Seven Lakes High School (SLHS) is a public senior high school located in Fort Bend County, Texas, United States, inside the Cinco Ranch area south of the city of Katy. Many communities such as Seven Meadows, Grand Lakes, and Cinco Ranch are zoned to the school. While the school has a Katy address, it is within the extraterritorial jurisdiction of Houston, and is a high school of the Katy Independent School District (KISD).

John and Randolph Foster High School is a secondary school located in unincorporated Fort Bend County, Texas, United States, north of Rosenberg. The school is part of the Lamar Consolidated Independent School District. It opened in 2001, with the intent of relieving the student population at nearby B.F. Terry High School and Lamar Consolidated High School. Foster serves: unincorporated areas of Fort Bend County, a small portion of Rosenberg, a portion of Pecan Grove, and the communities of Cumings, Foster, Long Meadow Farms and Lakemont. It previously served Fulshear, Simonton, and Weston Lakes, as well as the rest of LCISD Pecan Grove.

Obra D. Tompkins High School (OTHS) is a high school located in unincorporated Fort Bend County, Texas in Greater Katy, within Greater Houston. The school is part of the Katy Independent School District. Tompkins was created to relieve the overflow of students in the neighboring Seven Lakes High School which had almost 4,000 students during the 2012–2013 school year. In August 2013, Tompkins opened with only freshman and sophomore classes but had students in grades 9-12 beginning in August 2015. The school is named for Obra D. Tompkins, a long-serving educator in the Katy school district. It is located off Falcon Landing Blvd. and Gaston Road at the edge of the Cinco Ranch Line. However, as Tompkins experienced an influx of students, the new Jordan High School (Fulshear, Texas) was created to alleviate the growing number of students.

Grand Lakes, Texas is a 1,250-acre (510 ha) "master planned community" located in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of Houston within Fort Bend and Harris Counties in the U.S. state of Texas. It lies about 25 miles (40 km) west of Houston and 10 miles (16 km) north of Richmond. Grand Lakes is considered to be part of the Greater Katy area and is roughly 10 miles (16 km) southeast of the city of Katy and adjacent to Cinco Ranch and Seven Meadows.

Jordan High School is a senior high school in Fulshear, Texas. It is a part of the Katy Independent School District (KISD). It opened to students in the fall of 2020.It was collectively named after the Jordan family. The building had a cost of over $206 million. Its size is above 650,000 square feet (60,000 m2) of space. It has three gymnasiums, an eight-lane, 25-yard (75 ft) natatorium, a 900-seat performing arts center, 9 tennis courts, a football field and baseball stadium with a smaller softball stadium. All the grade levels share the school equally; there are no segregated grade level areas. Jordan High School also has 2 cafeterias to fit its many students, with one being significantly larger than the other. Jordan opened in fall 2020 with only freshman and sophomores, but has grown to house juniors and seniors as of the 2022-2023 school year. The first class that graduated out of the school will be the Class of 2023.It took territory from Seven Lakes High School and Obra D. Tompkins High School. The school is the ninth comprehensive high school that its school district has established. It is also the biggest high school in Katy ISD.Jordan High School takes students in from Adams Junior High School and Seven Lakes Junior High School. Jordan High School is known for its quick achievements from sports and extracurricular, and is known to be a rising school for its sports teams.

Cinco Ranch High School (CRHS) is a public school located in an unincorporated area in Fort Bend County, Texas, United States that serves grades 9 through 12 as part of the Katy Independent School District. It is located off Cinco Ranch Boulevard within the community of Cinco Ranch; it is in the Cinco Ranch census-designated place. The school opened in 1999. The principal is Dr. Kaye Williams. The school was rated the 3rd best high school in 2007 tied with Clements High School in the Houston region by the Houston Chronicle. In 2010, Cinco Ranch High School was ranked 478th out of America's top 2,000 public high schools.The school was named a National Blue Ribbon School in 2008.

It is located at Farm to Market Road 1093 and Mason Road.The development has 205 acres (83 ha) of land. As of 2018 it has 721 houses. Cinco Municipal Utility District (MUD) 8 provides utility services to the subdivision. James Drew of the Houston Chronicle described it as the "de facto government" of Canyon Gate. It was the first of several gated communities developed by Land Tejas Development.
