The Mandarin Oriental Manila was a hotel along Makati Avenue in Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines, managed by the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group and designed by National Artist Leandro Locsin.

The Zuellig Building is an office skyscraper located in the Makati Central Business District in Metro Manila, Philippines, and is one of buildings taller than 150 m in the area. It is owned by the Zuellig Group and developed by its real estate arm, Bridgebury Realty Corp. It rises to 160 meters (520 ft), and was the first Platinum level LEED Core and Shell building in the Philippines upon its completion in 2013.

Makati Avenue (Filipino: Abenida Makati) is a major commercial thoroughfare in Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines. It forms the eastern border of Ayala Triangle and is one of the three main avenues of the Makati Central Business District. The avenue runs in a somewhat north–south diagonal direction almost parallel with Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (EDSA). It passes through two distinct neighborhoods of the city: the Makati CBD and the old Makati Población. At its northern end lies the older part of Makati starting from J.P. Rizal Avenue. It continues through Población to Gil Puyat Avenue, marking the southern edge of the old district. South of Gil Puyat onto the CBD, the avenue becomes more commercial and upscale. The shopping hub of Ayala Center and Arnaiz Avenue lie at its southern end. Makati Avenue has two lanes each way in the Poblacion area, widening to three or four in the CBD. It has a short extension into the gated San Lorenzo Village as San Lorenzo Drive.

The Lepanto Building, (also known as the B.A. Lepanto Building or Bank of America Lepanto Building), is a 20-storey office building in Paseo de Roxas in Makati City. It was inaugurated in 1978 and was designed by distinguished architect Gabriel Formoso.

The Ayala Triangle Gardens is a 2-hectare (4.9-acre) landscaped urban park in Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines. It is a triangular public garden and courtyard in the center of the Makati Central Business District. It was named after its owner and developer Ayala Land, and opened to the public in November 19, 2009. Inspired by Hyde Park in London, the park, which is dotted with palms, acacia trees, and tropical foliage, is considered one of the few "green" areas in Makati. The Triangle has become a focal point for social events in the business district, and is popular at Christmastime for its extravagant light-and-sound display. It is also home to the Tower One and Exchange Plaza and Makati Stock Exchange Building, as well as the old Nielson Tower which houses a fine dining restaurant.

Park Central Towers is a complex of two skyscrapers currently under construction in Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines. The first building, the Park Central South Tower is already topped-off.

V Corporate Centre is a 12-storey building located at Makati, Philippines. It was developed by Vita Realty Corp and has a typical floor area of 1,100 sq. meters. It is one of the most technologically advanced buildings in the Philippines.

The Peninsula Manila (colloquially Manila Pen or simply Manila Peninsula), is a 5-star luxury hotel in the Philippines. It is located on the corner of Ayala Avenue and Makati Avenue in the Makati Central Business District. It is located also in Barangay Urdaneta. This hotel is part of The Peninsula Hotels chain based in Hong Kong and is the first hotel of that chain outside the Chinese territory.

Makati Shangri-La, Manila was a hotel located in Makati and one of the three hotels managed by Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts in Metro Manila, Philippines. Opening on April 27, 1993, the hotel had 696 rooms and suites at the time of its temporary closure in 2021. While the hotel has been closed, its two-level Shangri-La Retail Arcade, which hosts retail and office spaces at the ground and second levels, remains open.

Tower One & Exchange Plaza is one of the tallest skyscrapers in the Philippines. It is located in the Makati Central Business District and has a height of 160 meters (520 ft). The building has 35 floors above ground level, and is originally planned to be the first of three towers for the Ayala Triangle. Plans for the construction of the two additional buildings did not materialize though. The area composes of 3 buildings, Ayala Tower One, The Makati Stock Exchange (MkSE) and the former trading floor of the Philippine Stock Exchange, along with 2 buildings under construction. Tower One & Exchange Plaza was designed by Skidmore, Owings and Merrill, LLP. Leandro V. Locsin & Partners was the local architect of record. The building is owned by Ayala Land, a subsidiary of the Ayala Corporation, which is headquartered in the building (see Ownership). Other institutions headquartered at Ayala Tower One include the primary trading floor of the Philippine Stock Exchange (Until February 2018) and Banco de Oro Universal Bank (BDO). It is the headquarters of the Ayala Corporation, the company that built the Makati Central Business District.

Jaime C. Velasquez Park, commonly referred to as Salcedo Park, is a pocket park in Makati, Metro Manila, the Philippines. It is one of four pockets of greenery located in the central business district within Salcedo Village in barangay Bel-Air. The park is the site of a popular weekend market called the Salcedo Community Market. It is also the main venue of the bi-annual contemporary art fair called Art in the Park.
