Larchill is a ferme ornée (ornamental farm-style garden), and the site of multiple follies, in the townland of Phepotstown near Kilcock, County Kildare, Ireland. According to its owners, it is the "only surviving, near complete, garden of its type in Europe". The main component of Larchill Demesne, that was created in the mid-18th century, and restored in the mid-1990s.

One of the fastest growing towns in the country, its population of 8,674 makes it the seventh largest town in County Kildare and 61st largest in Ireland. The town is located 35 kilometres (22 mi) west of Dublin, and is on the Royal Canal. It is in a civil parish of the same name.Local industries include a large Musgrave Group distribution centre, which supplies SuperValu and Centra stores across much of the country.

Kilcock is a Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA) club in Kilcock, County Kildare, Ireland. Located on the border with County Meath, Kilcock traditionally draws it players from the village itself as well as the surrounding rural areas of Laragh, Ballycaghan, Clonfert and Belgard. The club has won five Kildare Senior Football Championships (most recently in 1958) and was "Kildare club of the year" in 1982. Kilcock is the home club of Davy Dalton Jr., winner of the 1997 All Stars Award.

Kiltale GAA is a Gaelic Athletic Association hurling club based in Kiltale, in County Meath, Ireland. The club was founded in the early 1920s, then disbanded in 1934 but reformed in 1946. The club does not play Gaelic football; the county's football competitions are contested by the other club in the parish, Moynalvey. The club has won the Meath Senior Hurling Championship nine times, most recently in 2018, when it completed a five-in-a-row of county titles. It regularly features in the latter stages of that championship. Underage sides representing the club are regular winners of county titles in lower age grades. The club also has a sister Camogie club which shares its grounds.
