Broadmoor Addition

The De Anza Motor Lodge was a historic motel located on former U.S. Route 66 in the Upper Nob Hill neighborhood of Albuquerque, New Mexico. It was built in 1939 by Charles G. Wallace, a local trader of Zuni art and pottery, who remained the owner until 1983. Wallace decorated the motel with a variety of Native American art, including a series of murals by Zuni artist Tony Edaakie in a basement room. The motel was purchased by the city of Albuquerque in 2003 and remained vacant while various renovation proposals fell through. Ultimately, the city approved a plan to redevelop the site with mostly new construction, and all but two smaller buildings were demolished in 2017–18. The De Anza was replaced by a new apartment complex preserving some historic elements including the two surviving buildings, the neon sign, and the Zuni murals.

The Aztec Motel, also known as the Aztec Auto Court or Aztec Lodge, was a historic motel located on former U.S. Route 66 in the Upper Nob Hill neighborhood of Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States. Until its demolition in 2011 it was the oldest continuously-operating Route 66 motel in New Mexico and "one of the five most important motels left" in Albuquerque.

New Grounds Print Workshop, founded in 1996 by Regina Held, is a nontoxic printmaking facility specializing in intaglio and relief printmaking. It is located in Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States. According to the mission statement on their website, New Grounds is "dedicated to providing artists with a professional, informative, safer and well-equipped environment for the creation of fine prints while promoting the artists and exhibiting their work."

Nob Hill Motel, formerly the Modern Auto Court, at 3712 Central Ave. SE. (the original U.S. Route 66) in Albuquerque, New Mexico, was built in 1937. It was listed on the New Mexico State Register of Cultural Properties and the National Register of Historic Places in 1993. The listing included four contributing buildings.Its architecture is Southwest Vernacular. It is one of few pre-World War II tourist courts remaining along Route 66 in New Mexico. It consists of four one-story buildings.

Nob Hill is a neighborhood in Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States, consisting of a commercial district along Central Avenue (former U.S. Route 66) and surrounding residential areas. Located just east of the University of New Mexico, the neighborhood was developed between about 1925 and 1950 and has since become a popular tourist and shopping destination. Known for its eclectic mix of mostly locally owned businesses, Nob Hill has been described as "the heart of Albuquerque's Route 66 culture and also its hippest, funkiest retail and entertainment district". The neighborhood is named after Nob Hill in San Francisco, California.

Immanuel Presbyterian Church is a historic church at 114 Carlisle Boulevard SE in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The building was designed by architect John Gaw Meem and was built in three phases between 1949 and 1956. It was added to the New Mexico State Register of Cultural Properties in 2004 and the National Register of Historic Places in 2011.It was listed along with a number of other Meem works, as part of a study of multiple works by the architect.

Nob Hill Business Center is a historic shopping center in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Built in 1946–7, it was the first modern suburban shopping center in New Mexico, and its construction marked a shift away from pedestrian-oriented development in Albuquerque in favor of decentralized, auto-oriented sprawl. Located on Central Avenue (former U.S. Route 66) at Carlisle Boulevard, the building is the focal point of the Nob Hill district. The shopping center was developed by Robert Waggoman on what was then the eastern fringe of the city, more than two miles from the downtown commercial district. Local commentators dubbed the project "Waggoman's Folly" because it was so far from the center of town, but the shopping center turned out to be a major success and served as a model for future commercial development in Albuquerque. The building was added to the New Mexico State Register of Cultural Properties in 1983 and the National Register of Historic Places in 1994.Nob Hill Business Center is a one-story, U-shaped building with an interior parking lot facing Central Avenue. The building was designed by Louis Hesselden in a predominantly Streamline Moderne style with rounded corners, decorative towers, and white stucco walls with horizontal bands of terra cotta tile and brick. Some of the architectural features are also reminiscent of the local Territorial Revival style.

Granada Heights is a historic district encompassing the residential subdivision of the same name in the Nob Hill neighborhood of Albuquerque, New Mexico. The district is notable as an example of residential urban planning from the midcentury period, as well as for its architecture. Granada Heights was platted in 1925 by Katherine B. Patterson, who was also locally known as a temperance movement and women's suffrage activist. Most of the houses were built between the 1920s and 1950s and exemplify various styles including Spanish Colonial Revival, Pueblo Revival, and International Style, as well as unstyled Ranch and split-level houses. Contributing properties in the district include Immanuel Presbyterian Church and the Kelvinator House. Granada Heights was added to the New Mexico State Register of Cultural Properties and the National Register of Historic Places in 2022.

The Kelvinator House, also known as the Raabe House, is a historic house in Albuquerque, New Mexico. It was built in 1938 by Walter C. Raabe, the owner of Raabe & Mauger Hardware Company, as a showcase for the Kelvinator appliances the company distributed. It was one of over 200 "Kelvin Homes" built around the country starting in 1936. The house was designed by William E. Burk Jr., and was one of the city's earliest International Style homes along with the Lembke House. In 1976, a stylistically consistent second-story studio space was added to the building. It was added to the New Mexico State Register of Cultural Properties in 1978.

The Solar Building, located in Albuquerque, New Mexico, was the world's first commercial building to be heated primarily by solar energy. It was built in 1956 to house the engineering firm of Bridgers & Paxton, who were responsible for the heating system design. The novel building received widespread attention, with articles in national publications like Life and Popular Mechanics, and was the subject of a National Science Foundation-funded research project in the 1970s. It was added to the New Mexico State Register of Cultural Properties in 1985 and the National Register of Historic Places in 1989, only 33 years after it was built.

Highland High School is a public high school located in southeast Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States. It is part of the Albuquerque Public Schools District. The school's mascot is Herbie the Hornet, named after a naval ship, the aircraft carrier USS Hornet. This led to the school colors of navy blue and gold. The United States Navy also conducts a Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps as an elective in the curriculum.

Monte Vista Fire Station is a historic former fire station in the Nob Hill neighborhood of Albuquerque, New Mexico. Built in 1936 using Works Progress Administration funding, it is notable as a well-preserved WPA municipal project and for its significance in the early development of the Nob Hill area. The building served in its original role as a fire station until 1972 and currently houses a restaurant. It is the city's third oldest surviving fire station after the AT&SF Fire Station, built in 1920, and the old station #2 on the corner of High St. and Silver Ave. opened in 1926. The fire station is listed in the New Mexico State Register of Cultural Properties and the National Register of Historic Places. It was designed by Albuquerque's City Architect, Ernst H. Blumenthal, who also designed the Old Albuquerque Municipal Airport Building (1939), which is also NRHP-listed.
