Ferranti Park

Sue Godfrey Nature Park is a small park and local nature reserve in Deptford in the London Borough of Lewisham. It is a mixture of rough grassland, scrub and ruderal plants.The park grew up on wasteland, and was opened in 1984 as Bronze Street Nature Park. It was renamed in 1994 after local environmental campaigner Sue Godfrey, in recognition of the efforts she devoted to the park.More than 200 species of plants have been recorded and there is a wide variety of invertebrates, including grasshoppers, bush-crickets and six species of butterflies.The reserve is located between Bronze Street and Berthon Street; Deptford Church Street is to the west, with St Paul's, Deptford on the other side of the street.

The Creekside Discovery Centre is a 0.5-hectare (1.2-acre) natural habitat in Deptford in the London Borough of Lewisham. It is owned by the National Grid and managed by the Creekside Education Trust. Formerly a gas works, the centre is a brownfield habitat incorporating the only existing sloping beach into Deptford Creek. Other habitats on the site include a pond, constructed in a project coordinated by the Creekside Education Trust in partnership with Lewisham College, and a sandbank, built in 2001.

Bonnie Bird Theatre is the 300-seat main performing venue of the Laban Dance Centre of the Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance in London, England.The Laban Centre was erected in 2002, designed by winners of the Pritzker Architecture Prize, Jacques Herzog and Pierre de Meuron. The building and its theatre are located in Deptford Creek, near Greenwich in east London. The theatre is named for Bonnie Bird, the pioneering American modern dancer and dance educator who with Marion North instituted the first academic degrees in dance in the United Kingdom at Laban.The theatre was used in the music video for 'Ingenue' by Atoms for Peace, featuring frontman Thom Yorke with dancer Fukiko Takase.

Three distinct coal-fired power stations were built at Deptford on the south bank of the River Thames, the first of which is regarded as the first central high-voltage power station in the world.

Deptford Pumping Station is a sewage pumping station built in 1865 to the east of Deptford. It is part of the London sewerage system devised by Sir Joseph Bazalgette in the mid 19th century. Today operated by Thames Water, it is located on the western side of Norman Road, approximately 0.5 km (0.31 mi) south west of Greenwich town centre, on the eastern bank of Deptford Creek, around 0.5 km (0.31 mi) south of its confluence with the River Thames.

St Paul's, Deptford, is one of London's finest Baroque parish churches, cited as "one of the most moving C18 churches in London" in the Buildings of England series. It was designed by gentleman architect Thomas Archer and built between 1712 and 1730 in Deptford, which was then a settlement in Kent but is now part of South East London. It was one of the 50 churches that were to be built by the New Church Commissioners, although only 12 were ultimately constructed. With St John's, Smith Square, it was one of two churches designed by Archer to be built under the Act.

A memorial to the Russian Tsar Peter the Great was erected in London in 2000 to commemorate the tercentenary of the Grand Embassy of Peter the Great. It stands at on Glaisher Street, in a corner of Deptford within the Royal Borough of Greenwich, beside the confluence of the River Thames and Deptford Creek

The Miller General Hospital was a hospital in Greenwich, London from 1884 until 1974. It was developed adjacent to an earlier dispensary, and was the first British hospital designed with circular wards, and one of the first to have an X-ray department.

Deptford St Nicholas was a civil parish in the metropolitan area of London, England. The creation of the parish accompanied the building of the Church of St Paul's, Deptford, constructed by the Commission for Building Fifty New Churches to meet the demands of the growing population. The ancient parish of Deptford was split in 1730 with the southern part around the new church becoming Deptford St Paul. St Nicholas parish included the old maritime settlement and the dockyard adjacent to the River Thames. Civil parish administration was in the hands of the vestry until 1855 when the parish was grouped into the Greenwich District and the parish elected vestrymen to Greenwich District Board of Works. The parish was transferred from the County of Kent to the County of London in 1889. It became part of the Metropolitan Borough of Greenwich in 1900 and the local authority became Greenwich Borough Council. The civil parish had only nominal existence until 1930 when it was abolished. The area became part of the London Borough of Greenwich in 1965 and following boundary changes in 1994, part of the former parish is now in the London Borough of Lewisham.

Albury Street is a road in Deptford in the London Borough of Lewisham, England. It runs east to west between the A2209 Road and Deptford High Street. The road was laid out in the very early 18th century, when Deptford was a village to the south of the capital. The street was developed as an enclave for officers and senior staff working at the Deptford Dockyard. It contains ten Grade II* listed buildings, and a further two listed at Grade II.

West Greenwich House, also known as Greenwich West Community and Arts Centre and formerly known as the Old Town Hall, is a former municipal building on Greenwich High Road, Greenwich, London. It is currently used as a community centre.
