The Carl B. Stokes Federal Court House Building is a skyscraper located in downtown Cleveland, Ohio. It is also known as the Carl B. Stokes Federal Court House Tower, Federal Court House Tower, and the Stokes Tower. The 23-story building is 430 feet (130 m) tall and is located at the corner of Huron Road and Superior Avenue. It is currently the fourth tallest United States courthouse in the country.The tower is named after Carl Stokes, the 51st Mayor of Cleveland and the first African American mayor of a major city. Construction began in 1999 and was completed in 2002.Tenants include the Cleveland-based federal circuit, district, and magistrate judges, the Clerk of Court for the Northern District of Ohio, the U.S. Probation and Pretrial Services Office, the offices of the United States Attorney for the Northern District of Ohio, the U.S. Marshal's Office, and the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division's Cleveland Field Office, as well as the U.S. Immigration Court. The building is adorned by Cleveland Venus, a 37-foot (11 m) tall, 11.5 ton bronze sculpture created by Ohio artist Jim Dine. The headless and armless statue is one of the sculptor's variations on the Venus de Milo.

The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio (in case citations, N.D. Ohio) is the federal trial court for the northern half of Ohio–essentially everything north of the Columbus area. The court has courthouses in Cleveland, Toledo, Akron and Youngstown. Appeals from this court are heard by the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit (except for patent claims and claims against the U.S. government under the Tucker Act, which are appealed to the Federal Circuit). The United States Attorney's Office of the Northern District of Ohio represents the United States in civil and criminal litigation in the court. As of February 8, 2021 the Acting United States Attorney, the district’s chief prosecutor, is Michelle M. Baeppler.

Settlers Landing is a station on the RTA Waterfront Line in Cleveland, Ohio. The station is located just south of the intersection of West Superior Avenue and Old River Road. It is the first station beyond Tower City station on the Waterfront line, which extended the Green and Blue Lines into The Flats along the east bank of the Cuyahoga River and along the Lake Erie waterfront. The station is adjacent to the Settlers Landing historical site which marks the location where Moses Cleaveland and his surveying team disembarked from the Cuyahoga River to survey the city in 1796.

The Perry–Payne Building is a historic commercial building in downtown Cleveland, Ohio, United States in the city's historic Warehouse District. Designed by prominent architects for a leading politician, it gained national attention as an architectural masterpiece upon its completion. Long home to the offices of manufacturing and transportation companies, it has been named a historic site.

The Frank J. Lausche State Office Building is a 1979-erected 204 foot 15 story high-rise in downtown Cleveland on the corner of West Superior and Prospect Avenue on the city's Tower City Center complex. It sits in front of the 2002-built Carl B. Stokes United States Courthouse. The buildings majority of tenants (over 1300) work for the State of Ohio. The structure cost the state $26 million to build in 1977-1979. That would be about $83.5 million in today's inflation rate. In front of the building sits sculptor Tony Smith's Last.The uniquely shaped structure is actually seven-sided, which closely resembles the dimensions of the land it is built on as no more land was allotted to the project due to the fact that the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority owned the air rights. The building was designed architect Robert P. Madison.

The Rockefeller Building is a historic high-rise office building in downtown Cleveland, Ohio that was built in 1903-1905 and sits at the corner of West 6th and Superior Avenue across from the Tower City Center complex. The building stands at a height of 212 ft. (64.62 m), rising 17 stories above the street and is named after the Standard Oil of Ohio founder John D. Rockefeller. The massively wide building acts as an entry point into the very popular and populated Warehouse District, Cleveland. In 1973, the building was put on the list of National Register of Historic Places. There can never be any question that Rockefeller was instrumental in helping build Cleveland into the industrial powerhouse it still is today. There are many things in the city named after him including Rockefeller Park, The Rockefeller City Greenhouse, and Rockefeller Avenue, however, his namesake building is the most lasting and most recognizable epitaph to the Cleveland billionaire. Rockefeller was known for his generosity towards his native city, his legacy of giving and spending money on Cleveland projects and parks is still widely felt today.

The Crittenden is a 195 foot 17-story high rise solid apartment building in The Flats of downtown Cleveland located on St. Clair Avenue. The building is notable for being one of the tallest inhabited masonry loadbearing structures in the entire world. The entire superstructure is made of brick and it is unusual among high rises as it is widely believed it is not possible to make tall structures completely out of brick. Despite the skinny profile of the Crittenden, it is actually quite wide with a seemingly endless expanse. The building was designed by Richard L. Bowen & Associates, a Cleveland architecture firm that is responsible for bringing architecture, engineering, and construction services under one company as opposed to many. It is also the tallest all-residential structure in the flats and the Warehouse District. It was also one of the first residential towers constructed in the Warehouse District.The Crittenden rests along the side of the hill that leads from the Warehouse District down to the flats area. The entrance stands nestled in the side of the descending hill and the entire structure appears to hover over the hill. The apartment building is owned by Crittenden Court Apartments and features both pet friendly and lower rent studio apartments.

The Warehouse District is a nationally recognized historic district located in downtown Cleveland, Ohio. It is roughly bound by Front Avenue, Superior Avenue, West 3rd Street, and West 10th Street. On September 30, 1982, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places as the Cleveland Warehouse District. On February 21, 2007, its boundary was increased to include 1384 to 1410 West 10th Street.

The Flats is a mixed-use industrial, entertainment, and increasingly residential area of the Cuyahoga Valley neighborhood of Cleveland, Ohio, USA. The name reflects its low-lying topography on the banks of the Cuyahoga River.

The Bingham Company Warehouse is a historic warehouse located in Cleveland, Ohio, in the United States. It was designed by the noted local firm of Walker and Weeks for the W. Bingham Company, and is one of the architectural firm's few utilitarian commercial buildings. For many years, W. Bingham Co. was the Midwest's largest hardware manufacturer and wholesaler. The W. Bingham Co. went out of business in 1961, and the warehouse was sold to a succession of owners of the years. The warehouse was sold to private investors in 2001, who converted it into apartments, known today as The Bingham.

The Sherwin-Williams Headquarters is a 36-story office tower under construction in Downtown Cleveland, Ohio. At 616 ft (188 m), it is the 4th tallest building in Cleveland, and the 6th tallest building in Ohio. When completed, it will be the global headquarters of Sherwin-Williams, the largest paint and coating company in the world. The headquarters complex faces Public Square and covers portions of three city blocks. The complex includes the primary tower, a parking garage, and a pavilion, with hints of possible future expansion within the remainder of the lots.

The Chase Financial Plaza is a 1991-built 14 story 165 foot high rise office building on the Tower City Center property of downtown Cleveland, Ohio. The postmodern building was erected in 1991 when Forest City Enterprises sought to improve the leasing power of the eventual opening of Tower City Center in 1991 which was commenced by Forest City acquiring the ionic Cleveland Union Terminal Group in 1982. The tower's squat appearance is deceiving in the fact that it contains 200,000 square feet of office space. The building closely mirrors its counterpart tower on the other side of the Tower City mall property at West 3rd. Both these structures were built on top of one solid concrete platform that remained from a skyscraper unbuilt in the 1930s It offers views of the Cleveland skyline and the Cuyahoga River. It was one of the first successful mixed-use buildings in the city of Cleveland. This allows it to cater to many different types of tenants.
