The Eastern Rietzschke (German: Östliche Rietzschke) is a river of Saxony, Germany.

Gedächtniskirche Schönefeld (Schönefeld Memorial Church) is a Lutheran church in Schönefeld, now part of Leipzig, Saxony, Germany. The former village church was built in style from 1816, replacing a previous building destroyed by fire. It was named Gedächtniskirche in 1916 when it became a memorial to fallen soldiers.

Leipzig Eilenburger Bahnhof was a railway station in Leipzig that served as a passenger station on the Leipzig–Eilenburg railway line from 1874 to 1942. A large part of the former railway site is now Lene Voigt Park.

Leipzig Anger-Crottendorf is a railway station in the city of Leipzig, Germany. The station was located on the Leipzig Hbf–Leipzig-Connewitz railway until its closure in November 2012. As part of City Tunnel network enhancements it was rebuilt thereafter a few meters east at the Leipzig-Engelsdorf–Leipzig-Stötteritz section of the Leipzig Freight Ring and reopened along with Leipzig City Tunnel on 15 December 2013. The station is served by the S-Bahn Mitteldeutschland since then, train services are operated by Deutsche Bahn.

The Max Planck Institute for Mathematics in the Sciences (MPI MiS) in Leipzig is a research institute of the Max Planck Society. Founded on March 1, 1996, the institute works on projects which apply mathematics in various areas of natural sciences, in particular physics, biology, chemistry and material science.

The Schumann House is a cultural site in Leipzig in Germany. The musicians Robert Schumann and his wife Clara lived here for their first four years of marriage; there are now exhibition rooms in their former apartment, about their life and work.

Schönefeld is a city quarter in the Northeast of Leipzig. Concerning administrative matters Schönefeld-Ost is a district of Leipzig, while the rest of Schönefeld, together with Abtnaundorf forms a district called Schönefeld-Abtnaundorf.

Leipzig-Stötteritz is a railway station in the city of Leipzig, Germany. The station opened on 1 December 1891 and is located on the Leipzig Hbf–Leipzig-Connewitz and Leipzig-Engelsdorf–Leipzig-Connewitz railways. Since December 2013 the station is served by the S-Bahn Mitteldeutschland, with train services operated by DB Regio. The station was rebuilt and modernised from October 2011, in preparation for the S-Bahn Mitteldeutschland. This included the building of lifts, to make the station accessible to all.

Leipzig Nord (German: Haltepunkt Leipzig Nord) is a railway station located in Leipzig, Germany. The station opened on 15 December 2013 and is located on the Dessau-Leipzig railway. Train services are operated by Deutsche Bahn, as part of the S-Bahn Mitteldeutschland.

The Nordfriedhof ("North Cemetery") is a public cemetery run by the city of Leipzig, located at Berliner Straße 125–127 in the district of Eutritzsch between Hamburger Straße, Theresienstraße and Maximilianallee, directly adjoining the smaller Old Jewish Burial Ground ("Alter Israelitischer Friedhof").
