Halldor Gunnløgsson House

Christiansgave is a mansion in Rungsted, Hørsholm Municipalit, situated on the Øresund coast north of Copenhagen, Denmark. The house was constructed for the businessman Christian Wilhelm Messerschmidt in 1918 to designs by the architect Carl Brummer. The surrounding park was built over with terraced houses by the architect Jean Fehmerling in the mid-1950s.

Rungstedlund, also known as the Karen Blixen Museum, is a country house in Rungsted on the Øresund coast just north of Copenhagen, Denmark, notable for its association with the author Karen Blixen, who lived there for most of her life. She was born on the estate in 1885, and returned there after her years in Kenya, chronicled in her 1937 book Out of Africa, to do most of her writings. The property is today managed by the Rungstedlund Foundation as a writer's house museum.

Strandridergården is a historic country house situated on Vedbæk Strandvej (No. 506) in Vedbæk, Rudersdal Municipality, some 30 km north of Copenhagen, Denmark. It was built in 1895 for vintner Georg Bestle to designs by architect and designer Thorvald Bindesbøll.

Rungsted, also known as Rungsted Kyst, is an affluent suburban neighborhood in Hørsholm Municipality on the Øresund coast north of Copenhagen, Denmark. The center of Hørsholm is located two kilometers west of Rungsted. At the Øresund coast is Rungsted Harbour, a marina.

Rungsted Kyst station (meaning literally "the coast of Rungsted") is a railway station serving the suburb of Rungsted on the coast of North Zealand north of Copenhagen, Denmark. The station is located on the Coast Line between Helsingør and Copenhagen. The train services are currently operated by Danish State Railways (DSB). Rungsted Kyst is famous due to a range of Danish celebrity who grew up in the area including Simon Spies, wealthy eccentric and airline director, and Karen Blixen, world-famous writer. Johannes Ewald, well known Danish poet and writer, wrote about his happy convalescing there.

Folehaveskoven, or Folehave Skov, is a forest in Hørsholm on the northern outskirts of Copenhagen, Denmark. It is part of a complex of smaller woodlands which also comprises Rungsted Hegn to the north, Deputatvang and Øster Sandbjerg to the south. It is bisected by the east–west running Folehavevej and is to the east bounded by the Coast Line.

Strandbjerg, also known as Villa Standbjerg, is a mansion in Rungsted, Hørsholm Municipality, situated on the Øresund coast north of Copenhagen, Denmark. The building was confiscated by the Gestapo during World War II.

Vedbæk Station is a railway station serving the suburb of Vedbæk on the coast of North Zealand, c. 20 km north of central Copenhagen, Denmark. The station is located on the Coast Line between Helsingør and Copenhagen. The train services are currently operated by Danish State Railways (DSB) which runs a frequent regional rail service to Copenhagen Central Station.

Vedbæk is a wealthy suburban neighbourhood on the coast north of Copenhagen, Denmark. It belongs to Rudersdal Municipality and has merged with the town of Hørsholm to the north. The area has been inhabited for at least 7,000 years, as evidenced by the discovery of a Mesolithic cemetery of the Ertebølle culture. By the 16th century, there were a few small farms and fishermen's houses on the site and in the 18th century, well-to-do townsfolk from Copenhagen started to build country houses in the area. After a paddle steamer began to call at Vedbæk on its journey from Copenhagen to Helsingør, there was an influx of visitors. There are a number of large country houses and a historic church. There has been a railway station for some time and there are popular sandy beaches to the north and south. Enrum Forest is open to the public and provides recreational facilities.

Folehavegård is an 18th-century farmhouse in Hørsholm, Denmark. It has been owned by Karen Blixen's father Wilhelm Dinesen, as well as her younger sister Ellen Dahl (née Dinesen), and was owned by the family for more than a hundred years. The main building, barn and stable are listed. Much of the land has been sold off. The remaining 35 hectares consist mostly of open farmland but adjoins the woodlands Folehaveskoven and Rungsted Hegn.

Sophienberg is a former royal summer retreat located on the Coast Road in Rungsted, Hørsholm Municipality, some 20 km north of central Copenhagen, Denmark. It is now operated as a venue for meetings and smaller conferences.

Trørød Forest (Danish: Trørød Skov or Trørød Hegn), between Trørød and Vedbæk, is a small forest in Rudersdal Municipality, approximately 20 kilometres north of Copenhagen, Denmark. It adjoins the bog Maglemosen on the north as well as Enrum Forest.
