Eiganes is a neighborhood (delområde) in the city of Stavanger which lies in the southwestern part of the large municipality of Stavanger in Rogaland county, Norway. It is located in the borough of Eiganes og Våland. The neighborhood has a population of 3,853, distributed over an area of 0.95 square kilometres (0.37 sq mi) between the Eiganes graveyard and the Vågen bay.Historically, Eiganes was considered to be the upper-class neighborhood for the city of Stavanger. Traditionally, only the wealthy families resided in this area. However, middle-class people also reside in this neighborhood now and there are many modern apartments which are borettslags which is Norwegian cooperative housing. Many immigrants such as Poles, Italian, French, Romanian, and Asian people reside in this neighborhood.

Kampen Church (Norwegian: Kampen kirke) is a parish church of the Church of Norway in Stavanger Municipality in Rogaland county, Norway. It is located in the Kampen in the borough of Eiganes og Våland in the city of Stavanger. It is the church for the Kampen parish which is part of the Stavanger domprosti (arch-deanery) in the Diocese of Stavanger. The large, concrete church was built in a rectangular design in 1957 using designs by the architect T. Bryne. The church seats about 280 people.

Eiganes og Våland is a borough of the city of Stavanger which lies in the southwestern part of the large municipality of Stavanger in Rogaland county, Norway. It is located just west of the city centre, north of the lake Mosvatnet, west of the lake Stokkavatnet, and south of the borough of Tasta. The 7.01-square-kilometre (1,730-acre) borough has a population (2019) of 24,070. This gives the borough a population density of 3,400 inhabitants per square kilometre (8,800/sq mi). There are two churches in Eiganes og Våland: Stokka Church and Kampen Church.

The administration is located in the city of Stavanger.

The area has had a big growth in population, and is one of the fastest growing urban areas in Norway. It is expected that larger portions of Sola municipality will grow together with the urban area in the future.

It is located in the northern part of the borough of Eiganes og Våland surrounding the Kampen Church. The neighborhood has a population of 6,050 which is distributed over an area of 1.75 square kilometres (430 acres).

Lycée Français de Stavanger is a French international school in Stavanger, Norway. Mosvatnet is a lake in the municipality of Stavanger in Rogaland county, Norway. The lake lies just west of the centre of the city of Stavanger in the Eiganes og Våland borough. At 0.45 square kilometres (110 acres), it is the third largest lake in the city of Stavanger after Hålandsvatnet and Stora Stokkavatnet. The lake reaches a maximum depth of 3.2 metres (10 ft) and it lies at an elevation of 37 metres (121 ft) above sea level. The lake flows out through a small stream that runs through underground culverts to the Breiavatnet lake before emptying into the nearby Byfjorden.

Stokka is a neighborhood (delområde) in the city of Stavanger which lies in the southwestern part of the large municipality of Stavanger in Rogaland county, Norway. It is located in the borough of Eiganes og Våland. It is located between the European route E39 highway and the lake Stokkavatnet. The neighborhood has a population of 3,599 which is distributed over an area of 3.06 square kilometres (760 acres). Stokka Church is located in this neighborhood. Stavanger Konserthus or Stavanger Concert Hall is a concert hall in Stavanger, Norway. It was officially opened by Crown Prince Haakon on 15 September 2012. The financing of the building was shared by the municipality of Stavanger, the county of Rogaland, the Norwegian government and private sponsors at a cost of 1.225 billion Norwegian kroner. The concert hall has two halls, an orchestra hall and a multi-purpose hall with excellent acoustics, great foyer areas out to the seaside and a large outdoor amphitheater. It can be arranged symphony concert in one hall and a rock concert in the other - at the same time. Architects were RATIO Arkitekter AS.

Stavanger Idrettshall is an indoor arena in Stavanger, Norway. It hosts the home games of the Stavanger handball team, and then has a capacity 4100 people. This arena hosted the main stage of the 2008 European Men's Handball Championship. It will host the 2025 World Men's Handball Championship with the country, Croatia and Denmark.
