Jan Neruda Grammar School (Czech: Gymnázium Jana Nerudy) is a Czech public secondary school situated in Prague. It is named after the writer, Jan Neruda. The school ranks as the second best secondary (high) school, and the best public secondary school in the Czech Republic according to the Czech Ministry of Education, based on the performance of students/graduates at the Maturita (A-level equivalent).

The Ministry of Culture (Czech language: Ministerstvo kultury České republiky) of the Czech Republic was established in 1969.

The Embassy of France to the Czech Republic is in Velkopřevorské náměstí, Malá Strana, Prague, near Kampa Island in the River Vltava. It occupies the baroque Buquoy Palace, which was originally built in 1667 and then altered during the 18th century. The ground floor of the embassy was flooded during the August 2002 floods.

The Josef Sudek Studio is a gallery bearing the name of the renowned Czech photographer Josef Sudek. This single-storey pavilion of only 61 square metres and located in the courtyard of the apartment buildings at no. 432 Újezd, Prague, is a replica of the original that Sudek used from 1927 to 1976. In 1990, the studio was listed as a national heritage site.

The Čertovka (Devil's Canal), sometimes also called Little Prague Venice in English, is a canal in Prague, the Czech Republic. The canal is situated in the Lesser Quarter (Malá Strana). The Čertovka takes its water from the Vltava and after 740 m it flows back into that river. There are several medieval mills along its course. The canal was probably built in the 12th century by the Order of the Knights of Malta, who added a portion of land to the right and created an island called Kampa.

The Lennon Wall or John Lennon Wall is a wall in Prague, Czech Republic. Since the 1980s this once typical wall has been filled with John Lennon-inspired graffiti, lyrics from Beatles' songs, and designs relating to local and global causes.

The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic (MEYS, Czech: Ministerstvo školství, mládeže a tělovýchovy České republiky; MŠMT ČR) is a government ministry that was established in 1969. Before the federalization of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic, it was the Ministry of Education of Czechoslovakia. Its head office is in Prague 1.

Kampa Park, or Park Kampa, is a park on Kampa Island, in the Vltava, in Prague, Czech Republic.

The Church of Our Lady of Victories (Kostel Panny Marie Vítězné), also referred as the Shrine of the Infant Jesus of Prague, in Malá Strana, the "Lesser Quarter" of Prague, is a church governed and administered by the Discalced Carmelites. The shrine is home to the famed statue called Infant Jesus of Prague. The statue comes from Spain, it is a 16th-century depiction of infant Child Jesus holding a globus cruciger, which was donated to the Carmelite friars in 1628 by Polyxena, 1st Princess Lobkowicz. Pope Leo XII granted its first Pontifical decree of canonical coronation on 24 September 1824, signed and notarized by Cardinal Galleffi for the Patriarchal Council of the “Vatican Chapter”, as the first Christological image granted this prestigious honor. On 30 March 1913, Pope Pius X granted authorization to erect the Confraternity of the Infant Jesus of Prague based on former regulations promulgated by Pope Clement VIII, which was signed and notarized by Cardinal Rafael Merry del Val. Pope Benedict XVI crowned the image for the second time during his Apostolic visit to the Czech Republic on 26 September 2009. The venerated image, along with its canoness custodians will celebrate its 200 years of Pontifical coronation in 2024.

Kampa (also Na Kampě) is an island in the Vltava river in central Prague on the side of Malá Strana. Charles Bridge crosses its northern tip and is connected to the island by the street ulice Na Kampě. It is separated from Malá Strana by a narrow artificial channel to the west called the Devil's Stream (Čertovka), a waterway dug to power water mills (no longer existent). It is supposedly named after a sharp-tongued woman who lived in a local home called the Seven Devils.The area was named in the 17th century as the campus ("field") by Spanish soldiers who tented here during the Battle of White Mountain.
