South Tottenham is an area of the London Borough of Haringey, north London.

Seven Sisters is a sub-district of Tottenham, north London in the United Kingdom, formerly within the municipal borough of Tottenham, which on 1 April 1965 was subsumed into the new London Borough of Haringey. It is located at the eastern end of Seven Sisters Road, which runs from Tottenham High Road to join the A1 in Holloway. It is within the South Tottenham postal district.

Tottenham Green is an electoral ward within the London Borough of Haringey in Greater London, England. According to the 2001 Census, the population of Tottenham Green is around 12,000, in around 5,500 homes. Around 2,900 homes do not own a car. Just under 2,000 of the population are Muslims. The population at the 2011 Census increased to 14,580 in 5,925 homes.Those living in the ward have a life expectancy seven years less than someone living in nearby Highgate; the area has a significant and entrenched problem with guns, drugs, arson, burglaries and anti-social behaviour. The area has a large new sports & leisure centre, and good transport connections. The Government's Indices of Deprivation (2004) reported Tottenham Green to be among the top 20 per cent of deprived areas in England. Despite the high levels of poverty, Council Tax is said to be among the highest in the UK. The area is a Labour Party stronghold.

Seven Sisters is a National Rail, London Overground and London Underground Victoria line station in the Seven Sisters area of the London Borough of Haringey, north London. The station has two entrances/exits, one on Tottenham High Road, and the other on Seven Sisters Road. The station is in Travelcard Zone 3. Seven Sisters lies between Finsbury Park and Tottenham Hale on the Victoria line and between Stamford Hill and Bruce Grove on the Lea Valley Cheshunt/Enfield Town Line from Liverpool Street, operated by London Overground. Abellio Greater Anglia also serve at peak times. It is a short distance from South Tottenham station on London Overground's Gospel Oak to Barking line.

South Tottenham is a railway station on the east–west Gospel Oak to Barking Line of the London Overground. It is located on the eastern side of the north–south A10 High Road in Tottenham, North London, 5 miles 69 chains (9.4 km) from St Pancras (measured via Kentish Town and Mortimer Street Junction) and situated between Harringay Green Lanes and Blackhorse Road. It is in Zone 3, in the London Borough of Haringey. South Tottenham to Seven Sisters station (on the western, Seven Sisters Branch of the Lea Valley Lines and on the London Underground Victoria line) is considered an official out-of-station interchange by the National Rail timetable, and involves a short walk. This link will become fixed under the planned route for Crossrail 2, which sees a double-ended underground station built linking together South Tottenham and Seven Sisters stations.

The College of Haringey, Enfield and North East London (CONEL) is a college of further and higher education in North London, England. The current college was founded in 2009 as a result of a merger between Enfield College and The College of North East London (Conel). The college has centres in Tottenham and Enfield and draws its students mainly from the boroughs of Haringey, Enfield, and Hackney, Since 2017 the college is a part of Capital City College Group (CCCG) alongside City and Islington College and Westminster Kingsway College.

St Ignatius Church, Stamford Hill, is a large, listed Roman Catholic parish church in the Archdiocese of Westminster ministered by the Society of Jesus (Jesuits) who founded it in 1894. It is on the corner of Stamford Hill and St. Ann's Road, at the junction with Tottenham High Road, in the London Borough of Haringey, close to the border with the London Borough of Hackney, north London.

Tottenham Town Hall is a municipal building in Town Hall Approach Road, Tottenham, London. It is a Grade II listed building.

The Bernie Grant Arts Centre (BGAC) is a £15 million purpose-built multi-arts centre, which includes a 274-seat auditorium, studio/rehearsal space, café/bar, enterprise centre and open spaces. It is located next to the Town Hall in Tottenham, North London. The centre was designed by David Adjaye and opened in September 2007.It is named in honour of Bernie Grant, MP, who represented the area. It was an initiative started before his death in 2000, through which he aspired to create "a unique showcase for international multicultural talent".

Tottenham () is a town in north London, England, within the London Borough of Haringey. It is located in the ceremonial county of Greater London and the historic county of Middlesex. Tottenham is centred 6 miles (10 km) north-northeast of Charing Cross, bordering Edmonton to the north, Walthamstow, across the River Lea, to the east, and Stamford Hill to the south, with Wood Green and Harringay to the west. The area rapidly expanded in the late-19th century, becoming a working-class suburb of London following the advent of the railway and mass development of housing for the lower-middle and working classes. It is the location of Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, founded in 1882. The parish of Tottenham was granted urban district status in 1894 and municipal borough status in 1934. Following the Second World War, the area saw large-scale development of council housing, including tower blocks. In 1965, the borough of Tottenham merged with the municipal boroughs of Hornsey and Wood Green to form the London Borough of Haringey. Tottenham is renowned for its multicultural, ethnically diverse population. Following an influx of an Afro-Caribbean population during the Windrush era in the mid-20th century, it became one of the most ethnically diverse areas in Britain. It has more recently become home to an increased population from Africa, Asia, South America and Eastern Europe. At the 2011 census, the population of Tottenham was 129,237.

The Marcus Garvey Library in Tottenham, North London first opened in 1987. It is a branch of Haringey Libraries run by London Borough of Haringey and is open 7 days a week. It has an active friends group; the Friends of Marcus Garvey Library. Its Black Literature and Marcus Garvey collections are amongst the resources used by a local Black diasporan community.

Tottenham High Cross was erected in Tottenham sometime between 1600 and 1609 by Owen Wood, Dean of Armagh, on the site of a wooden wayside cross first mentioned in 1409, and marks what was the centre of Tottenham Village. There is some speculation that the first structure on the site was a Roman beacon or marker, situated on a low summit on Ermine Street, which became the Tottenham High Road, as it is now known. The high cross was constructed of plain brick, in an octagonal, four level design, which was later stuccoed and ornamented in the Gothic style in 1809. Tottenham High Cross is often mistakenly thought to be an Eleanor cross, possibly because it is only a few miles south of one of the true Eleanor crosses at Waltham Cross.
