Leandro N. Alem–Correo Central (Buenos Aires Underground)

Correo Central is a station on Line E of the Buenos Aires Underground. Passengers are able to transfer to the Leandro N. Alem Station on Line B. The site is located in the barrio of San Nicolás and the station is situated underneath the Néstor Kirchner Cultural Centre. The station was opened on 3 June 2019 as part of the extension of the line from Bolívar to Retiro.

Retiro is the terminus station on Line E of the Buenos Aires Underground. The station is part of the larger Retiro railway station which connects to the Mitre, San Martín and Belgrano railways, as well as their corresponding commuter rail lines. The station was opened on 3 June 2019 as part of the extension of the line from Bolívar .

Avenida Leandro N. Alem is one of the principal thoroughfares in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and a commercial nerve center of the city's San Nicolás and Retiro districts. It joins Avenida del Libertador and Avenida Paseo Colón, its northern and southern continuation respectively.

The Kirchner Cultural Centre (Spanish: Centro Cultural Kirchner) is a cultural centre located in Buenos Aires, Argentina. It is the largest of Latin America, and the third or fourth largest in the world.It was opened on May 21, 2015, and is located in the former Buenos Aires Central Post Office ("Palacio de Correos"). The cultural centre was named after former president of Argentina Néstor Kirchner, who oversaw its conversion. The nine-floor centre has a concert hall; five other auditoriums for theater and concerts; 18 halls for poetry readings, performance art, and other events; 40 rooms of art and history galleries totaling 15,000 square meters on six floors; 16 rehearsal rooms; and two rooftop terraces. It is possible to reach the centre with Line B and Line E of the city's underground, at Leandro N. Alem and Correo Central respectively.

The Buenos Aires Stock Exchange (BCBA; Spanish: Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires) is the organization responsible for the operation of Argentina's primary stock exchange located at Buenos Aires CBD. Founded in 1854, it is the successor to the Banco Mercantil, which was created in 1822 by Bernardino Rivadavia. Citing BCBA's self-definition: "It is a self-regulated non-profit civil association. The Stock Exchange's current, Leandro Alem Avenue headquarters was designed by Norwegian-Argentine architect Alejandro Christophersen in 1913, and completed in 1916. A modernist annex was designed by local architect Mario Roberto Álvarez in 1972, and inaugurated in 1977.

The Buenos Aires Central Business District is the main commercial centre of Buenos Aires, Argentina, though not an official city ward. While the barrios of Puerto Madero and Retiro house important business complexes and modern high-rise architecture, the area traditionally known as Microcentro (Spanish: Microcenter) is located within San Nicolás and Monserrat, roughly coinciding with the area around the historic center of the Plaza de Mayo. The Microcentro has a wide concentration of offices, service companies and banks, and a large circulation of pedestrians on working days. Estadio Luna Park (commonly known as Luna Park) is a multi-purpose arena in Buenos Aires. Located at the corner of Avenida Corrientes and Avenida Bouchard; in the San Nicolás neighborhood. Initially, the arena primarily hosted boxing and other sporting events. In the 1950s, it was expanded to host stage shows and concerts. The stadium has hosted countless internationally famous personalities, including Pope John Paul II, several ballets, tennis and volleyball matches, world championship and important non-championship boxing fights involving Nicolino Locche, Hugo Corro, Santos Laciar, Carlos Monzón, Omar Narvaez, Juan Roldán, Julio César Vásquez and many other famous boxers, circuses, the Harlem Globetrotters, Holiday on Ice and many more. The arena also hosted the 1950 FIBA World Championship, the final phase of the 1990 Basketball World Championship and the 1976 Basketball Intercontinental Cup in which Real Madrid won the competition.The arena also hosted the Six Days of Buenos Aires cycle race.

Torre Bouchard is a 30-story high skyscraper in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The building houses offices for several international companies, such as The Boston Consulting Group, Weatherford, and Aerolíneas Argentinas. The World Bank has also placed its Argentina offices in the tower. The building was designed in 1991 by SEPRA Arquitectos, a local architectural firm whose stamp is on numerous other high-rises in the Catalinas Norte office park. The Bouchard Tower was inaugurated in 1996 and is 110 m (361 ft) high, and includes 36,025 m2 (388,000 ft²) of indoor space.
