Lakeside is an unincorporated area and census-designated place in Clay County, Florida, United States. It is part of the greater Orange Park area. The population was 31,275 at the 2020 census.

Beachside High School is a high school in the St. Johns County School District near CR-210 and I-95 in the St. Johns, Florida unincorporated community in the United States. Established recently in 2022, the attendance zone spans most of the St. Johns community. Beachside was built to alleviate students from Bartram Trail, Creekside, and Nease high schools. Its main feeder schools are Switzerland Point Middle School and Liberty Pines Academy, with other students coming from Alice B Landrum Middle School

Doctors Inlet is an unincorporated community in Clay County, Florida, United States. It is located near the intersection of County Roads 220 and 224, and is adjacent to the communities of Middleburg, Orange Park, and Lakeside.

Orange Park High School is a high school located in Orange Park, Florida. It is a part of the Clay County School District. The school opened as a junior-senior high school in Fall 1959, although it went only to 10th grade, so that the first graduating class was not until Spring 1962. The school celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2011, the 50th anniversary of the first 12th-grade class (1961-1962 school year). The athletic teams are known as the Raiders. In the 2021–2022 school year the school had 1,560 students.

WAYR (550 kHz) is a non-profit radio station licensed to Fleming Island, Florida, and serving the Jacksonville metropolitan area. It broadcasts a Christian Talk and Teaching radio format, and is owned by Good Tidings Trust, Inc. It airs programs supplied by national Christian leaders and asks for donations on the air. Programming is also heard on 250-watt FM translator stations, W277DE at 103.3 and W285FE at 104.9 MHz. In 2021, Good Tidings Trust purchased WAOC at 1420 AM and 96.5 FM in St. Augustine and simulcasts it's programming. In addition, since 1997, Good Tidings Trust has operated another FM station, 90.7 WAYR-FM, licensed to Brunswick, Georgia, which is separately programmed with Christian contemporary music.

Meadowbrook Terrace is an unincorporated community in northern Clay County, Florida, United States, just south of the border of Jacksonville. The community is combined with Bellair and North Meadowbrook Terrace, to form the census-designated place of Bellair-Meadowbrook Terrace by the U.S. Census Bureau.

Middleburg High School is a high school located in Middleburg, Florida. It is a part of the Clay County School District. The athletic teams are known as the Broncos. During the 2010–2011 year there were 1,783 students. MHS lost almost 300 students following the 2009–2010 school year due to the new Oakleaf High School being built.
