Salterton railway station is a closed railway station that served the town of Budleigh Salterton in Devon, England. It was opened by the London and South Western Railway (LSWR) in 1897 but was closed to passengers in 1967 due to the Beeching Axe.

East Devon Radio (Exmouth UK) is a community radio station, based in Exmouth, Devon, United Kingdom. The station was launched on 11 September 2006 as Bay FM Radio with a month-long trial FM broadcast, followed by a continuing series of annual trial FM broadcasts in the Exmouth area, coinciding with the Exmouth festival. On 12 June 2010, Bay FM began a regular weekend online service. This was increased to cover all weekday evenings. The station’s online reach is worldwide. For the week 10–18 September 2011, the station's online coverage was extended with full daytime and evening shows. The extended coverage coincided with the Tour of Britain, the fifth stage of which finished in Exmouth on Thursday 15 September. In April 2012, Bay FM were given the news by OFCOM that their application for a full-time community FM licence had been successful. The station was launched full-time at mid-day on 29 March 2013 on 106.4 MHz FM. The coverage of the station now included a wider area. including Budleigh Salterton, Otterton, Woodbury, Exminster, Kenton, Dawlish and Lympstone. The station also reaches areas of Pennsylvania, Stoke Hill, Pinhoe, Sowton, Middlemoor, Digby and Countess Wear in Exeter on 94.6 FM as well as parts of Sidmouth and the Sid Valley on 95.0 FM. During this time, on 4 June 2018 the station was rebranded as ExmouthAiR. On April 6, 2021, the station re-branded for a third time, this time as East Devon Radio, with several of the presenters being let go, and relaunched with a new breakfast show hosted by a paid presenter, Ben Clark, known for his presenting work across other local stations.

Budleigh Salterton is a seaside town on the coast in East Devon, England, 15 miles (24 km) south-east of Exeter. It lies within the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and forms much of the electoral ward of Budleigh, whose ward population at the 2011 census was 5,967.

Orcombe Point is a coastal feature near Exmouth, Devon, on the south coast of England. It lies about 10 mi (16 km) south of the city of Exeter, 2 mi (3.2 km) southeast of Exmouth town centre and about 7.5 mi (12.1 km) southwest of Sidmouth. Directly to the west lies Exmouth Beach and to the east is Sandy Bay, a holiday beach, that can be reached either along the coastal path or through the large caravan park. The two beaches are part of a long strip of sand and are connected to each other below Orcombe Point at low tide. Sited high upon the hill, Orcombe Point is marked by the "Geoneedle", which was unveiled by Prince Charles, in 2002, at the inauguration. The artist whose conceived and designed the "Geoneedle" sculpture was Michael Fairfax. He also conceived and designed the "Exeter Riddle" in Exeter. The Geoneedle is constructed from a variety of different stones, representing both the major building stones to be found on the Jurassic Coast and the sequence of rocks that form this part of the coastline.
