Sanniriya Mosque

Sanniriya (Arabic: سنّيريّه) is a Palestinian town in the Qalqilya Governorate in the western area of the West Bank, located south of Qalqilya and 36 kilometers (22 mi) southwest of Nablus. According to the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics, the village had a population of 3,609 inhabitants in 2017.

Etz Efraim (Hebrew: עֵץ אֶפְרַיִם, lit. Tree of Ephraim) is a mixed (religious and nonreligious) Israeli settlement in the West Bank. Located between Ariel and Rosh HaAyin, it falls under the jurisdiction of Shomron Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 2,519. The international community considers Israeli settlements in the West Bank illegal under international law, but the Israeli government disputes this.

Sha'arei Tikva (Hebrew: שַׁעֲרֵי תִּקְוָה, lit. Gates of Hope) is an Israeli settlement in the West Bank at an elevation of 200 metres. Located northeast of Rosh HaAyin and one kilometre east of the Green Line near Elkana, it is organised as a community settlement and falls under the jurisdiction of Shomron Regional Council. In 2021 its population was 6,122. The international community considers Israeli settlements in the West Bank illegal under international law, but the Israeli government disputes this.

Mas-ha (Arabic: مسحة) is a Palestinian village located in the Salfit Governorate in the northern West Bank, 24 kilometers southwest of Nablus. According to the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics, it had a population of 2,370 in 2017.

Elkana or Elqana (Hebrew: אֶלְקָנָה) is an Israeli settlement and local council in the north-western Samarian hills in the West Bank, located 3.1 km to the east of the Green Line and the city of Rosh HaAyin. It was founded in 1977 by a group from Gush Emunim of religious and non-religious Jews, and by July 2020 it had a population of 3858.Israeli settlements in the West Bank are considered illegal under international law, but the Israeli government disputes this.

Kafr Thulth (Arabic: كفر ثلث) is a Palestinian town located on high, flat land south of Azzoun, 28 kilometers (17 mi) south of Tulkarm in the Qalqilya Governorate. The average elevation is 270 meters (890 ft) above sea level. According to the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics, the town's population was 5,606 in the 2017 census.

Beit Amin (Arabic: بيت أمين) is a Palestinian village in the Qalqilya Governorate in the western West Bank, located south of Qalqilya. According to the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics, the village had a population of 1,279 inhabitants in 2017.

'Azzun 'Atma (Arabic: عزون عتمة) is a Palestinian village in the Qalqilya Governorate in the western West Bank, located 5 kilometers South-east of Qalqilya. According to the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics, 'Azzun 'Atma had a population of approximately 1,670 inhabitants in mid-year 2006. 3.9% of the population of 'Azzun 'Atma were refugees in 1997. The healthcare facilities for 'Azzun 'Atma are designated as MOH level 2.

Magen Dan (Hebrew: מגן דן, lit. Dan Shield) is an Israeli outpost in the West Bank. It is located around 750 metres west of Elkana and – consistent with its name – at the eastern edge of the territory of the biblical tribe of Dan. Established in May 1999, it falls under the jurisdiction of Shomron Regional Council. Israeli outposts in the West Bank, like Magen Dan, are considered illegal both under international law as well as under Israeli law.According to ARIJ, Magen Dan was established after Israeli settlers "forcefully seized" 76 dunams (0.076 km2; 0.029 sq mi) of land from the nearby Palestinian village of Zawiya.

Az-Zawiya (Arabic: الزاويه) is a Palestinian town in the Salfit Governorate in the northern West Bank, located west of Salfit and south of Qalqilya. According to the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics, az-Zawiya had a population of 4,754 in 2007. The town's population is made up of primarily three families: Shuqeir (45%), Muqadi (30%) and Raddad (20%), while the remaining 5% consists of Palestinian refugee families such as Shamlawi, Rabi and Yusif.

Biddya (Arabic: بديا) is a Palestinian city in the Salfit Governorate, located 32 kilometers southwest of Nablus and half that distance from Salfit in the northern West Bank. According to the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics (PCBS), Biddya had a population of 10,451 in 2017. The town is governed by a municipal council of eleven members who each represent the prominent families of Biddya and select a mayor.Biddya is situated on the western ridge of the central mountain range that runs north-south in the West Bank. The historical Nablus-Jerusalem road is nearby. A maqam (shrine) for a local holy man, Sheikh Hamdan is located in the town.

El Matan (Hebrew: אל מתן, lit. 'Towards Matan' or 'God's Gift') is an illegal Israeli outpost in the West Bank on the lands of the Palestinian village of Wad Qana, located around a kilometer south of Ma'ale Shomron, under the jurisdiction of the Shomron Regional Council. The outpost was established in 2000 on the Wadi Qana Nature reserve — one of the largest and most important such reserves in the West Bank — by a group of religious youths from the nearby settlements of (Karnei Shomron and Ma'ale Shomron). It is home to an estimated population of 48 (2008), around 16 families and a small number of singles, both religious and non-religious Jews. El Matan is considered an unauthorized outpost by the Israeli government and is illegal under Israeli law. The international community does not differentiate between Israeli outposts and Israeli settlements authorized by the Israeli government. The international community considers Israeli settlements in the West Bank illegal under international law, though the Israeli government disputes this.A synagogue erected on the site was closed down for lacking a building permit from the authorities in the Israeli Civil Administration. On 2 October 2014, Haaretz carried notification of a master plan envisaging the confiscation from Wad Qana, an area farmed by Palestinians, of 100 dunams of land for the El Matan outpost.
